We love this boutique hotel. We stayed 6 years ago and it was as good as we remembered. The rooms and the bed were wonderfully cozy, we could have slept all day. The windows open and some rooms have great city views. And our favorite feature is the private hamman and sauna you can reserve downstairs. We will be back!

We stayed in the room for 5 nights, and couldn't be happier about the service and help we received from the staff. They were all super friendly and in a good mood, they recommended good restaurants close by and helped us with various questions. Whilst I would agree that the rooms are a bit small, it is an clean and welcoming hotel in Paris with free extra amenities like a gym. The location is also super nice, being well connected to public transport and walking distance to cute neighborhoods. I would stay here again

Great hotel, but I would definitely opt for a balcony view next time. Room was fairly large and very clean. Bathroom was immaculate. Good facilities such as gym a terrace. Breakfast was excellent.

We absolutely adored this hotel and the staff! We stayed 4 nights. The rooms are modern and there are artful touches everywhere. Don’t miss out on the beautiful but small rooftop deck for an aperitif (which you can get in the lobby). The street directly outside is loud and bustling, so if you’re looking for a quiet Paris neighborhood, this might not suit you. We enjoyed the city don and slept with our windows open. Plenty of walkable bistros and cafes, as well as a wonderful Boulangerie steps out the lobby door, but the hotel offers breakfast onsite if you choose. Close to metro, though we walked everywhere.

Upgraded to a much larger room which was ideal. The staff were very nice and the Hotel is in a great location if you want to be close to independent restaurants and near to canal st Martin. Breakfast was a nice continental. Room did not come with an iron. The rooftop terrace was nice for a wine in the evening.

Staff was very attentive. There’s that. The rest was underwhelming. There was an odor in the hallways and in the room. We couldn’t go in the elevator with luggage , so it was either people or luggage inside. Poor lighting in the room. Mattress wasn’t comfortable. No water at the bar. No water provided in the room.

The stay overall was great! There is an elevator, small but efficient for 2 people plus luggage. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent - variety of options including yogurt, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, croissants and bread. We stayed in the “Home” room which is the largest. The room was very spacious (for Paris) and bed was comfortable. The only complaint is the train noise - you can hear as it passes every few minutes. We got accustomed to the train noise and I used ear plugs to sleep. The location is fantastic, nestled between Oberkampf and République metro stations. There are many coffee shops and vintage/thrift stores in the area. It is just about a 15 minute walk to the lovely Le Marais neighborhood.

The staff at this hotel are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. It is in a great location, just off the repulique square and a short walk to Marais shops. The room was small but very cosy and well equipped. The Gym is very small and the sauna costs extra, but we didn't have time to use them. There is a coffee machine in the room and in reception to help yourself to coffee all fay. There are also sweets and pastries available.We would definitely stay here again due to the location and friendliness of the staff. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Rooms small, I suppose budget priced, the toilet in bathroom was cramped. Quiet because windows faced inward on to small courtyard surrounded by high buildings on all sides, so no outlook, but quiet was appreciated. Housekeeping did not replace the paper cups provided for instant coffee and tea making as well as in bathroom for brushing teeth. Paper cups are not really acceptable, especially when not replaced daily. The bed was large and comfortable, though too hot with the quilt as in most hotels.

The hotel room smelled like a wet dog. The carpets were dark and appeared dirty. The hotel pictures on the web looked like they are from different hotel. The hotel rooms need to be updated. The AC would automatically shut off in the middle of the night and we would wake up hot. Then, we had to turn it on again. Police sirens were heard through the night and the area was not near anything. I am thankful that I only stayed there one night. Also, the key (orb thing) was attached to a pretty good sized, stuffed Effie Tower and if you did not have a pocketbook, it was hard to carry. The staff were very polite and welcome.

Es war nicht unser erster und auch nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber sehr gut, alles modern und sauber. Das Frühstück hatte alles und war sehr lecker. Aufmerksames und sehr freundliches Personal.Die Lage ist auch super. Wieder mal Daumen hoch.

Unbelievable little find, great wee bijoux hotel. 40mins from airport (cdg) able to check in online so we just had to give id & lift key at reception. Very warm welcome when we arrived & they emailed us that morning to find out our arrival time. We stayed in a deluxe room which was on the top floor (602) it was small but had everything we needed, bed was so comfortable, shower was fab & it had a balcony you could sit out on. We could see sacré coeur & we were also able to see the Eiffel tower which was class when it sparkles on the hour!!! Fab location, on the same street as a number of good bars & restaurants, 25min walk to Notre dame through some beautiful side streets with lots of independent boutiques & vintage shops. 2 different metro stops not far from the hotel but we walked everywhere. Breakfast was a good selection of pastries, cheeses & meats as well as fruit & yogurt, enough to get you set up until you find your next stop!!! Louis on reception when we arrived was so friendly, wished my husband happy birthday & gave us good recommendations for food & bars. Would definitely stay here again, our best Paris hotel find yet!!!

