Nuestra estancia fue de 3 noches. El estado de la pensión es de completa dejadez. Desde las zonas comunes hasta las habitaciones. Es un edificio de madera, por lo que cruje cada paso o movimiento y no está insonorizado. Sin duda alguna, lo peor fue la limpieza. En las zonas comunes había tuberías corroídas, la madera en mal estado y agrietada, suciedad, humedad, etc. En la habitación todas las paredes estaban sucias, el baño tenía un plato de ducha con cortina blanca, que en la parte baja era completamente negra por el moho y la suciedad. Las sábanas estaban sucias (manchas amarillas y de algo que parecía maquillaje y pintalabios rojo) y tenían agujeros (como si se hubiesen quemado con un cigarro). Tuvimos que pedir toallas, porque no nos las cambiaron. Sin comentar que era una tercera planta sin ascensor. Lo único bueno que encontramos fue la ubicación y el aparcamiento. Nosotros no volveremos.

This was difficult to find. The advertised bar and restaurant were closed. The owner was very helpful once we found it! There was no kettle to make any drinks- with no bar/restaurant attached this was needed. The bathroom facilities were clean but the ceiling was covered in black patches of mould. We could hear every movement of the people in the next door room. For the money it was expensive. I won’t upload the mouldy bathroom ceiling photos

Don't be put off by the immediate neighbourhood. Astigarraga is a warm and friendly town full of local bars and lovely people. Bar under pension wasn't open the weekend we were there which was a shame

Puzza del bagno, 3°piano senza ascensore, nella camera si sentivano tutti i rumori delle persone che transitavano per le scale come fossero bella stanza, lavandino scomodo. Parcheggio in zona libero.

C'est une pension à l'ancienne, dans un immeuble de caractère. Tout était bien pour y dormir en cours séjour. Dommage le restaurant en bas de la pension était fermé lors de mon passage je n'ai donc pu le testé alors qu'il y avait de bons avis.

Sous toit, hyper chaud. Petit ventilateur mais!! AEC timer donc s’arrête toutes les 2h. Coupure d’électricité la nuit donc plus de vent. Pas de fenêtres, 2 petits velux mais très peu de vent. Pluie la nuit donc à fermer. 3e étage sans ascenseur. Aucun personnel. Lit trop mou, oreiller grumeleux. Je voulais me faire rembourser la moitié du séjour mais personne a « l’accueil » Pire chambre depuis 30 ans!

Pensión correcta, dos camas individuales tal y como solicitamos. No vimos a nadie del personal. Zona de fácil aparcamiento pero no hay lugar para desayunar por la zona. Volveríamos si el precio es correcto.

Buen sitio para quedarte si solamente necesitas dormir, aunque las camas hacen ruido al mínimo movimiento, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, el espacio relativamente era grande. Para poder aparcar, tienes que irte al parking de zona industrial que hay cerca, ya que toda la zona cercana del hotel está ocupada. No hay mucho que ver cerca, hay ríos, edificios en ruinas etc. El horario de recepción no se cumplió en nuestra estadía, comunicaron que eran horarios hasta las 10pm, pero a las 9:15pm ya no había nadie en recepción.

Nos hospedamos en Beizama porque queríamos estar en San Sebastián y allí los precios eran impagables en estas fechas, así todo no fue nada barato esta pensión. Se encuentra a 15-20min en coche de San Sebastián y unos 30min en bus. El problema consiste que aunque es cierto que las fotos de la pensión que se muestran en la web a la hora de hacer la reserva son reales, también es cierto q están retocadas con filtros y no se aprecia la realidad del lugar. En mi caso personal el dueño nos recibió tarde en la noche cuando llegamos y tuvo un trato excelente, pero la habitación donde me hospedé era decepcionante. La pintura del techo del baño cayéndose, la mampara estaba rota, no había jabón de baño y solo un poco de gel de manos cuando es algo básico. En resumen, al que quiera pasarse 1 noche porque le sale a cuentas ok, pero el sitio no es para que te cobren casi 100€ la noche y q presente esas condiciones.

