Allocated a dark, dank and airless basement room initially (was told it was an upgrade?!). Moved to a much better room the next day. Spoke to other guests who had experienced something similar, strange for a hotel that clearly was not full. Our new room was clean, comfy bed and very good shower. Breakfast probably suffered from too much variety as the quality was not particularly good, especially the juices (powdered at a guess) and the hot food was only ever warm. Highlight of the property is the pool area and the staff. Plenty of sun beds and staff always polite and helpful.

Everything was regularily cleaned. The buffet breakfast was great wide range of food. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Also let you store your bags at the hotel after check out to pick up before your flight. Overall a very good experience would recommend.
