Check in extremely slow, disappointing that folk with no reservations were processed before those that had. A better system is needed. Member of staff the next day extremely friendly. The hostel is quite tired. Basic compared to some of the more modern and better equipped hostels that you get nowadays. Facilities basic. Shower sounded like it was going to explode. But clean and the bed very comfortable. Great location with lovely views.

Room was clean, staff were very helpful and friendly. Facilities could have been a bit better but good overall and location was excellent waking up to a view of the harbour is an amazing start to the day.

Kitchen had everything we needed. Had a private family room, beds were comfy and it was warm! Drying room handy. Staff were AMAZING, really welcoming and helpful