Suciedad en la habitación. No se veía bien aseada ni limpiada. Y posteriormente…lo que mas nos ha enfadado ha sido que de 3 noches, la primera dijimos que nos limpiaran ( pusimos el cartel ) … limpiaron poco, las sabanas no las cambiaron, las toallas de baño tampoco y lo peor se dejaron la llave puesta durante todo el día pudiendo entrar quien quisiera a nuestra habitación. Mucho que desear en tema de limpieza y accesorios ( la ducha el agua caliente a ratos iba ) … lo recomendaría para 1 noche y si no tienes otra opción.

El alojamiento no es para familias con niños, la habitación super agobiante, casi no cabían ni las maletas. La limpieza mediocre, me encontré debajo de la cama una manzana mordida. No se desde cuándo llevaría allí. La ropa de cama y toallas, eso sí estaba limpia. Realmente el precio no corresponde a este alojamiento. Es una pensión.

Rapport qualité prix décevant ++++ Propreté n'est pas une habitude de la pension, le logement était sale, nous avons récupérés : cheveux dans la douche, savon usagé des précédents pensionnaires, poussière sous le lit avec option miettes. Pour 4 jours 750€ cela ne vaut pas le coup. Le beizema bar/restaurant sont ressortis sympa avec la place et les autres commodités aux alentours. Ce n'est pas un quartier adéquat pour visiter.

Je déconseille cette hébergement . Impossible de dormir on entend le broyeur des toilettes. Le sol de la chambre coller . La douche et l’évier pas nettoyer plein de sable . 90€ pour une nuit cela vaut pas du tout le coup .

The staff was nice and the room okay, but there was a very strong cigarette smell, that stayed even if we let the window open all night long. One pillow was smelling sweat too, and I think it was not cleaned after the last client.

In a small town, situated on the outskirts. Walkable to several playgrounds for kids and a bike trail. Some street noise at night from close by restaurants. Not much car noise. Was able to walk to most places in small town with no issues. However, our first night was very hot in the room as their is no AC and they were experiencing unseasonably high temps. Sheets were clearly worn and could use replacement. Overall, a peaceful option in a smaller town outside San Sebastián

Buena experienca en este hotel cerca del centro de San sebastian con el autobus El unico problemo es el ruido de la calle y de los otros viajeros sino es perfecto. El hombre del hogar es muy simpatico y la habitacion tambien.

Réservation d'une chambre pour 4 - prix facturé 250€... Très clairement, on est loin de ce qu'on peut espérer pour ce prix, et de ce que les photos présentées peuvent laisser croire. La pension est située en face d'une usine désaffectée, pas rassurant en arrivant. Même s'il est bien tenu et a été rafraîchi, le bâtiment est vétuste et mal isolé. On a souffert de la chaleur sous les combles, même en gardant les Velux ouverts. Du coup, nuisance dûe aux bruits extérieurs (heureusement le bar du dessous était fermé). Un ventilateur à disposition, mais trop bruyant et pas très puissant. Mauvaise isolation aussi entre les chambres, on entend les voisins de chambrée circuler, et les colonnes d'eau et d'évacuations laissent aussi passer les sons... Gros point noir, le sanibroyeur qui fait un bruit infernal et se déclenche de manière intempestive tout au long de la nuit. A notre arrivée, 1 seule serviette pour 4 personnes. La pension est située en face d'une usine désaffectée, pas rassurant en arrivant. Même s'il est bien tenu et a été rafraîchi, le bâtiment est vétuste et mal isolé. On a souffert de la chaleur sous les combles, même en gardant les Velux ouverts. Du coup, nuisance dûe aux bruits extérieurs (heureusement le bar du dessous était fermé). Un ventilateur à disposition, mais trop bruyant et pas très puissant. Mauvaise isolation aussi entre les chambres, on entend les voisins de chambrée circuler, et les colonnes d'eau et d'évacuations laissent aussi passer les sons... Gros point noir, le sanibroyeur qui fait un bruit infernal et se déclenche de manière intempestive tout au long de la nuit. A notre arrivée, 1 seule serviette pour 4 personnes. Sous toit, hyper chaud. Petit ventilateur mais!! AEC timer donc s’arrête toutes les 2h. Coupure d’électricité la nuit donc plus de vent. Pas de fenêtres, 2 petits velux mais très peu de vent. Pluie la nuit donc à fermer. 3e étage sans ascenseur. Aucun personnel. Lit trop mou, oreiller grumeleux. Didnt book the room until an hour before as was driving from Spain to UK and this is practically half way. The staff waited for me despite the latest check in being 10pm and I turned up at 11:30pm. Quick check in. Lovely new spacious room. Perfect for a quick stop over!