We had a fantastic stay. The location was ideal with République metro station 2 min walk from the hotel and loads of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, including the neighborhood around Canal St Martin. There are a few different metro lines from République which made it very handy to get around Paris easily. We had a deluxe room with a balcony, and the bed was super comfy. Hotel rooms in Paris tend to be on the small side so be ready for that- this was bigger than the last one I stayed in though so was pleasantly surprised. The only thing I would have liked was an iron in the room but there was a pressing service offered by the hotel. Overall, I ‘d highly recommend and would stay again.

We had a nice stay and enjoyed our time here. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always smiling and happy to help. Breakfast was nice, with a good selection and a great start to the day. The room was comfortable and well maintained, but it was a bit cold and the floor was freezing. The noise from outside was noticeable but overall these were minor details compared to the positive experience.

We were given a room that was too small for 3 adults. As well, the shower was an problem as it was opened at the entrance of the bathroom - the water from the shower would be all over the bathroom floor with only one glass panel preventing the water from pooling around the toilet. After a shower, the entire floor was wet and required extra towels to manage the water. As well, the room was cold and there were insect traps under the bed and behind the safe in the closet. We asked for another room but none was available. The concierge did provide extra towels that were needed and did follow-up on issue with the people cleaning the room; for example, no new towels left, no tissue or toilet paper. The breakfast was included and it was substantial.

The stay overall was great! There is an elevator, small but efficient for 2 people plus luggage. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent - variety of options including yogurt, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, croissants and bread. We stayed in the “Home” room which is the largest. The room was very spacious (for Paris) and bed was comfortable. The only complaint is the train noise - you can hear as it passes every few minutes. We got accustomed to the train noise and I used ear plugs to sleep. The location is fantastic, nestled between Oberkampf and République metro stations. There are many coffee shops and vintage/thrift stores in the area. It is just about a 15 minute walk to the lovely Le Marais neighborhood.

We were a big group of people, staying for just a couple of nights, but we really loved our stay here! All the staff - reception, breakfast room, cleaners - were just so friendly and accommodating during our whole stay. Breakfast was all fresh and varied, the rooms were authentically Paris sized and kept very clean, and the noise really wasn't as bad as I'd expected it to be. Wish I could remember everyone's names, but thank you to Louis who made us feel very welcome straight away and was so helpful throughout!

This hotel is perfectly located near Le Marais, making it easy to explore Paris. The highlight of our stay was Nada, the manager, who provided exceptional customer service. She was incredibly friendly and professional, even upgrading our room when possible. The next morning, we saw her helping with breakfast, ensuring every guest had a great experience. Nada is truly a perfect fit for her role!

We stayed in the room for 5 nights, and couldn't be happier about the service and help we received from the staff. They were all super friendly and in a good mood, they recommended good restaurants close by and helped us with various questions. Whilst I would agree that the rooms are a bit small, it is an clean and welcoming hotel in Paris with free extra amenities like a gym. The location is also super nice, being well connected to public transport and walking distance to cute neighborhoods. I would stay here again

O hotel fica em uma localização perfeita próximo a praça da República. Com várias estações de metrô próximos, é possível visitar toda a cidade de forma rápida e prática. Além disso, fica perto de vários restaurantes e a vida noturma é bem animada e segura. Cama muito confortável, limpeza impecável, chuveiro quente e forte, café da manhã muito bom e atendimento excelente.

We loved our stay - the lication was excellent. A very short walk from the metro Republique, lots of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. We visited the Canal St Martin on foot - such a good place for a stroll and some food. The hotel was perfect and they took fantastic care of us. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast was adequate and of decent quality. Location in the basement was nice, although a bit of a squeeze if you hit rush hour. Room was prepared nicely. Clean and comfy. Loved the 24 hr reception. Felt really safe and secure. Staff were polite and welcoming, wouldn’t hesitate to use again as a base. Local area was vibrant and access to transport was great. 20-25 min walk gard du nord station with plenty of stopping places.

Great charming boutique hotel in a central location - minutes from the metro and walkable to Les Marais and all of central Paris. The staff were wonderful. Some people may find the Place de la Republique a bit seedy, but I found it authentically Parisian. Close to everything. I'd definitely stay here again!

