Reno hotel

Hotel was dichtbij shoppingscentra. Mooi zwembad. Helaas geen ontbijt, maar wel een espressobar waar je betaald een panini oid kon bestellen. Personeel was niet echt vriendelijk. We voelden ons niet welkom.

Facilities were great, less than 5 minutes walk from national stadium BTS station and less than 10 minutes walk to Siam shopping area.

we love the place, it's a boutique place well thought through, functional, with a cosy cafe, dining, swimming pool. Friendly staff. Superb location just off the skytrain (National Stadium) and across shopping malls (MBK, Siam Center, Siam Discovery) walking area Siam Square. just behind Jim Thompson. Can jog safely at Chula university. A secret well kept ! warmly recommend !

The hotel is in a very convenient location, a few minutes walk to national stadium BTS, MBK and BACC. The room interior is modern and fairly spacious. They have a small gym and pool. There’s a cafe and restaurant attached to the hotel as well as an art gallery. The WiFi was spotty but they provided a modem which helped with the signal. One side of the bed doesn’t have charging point. Also one of the bedside light is broken. There’s no table lamp or lighting at the study desk. There are only four clothes hangers for the clothes rack. There’s no clothes wardrobe.

Good. Spacious. Air con works quietly, modern, comfort bed, nice outdoor swimming pool but not heated so it is cold. Lighting is good. Staff are excellent. Only 4 floors so lift is not busy. Near mbk shopping areas. Outside is not clean as you are central and living areas. Don't compare with western world but asia world so it is fine. Bad. No hot water at basin , no soap at basin so have to go into shower to get hot water and soap, internet is ok but it is monitored and restrict like inn place. Free water is only 2 and not 4 so have to buy water for tea , cold drinks etc

Great to be back staying in the Reno after 20 years away! The hotel has been given a lovely upgrade but nice still to be able to use the swimming pool at any time.

Beer and plastic water bottles also in the mini fridge for a small purchase amount. Walls of the room need painting, as many scuff marks and fingerprints could be seen in the room and bathroom. Shower could use a good scrub with bleach as mold was spotted in the grout in the tiles. Good enough for travelers who are on the go and not spending much time in the room. Shower gel and shampoo are provided. WiFi worked well in the room. Adequate number of power outlets in the room, be aware you’ll need a power adapter. Room key must be inserted into slot by the door for the lights and air conditioning to work. Nicer upscale hotels in the area, but if you’re on a budget, this place works fine. Use Grab app for taxi, scooter, and food/drink delivery. Very easy to use in Bangkok. Some locals know a little English, especially in tourist areas, hotels, and restaurants. Have your translation app handy on your phone. If traveling to out of town locations, consider hiring a driver for the day at a set negotiated price.

Very quiet, clean hotel.

I stayed one night then checked out early and stayed somewhere else. Stains on the sheets, ants in the room including in the bed, mold in the bathroom so I did not feel comfortable taking my shoes off….. just dirty. I wouldn’t book here if you can avoid it.

Room neat and clean. Close to MBK and BTS station is very convenient.

it was an excellent stay at Reno Hotel. The staff are helpful and the hotel is not only very clean but smells great as well. the location is the best as you can easily access the BTS and is a short walk to MBK Center.

The location was convenient to shopping and dining, and the staff was friendly. The only thing that bothered me was the noise from the air conditioner.

Second stay at the hotel as it was okay. Gave us exactly the same room. Again only one charging port, didn't provide an extra roll of toilet paper, had weird paper thin soap (guessing for eco friendly purposes?) and also found their garbage cans we weirdly small... I stayed on the 25th and 26th December for 3,100 Baht per night, room only, I had a twin room which was clean and a decent size, housekeeping staff friendly and efficient, slight problem at check in , the door card had not been activated, i had to go back to reception, also was not told you need to use the card to operate the lift, there is one hard very uncomfortable plastic chair in the room, if there are two people one of them would have to sit on the bed or maybe the floor, ridiculous, there is no wardrobe or any storage space at all, only a rail with a few hangers on it.For this price i expected basic amenities i,e a comfortable chair and a wardrobe. the location is good next to the sky train and the MBK shopping mall. Overall it is an ok hotel , just needs a few minor improvements

Sound insulation is bad, so loud from outside. The shower water pressure is low. convenient for going to shopping mall and transportation.

Pros: Good location close to National Stadium station and MBK centre and Siam Discovery malls. Clean and can leave AC going while away to come back to a nice chill room. Cons: Only get one really useable power outlet so if you require charging multiple devices like a couple of phones, tablet, laptop, etc… can’t do so without some sort of splitter. Hand soap is like this weird almost paper thin square of soap not sure if this is eco friendly or gimmicky? Others: interesting modern decor … doors to room are almost flush with wall so actually missed our room the first time.

Pretty good place and good price. But a shortage of outlets was an issue--only 1 by the bed, on 1 side. Sounds like a minor thing but it was not enough for what I needed to do. Aside from that, wifi seemed fine.

Location was good just 5mins walk can reach bts and mbk.staff are friendly. Only downside is the chambermaid always forget to replace a new hand towel everyday. Overall im satisfied with this hotel.

it was an excellent stay at Reno Hotel. The staff are helpful and the hotel is not only very clean but smells great as well. the location is the best as you can easily access the BTS and is a short walk to MBK Center.

Bodde där en vecka och är helt nöjd med hotellet, men inte med receptionen där anställda var väldigt tråkiga i jämförelse med alla andra hotell jag att på i Thailand. Låtsas inte se dig när du passerar och hälsar sällan på gästerna och gav ett ovänligt eller missbelåtet intryck.

シーツやタオルに虫がいました。生きている虫がいたタオル(未使用)を替えてもらえるように、使用した他のタオルと一緒に置いていたのにも関わらず、夜帰ると同じ虫のいるタオルだけが残されていて、訳が分かりませんでした。こんなに最悪なサービスは初めてでした。

Room was not ready when we arrived at 4. Then they tried to give us a run that was less than the one we paid for! Not impressed.

Very happy staying here. Clean, tidy, and organised. Love the herbal tea and water compliments. Friendly staff who even helped with hiding hen party gift bags I had. Only negatives are:- no bathroom soap, no iron, and breakfast is expensive. Still I would highly recommend this hotel.
