Guests smoking weed outside their rooms. Woken you to fights outside rooms. Receptionist was rude. Great location and facilities are great, however that’s all. Maybe I was just unlucky, but wont be nack.

I stayed in a standard room, which was on the side opposite to the highway so i was not effected by the traffic noise. It was cheap so good value. I didn't have any issues with room cleanliness, it seemed fine in that regard. One recommended improvement is to have the wifi details accessible in the room as that is normal practice, i didn't even think of it at check in and then was only mainly back at the motel outside of standard hours so was reluctant to hassle somebody just to get the password when i thought of it. My only real issue mainly related to security of the vehicle parking and noise from people outside their rooms. After i left and was driving north, i found two things with my car (a trayback ute) that indicated that somebody had been touching the exterior - albeit with no actual damage, just a few things that had been fiddled with. On my final night, i also heard some noise from people outside their rooms when trying to sleep. Wasnt a big deal but a bit of an annoyance.

New manager is unorganised, rude and argumentative in her style of communication. Took 3 days just to attempt to organise a early check in. Arrived still no answer, confirmation or able to contact her. Luckily the cleaning lady sorted me out before I found a new hotel. Barbecue rusted couldn't use it, pool had bugs in it and management walking past rooms all night was uncomfortable

We stayed at this Motel twice in a couple of days and will never stay there ever again. The staff were either not there or didn’t do anything that was asked off them and parked their cars in guests parking spots leaving us to park not under cover. There was mould everywhere in the bathroom and the fridge was almost rusted through the door all in all not a Motel that Hotels.com should have on their list of Motels. We book all our trips through Hotels.com and have never stayed in anything as bad as this Motel.

We stayed at this Motel twice in a couple of days and will never stay there ever again. The staff were either not there or didn’t do anything that was asked off them and parked their cars in guests parking spots leaving us to park not under cover. There was mould everywhere in the bathroom and the fridge was almost rusted through the door all in all not a Motel that Hotels.com should have on their list of Motels. This place is an absolute disaster we did not stay the night, the walls were dirty, bed base ripped, head board not secured so would bang on the wall. The pool was green and u clean. Cigarette butts all over the place, Toilet broken, Would never recommend anyone to stay here ever. The images are not a true representation of this place.

Air-con was so noisy we couldn't turn it on. Pool was green and BBQ disgusting. The only thing I liked about this place was the soft pillows and towels.

This motel should be demolished. The state of the room was disgusting, from old food left under furniture, mould on doors and walls, the vomit soaked tea towel under the sink, non functioning air con, fitting falling off hole filled walls. This is by far the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. Tried to see management but the front office was locked whenever I tried. Sleep in your car before staying here.

On arrival receptionist was welcoming. Rooms were spacious. Walls were patchy and dirty seats had stains on them. We all woke up with bites over us. Three separate beds. Hairs in the shower and sink. When checking out waited for the receptionist to stop talking to another staff member but she didn’t so I left my key on the bench and walked out.

The motel was very tired and worn, in need of a make-over. The motel is on the corner of a very busy road, and the traffic was noisy all night. The airconditioner was a box wall one, and very loud. I did find the fan in the corner for some air flow - I couldn't leave the window open due to the noise of the highway. Check in was fine - I arrived after hours and my key was in a lockbox. I left very early, so did not see any staff the whole time I was there. There was limited information in the motel about guest facilities or procedures.

The room was a mess. The walls in the room were patched up. The room should not have been able to be rented out. There was no tv in the room, there was no door to the shower, just a shower liner. The whole bathroom would be wet after every shower. The dishes were dirty. And the screen door to the patio was off the hinges. It was not worth the money we paid.

We stayed for 2 nights in a Family Room adjacent the highway. Due to the proximity to traffic lights (& stopping traffic), the traffic noise was quite bad even with the window closed. Seemed to be little soundproofing. The wall mounted AC unit was also very loud when on the cooling function, and at times made loud scraping/turning noises continuously. I suspect it was in need of a service. When I reported this to management, I was basically told "the sound of the AC is better than listening to the traffic noise" and "it's a wall-mounted AC unit, and so it's going to be noisy". I feel like my bad experience was basically downplayed and dismissed and my comment about servicing the AC unit (for the next person's comfort) didn't seem to be taken on board. The room was relatively cheap, and I am thankful for that, but given my experience I am not very keen to stay there again.