We had a nice stay and enjoyed our time here. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always smiling and happy to help. Breakfast was nice, with a good selection and a great start to the day. The room was comfortable and well maintained, but it was a bit cold and the floor was freezing. The noise from outside was noticeable but overall these were minor details compared to the positive experience.

På plus siden: + behagelig personale og god service. + over for hotellet ligger en meget populær restaurant ved navn Bouillon som udmærket sig ved at lave god traditionel fransk mad til en god pris. Som beboer på hotellet fik man VIP status og kunne hoppe over den vanvittig lange kø til restsurenten. På minus siden: - bruseren virkede ikke godt (næsten ingen tryk på - måske fordi vi boede på øverste sal) - der var ikke køleskab/minibar på værelset - morgenmad var åbenbart ikke inkluderet i prisen. det var jeg ikke lige opmærksom på da jeg bestilte hotellet

Given the choices of hotels in Paris, I would not recommend Hotel Marias for various reason. First the front house staff is young, inexperienced and seem to have no training in hospitality. Upon check-in, we were not given anything in regards to services provided by the hotel including items of extra cost. All they did was pretty much collect payment and did not provide any resources in regards to navigating Paris or the immediate area. Second, the room is small, even for European standards. There was the bed and a small desk. With that there was barely any room to walk and no room for luggage. Third, the room was stocked with items for a party of one. One towel, one coffee cup, one bath cup. It didn't make any sense. Fourth, breakfast is not included in your stay. Given the reservation did not mention breakfast, every other hotel we stayed at in Europe, breakfast was included. Furthermore, and back to my earlier point, we were never told that there was an extra cost until we received the bill at 18 Euro per person. The breakfast is your standard fare, and is nothing special. The hotel is clean and up to date, that is the only thing I can say is positive. This hotel is rated as a 3 star, but the experience felt more like a 2 star hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and chic. We arrived much later than expected and were nevertheless welcomed warmly by Louis, the night receptionist/manager. The rooms were extremely neat, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Great location and lovely staff – with a few issues Overall, we had a good stay at this centrally located hotel, right by a major main road. If you prefer peace and quiet, ask for a room away from the road, as it can be noisy. We stayed in room 602, with a balcony and fantastic views of Sacré-Cœur, the Eiffel Tower and Notre-Dame. The view was definitely a highlight. On our last evening, I spotted a mouse in our room on the 6th floor. I reported it to reception. They tried to find someone to help, but as it was Sunday evening, this wasn’t possible. They offered us another room, but I declined and caught the mouse myself before releasing it outside. The staff were very kind and did their best to help, and the hotel refunded us one night, which we appreciated. The staff were generally extremely friendly and helpful, always happy to have a chat. Breakfast was included in our rate, but at the normal price of €18 per person, I don’t think it’s worth it. There are plenty of bakeries and supermarkets nearby. One disappointment was the check-in. We told the hotel we would arrive at 11:00 AM. We returned at the normal check-in time of 3:00 PM, but the room wasn’t ready until 4:30 PM. Since they knew our arrival time, this was disappointing. Overall, a nice hotel with a great location, amazing views and lovely staff. The mouse and late check-in were unfortunate, but the staff handled the situation well.

Breakfast was included in our rate, but at the normal price of €18 per person, I don’t think it’s worth it. There are plenty of bakeries and supermarkets nearby. One disappointment was the check-in. We told the hotel we would arrive at 11:00 AM. We returned at the normal check-in time of 3:00 PM, but the room wasn’t ready until 4:30 PM. Since they knew our arrival time, this was disappointing. Overall, a nice hotel with a great location, amazing views and lovely staff. The mouse and late check-in were unfortunate, but the staff handled the situation well.

Overall, a good hotel with a brilliant location. The room was cosy, with a comfortable bed. We booked a room with sauna access included. Upon arrival, we were told that we had private access to the sauna and were given a fob for access. We weren't told that access was subject to availability or that other guests could also use the sauna if they paid extra. We assumed that we had full access to the sauna throughout our entire stay. However, on one of the days, when we asked the staff to prepare the sauna, we were told that other guests had requested access, so we weren't able to use it. We spoke to the manager and asked her to update the terms and conditions or the wording on the booking information to avoid confusion for future guests. We just thought it would have been nice to be notified beforehand. We would not have booked that particular package if we had known that sauna access was subject to availability.

Chambre propre et agréable. Dans la salle de bain, une seule patère pour accrocher les serviettes et pas de gel douche ni de shampoing... par contre de l'après shampoing et du lait pour le corps... bizarre. Petit déjeuner de qualité mais choix restreint quand on arrive la dernière demi-heure, dommage! Personnel agréable.