Vi blev meget glædeligt overraskede over pensionen, hvor vores værelse var flot rent, stort og med dejligt badeværelse. Og så var der altan med stole og bord samt en bar/taverna i stueetagen. Det er ikke centralt i San Sebastian, men har stor charme og værten er venlig, hjælpsom og meget fleksibel. Vi fik således lov til at efterlade vores bagage, mens vi tog ind til San Sebastian. Den by skal man se - den er bare dejlig.

Tuvimos un problema cuando lleguamos y el telefono de contacto no perteneve a nadie. Cuando pudimos contactar, no nos atendieron nada bien. Nos lo solucionaron los de Booking. No saben español.

The place was fairly out from anyway but there was a bus stop only 2 minutes walk away. When we arrived we had our heavy suitcase carried up the stairs which i thought was kind. Room was very basic and small but clean. Only real negative was that we could never find anyone around to ask about taxis, information, checking out etc etc

Buen sitio para quedarte si solamente necesitas dormir, aunque las camas hacen ruido al mínimo movimiento, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, el espacio relativamente era grande. Para poder aparcar, tienes que irte al parking de zona industrial que hay cerca, ya que toda la zona cercana del hotel está ocupada. No hay mucho que ver cerca, hay ríos, edificios en ruinas etc. El horario de recepción no se cumplió en nuestra estadía, comunicaron que eran horarios hasta las 10pm, pero a las 9:15pm ya no había nadie en recepción.

Excelente ubicación cerca del centro pero en automóvil! Muy cómodo el alojamiento y buen precio! La persona que nos atendió fué muy amable con nosotros! Nos fuímos muy contentos del lugar, nos quedamos sólo una noche.

In a small town, situated on the outskirts. Walkable to several playgrounds for kids and a bike trail. Some street noise at night from close by restaurants. Not much car noise. Was able to walk to most places in small town with no issues. However, our first night was very hot in the room as their is no AC and they were experiencing unseasonably high temps. Sheets were clearly worn and could use replacement. Overall, a peaceful option in a smaller town outside San Sebastián

Réception ouverte en permanence et clé laissée à disposition sur comptoir en cas d'arrivée tardive. Chambre simple, lits jumeaux...salle de bain simple également mais propre. Bon rapport qualité prix pour la proximité avec la côté basque. Pas de petit déjeuné mais dans le centre du village, un très bon café boulangerie avec terrasse.

Rapport qualité prix décevant ++++ Propreté n'est pas une habitude de la pension, le logement était sale, nous avons récupérés : cheveux dans la douche, savon usagé des précédents pensionnaires, poussière sous le lit avec option miettes. Pour 4 jours 750€ cela ne vaut pas le coup. Le beizema bar/restaurant sont ressortis sympa avec la place et les autres commodités aux alentours. Ce n'est pas un quartier adéquat pour visiter.

This was difficult to find. The advertised bar and restaurant were closed. The owner was very helpful once we found it! There was no kettle to make any drinks- with no bar/restaurant attached this was needed. The bathroom facilities were clean but the ceiling was covered in black patches of mould. We could hear every movement of the people in the next door room. For the money it was expensive. I won’t upload the mouldy bathroom ceiling photos

C'est une pension à l'ancienne, dans un immeuble de caractère. Tout était bien pour y dormir en cours séjour. Dommage le restaurant en bas de la pension était fermé lors de mon passage je n'ai donc pu le testé alors qu'il y avait de bons avis.

No amenities or even how to get hot water to drink my tea at night, Juan, the attendant was very nice and help us get out luggage since it was on a 3rd floor which they call 2nd floor, No elevator, public transportation was a block away and they thad supermarkets and cafe,s around, I think for the price , it’s pretty good, they just need a common area for guests like every other hostel with a microwave and a pot to boil water , thanks Jusn fir your help, Annie