It was clean but the smoke alarm kept beeping and we kept having to get up on a chair and push reset throughout the night, a/c was a wall one and very noisy and the shower head was broken and when we turned it on, water went onto the ceiling and vanity and all over the bathroom floor. Spoke to manager, she said sorry about that and walked off, no offer of compensation. Will never stay again orrecommend to anyone.

Very noisy as it is right on the Bruce Hwy. Some mould in cupboards, some leaky taps badly needed maintenance and the balcony chairs needed to be replaced. Staff were friendly.

Easy to find, park and quite central to everything. Good if you just need somewhere easy to check in and stay for the night. Nothing fancy, but that’s fine, room and beds are clean and comfortable enough. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Would stay again.

Got into the room late as we were travelling after a funeral, after hours let pickup was brilliant and instructions easy to follow. Room was a bit stuffy when we got in, couldn’t turn the aircons on, two remotes had no batteries in them and 1 that had batteries didn’t work. No blankets on the kids beds and none spare in cupboards.

On arrival the Staff member who greeted us was obviously under the influence of drugs. She made inappropriate comments about my trip with my Father. The unit was noisy being right on the highway at a set of lights. It should be mentioned before bookings are made that earplugs are standard issue at this motel.

Interstate traveler, arrived really early (drove), really tierd but the one staff member on front desk got me into my room well before check in. He was very polite and it was so good not to have to wait until 2pm. Would recommend for a single or couple looking for something clean and basic.

Checkin was 2pm. We drove 9 hours and arrived at 2:40pm. Our room was just being cleaned, told us to put our bags down and come back. Husband went to reception to see about compensation, told we won’t get any. Exhausted from travelling, I asked the girl cleaning our room how long she’ll be, girl called her mother (cleaning manager) who came storming up and yelling at me about her personal problems, as to why our room was cleaned, and told us to just F**k Off, go somewhere else. When I told her we had booked 2 rooms and paid in full over 6 months previously and her attitude was not good enough, again was yelled at to F**k off multiple times. There were multiple holes in the wall in the bathroom, that were bogged up. Broken toilet seat. The lounge had a sticky feel to it. The air conditioner in the main bedroom had to out of service tag on it. 1 dinner size plate to share with my husband. Big holes in the fly screens. Overall.. not good enough. Not happy at all!

The motel was very tired and worn, in need of a make-over. The motel is on the corner of a very busy road, and the traffic was noisy all night. The airconditioner was a box wall one, and very loud. I did find the fan in the corner for some air flow - I couldn't leave the window open due to the noise of the highway. Check in was fine - I arrived after hours and my key was in a lockbox. I left very early, so did not see any staff the whole time I was there. There was limited information in the motel about guest facilities or procedures.

Great hotel to rest on a road trip - try and stay away from the rooms on the main road side... you will hear every car and truck driving past!

Booked to stay there after my surgery at the nearby hospital: I could not stay there . Elderly Mother felt unsafe-room was down a dark alley next to the Thai restaurant with an unlocked gate anyone could enter. She said it was poorly lit, and felt so unsafe she didn’t even want food delivery to risk their safety, and she wouldn’t get a taxi to or from there in the dark. Loads of bikies staying there. She said upon entering the room it smelled, was grotty and had a number of geckos running round. The electricity kept crackling so she couldn’t charge her phone for long, and the only service she could get was standing by the window. We opted for her to leave the morning I was discharged, lose $125 and accept the pain of a 45min car ride home rather then stay somewhere so unsuitable.

Great easy place to stay off the side of the main road through town. As we were checking in later, received a text with the room details, very convenient and reasonably priced. Has a restaurant next door with tasty food. Only thing missing was a teaspoon in the room to make coffee with!

Because I arrived late due to travelling there was no one on reception. All good but when I called the number it took a fair while before someone answered. Because it was dark I then found it really hard to access the correct code on the lock box to get my key. When I finally got it our I had room #25. When I looked around, I could see room #1 through to #23 but not more signage or anything indicating rooms on the other side. The worst part of the night is when I had some young men knocking on my door at 10:30pm trying to get in!! I had to yell at them to piss off and it took a good half hour before they either left or went quiet. Not a safe feeling because there was no security on site.. If they wanted to kick the door in (like they had threatened) I was completely on my own against however many it was.. Not so bad as I am a man, but if that were a female in the room by herself, she would have been petrified I am sure.. Just a bad experience all round unfortunately. I won't be back.
