Rooms face the water with balconies. Best part of all. Rooms are small, beds are hard. View is beautiful. Traffic on the road can be loud. Parking is on street, i got lucky with some spots. Seafood Restrraunts close by. Shopping takes some walking to get to.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Nous sommes revenus pour une 2e nuit car le personnel est attentionné et l’emplacement nous a plu. L’hotel est correct et propre. Peut-être un peu bruyant mais fermez les rideaux et les portes du patio, partez la clim. et vous dormirez bien. On a pu y laisser nos valises pour quelques jours d’escapade dans des iles. Pas de problème aussi pour laisser la voiture dans une rue autour. On peut se baigner malgré - comme le font les gens de la place - où le petit port tout près. Bel épicerie à 2 pas.

The hotel was not ready to open this season. With a lot of explicit art on the walls, one can only guess what the previous usage has been. Maintenance is low, as well as the comfort in this hotel. You can hear the other tenants shouting, screaming and hammering. If your lucky and get a room with a view it is nice, but the street is noisy at all times. Shower curtains are missing and the hot tub is broken (not getting cleaned). Fresh towels every day delivered in a plastic bag. No service what so ever. The area is a bit far away from everything, but walking 2km will get you to nice restaurants and shopping opportunitets.

This hotel is affordable for overnight. However, be prepared that it’s pretty much like a hostile. You do have your own bathroom, but it is very old and dated. The beds are so hard and you have one flat pillow. I didn’t hear much noise, but the room has a stale smoke smell.

Seaside hotel, a hidden gem. Especially in summer, when downtown Athens is sweltering, this is like being on a stretch of island in Athens. Balconies that look out to the sea. Old fashioned but clean rooms with good air conditioners and water pressure in shower. Great staff, nice lobby with tables to sit, a basic breakfast included and lovely seaside restaurants that are reasonably priced. I loved it.

We booked a non-smoking room but got one that stank of cigarettes. Another lady complained of the same problem in her room and was told there was nothing to do. No apology or compensation.

I was given a very seedy, dark room. Mirrors everywhere and it generally looked like a dodgy place. I had to put the second sheet in the bed myself and there was a heavy bed cover. Not at all suitable

For 50 euros a night with a view of the sea, it was definitely worth it, but I wouldn’t pay more. The interior is very old, and the sink in the bathroom was hanging as if it was going to fall at any moment. One good point is that the check out is at 12 that was very convenient.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and patient with all my questions - they really went above and beyond. They also gave excellent meal recommendations. The AC was excellent, when there wasn’t a sea breeze through the balcony door. The view was magnificent and a gift to wake up to every morning! The bus stop outside the door was convenient. The room, while a little dated, was meticulously clean and comfortable.

We started in a large three bedroom with no view which was more expensive than the ocean view. We changed to the ocean view that was wonderful. Unfortunately the beds are not that comfortable but tolerable.

AIR CONDITIONING WAS SO NICE!!!! We had a lovely view of the sea via balcony, which was perfect for watching the sunset from the comfort of our room. The hotel itself was wonderful, but the area left a bit to be desired. There isn’t much of anything to do within walking distance (considering the sweltering heat), and the beach outside is actually a no swim zone, so you still have to travel a bit if you’d like to go in. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t mind taking plenty of Ubers!

We reserved by chance based on previous reviews and it was an excellent choice. Room was amazing, we had a room facing the water so view was beautiful. Near by restaurent and groceries made this stay perfect. Staff went out their way to help us. Thank you Georgia at the reception. Will for sure book here again when ever we cruise out of Piraeus.

Hotel was wonderful. Staff was very helpful with anything we needed. Restaurants within 60 feet of the hotel. Had a wonderful experience and will definitely book again for my next trip to Athens.

En general bien, aunque el hotel está alejado del centro de Atenas y del puerto El Pireo, el servicio público de la zona es tardado, se tiene que gastar en taxi o Uber para moverse, y por ser retirado, el costo aumenta. Lo bueno son los restaurantes de mariscos muy cerca del hotel, la vista y un paraje hermoso de playa.

Although there are some minor worn aspects to hotel, it was a wonderful stay! Great view, comfortable room and bed, wonderful helpful staff, seafood restaurants used by locals right on our street. Excellent experience!

Basic hotel with great view in a wonderful location. My shower was only a handheld, which was tricky. There is a “breakfast” but it is only cereal and coffee. For non milk drinkers, there was no breakfast.:) I thought the area was adorable and there are many food options & a grocery in walking distance. There is a fridge in the room but no coffee maker or hairdryer. I would stay here again — just with a room with a view. If you stay here, do the upgrade. Oh, swimming in the mini marina was fantastic!!!

Seaside hotel, a hidden gem. Especially in summer, when downtown Athens is sweltering, this is like being on a stretch of island in Athens. Balconies that look out to the sea. Old fashioned but clean rooms with good air conditioners and water pressure in shower. Great staff, nice lobby with tables to sit, a basic breakfast included and lovely seaside restaurants that are reasonably priced. I loved it.

We reserved by chance based on previous reviews and it was an excellent choice. Room was amazing, we had a room facing the water so view was beautiful. Near by restaurent and groceries made this stay perfect. Staff went out their way to help us. Thank you Georgia at the reception. Will for sure book here again when ever we cruise out of Piraeus.

Hotel was wonderful. Staff was very helpful with anything we needed. Restaurants within 60 feet of the hotel. Had a wonderful experience and will definitely book again for my next trip to Athens.

En general bien, aunque el hotel está alejado del centro de Atenas y del puerto El Pireo, el servicio público de la zona es tardado, se tiene que gastar en taxi o Uber para moverse, y por ser retirado, el costo aumenta. Lo bueno son los restaurantes de mariscos muy cerca del hotel, la vista y un paraje hermoso de playa.

Rooms face the water with balconies. Best part of all. Rooms are small, beds are hard. View is beautiful. Traffic on the road can be loud. Parking is on street, i got lucky with some spots. Seafood Restrraunts close by. Shopping takes some walking to get to.

Nice view. Good for a short stay after a long flight. Ideal location with lots of restaurants and proximity to cruise terminal. They don’t even offer you a bottle of wetter or extra roll of toilet paper. The room had a super strong tobacco smell,

Staff was helpful about hotel but not about visitors getting around. We thought we were going to get an ocean view room and were told there were non available upon arrival. Only one hair dryer that is shared by the rooms? 1 staff member that cant leave thier desk to deliver anything. no breakfast provided. we found the room decor outdated and a little tacky. The biggest issue and why we left the hotel early and booked another one is because the location was so far away from the city center with no real way to get to the main areas except for uber. I thought hotel on the ocean with a great price but the area was kind of in a residential area and run down. we booked another hotel after staying 2 nights that was closer to Athens center

Friendly staff, excellent location, clean, good A/C. Rooms a bit tired and could do with some updating. Things which don't affect one's stay but need doing. Good value.

The property lobby has good representation the view from the balcony is amazing but the bathroom needs shelving to organize the toilettes and the trash bin has bad condition Also the WiFi should be upgraded in addition the lobby has plenty of space to have a section for coffees, tea and water for their guess . I believe if those simple things can be adjusted the property could raise their rating and will benefit the owner
