Excellent location and view. Family trip to Docklands for the footy. Communication was great and the hotel representative went above and beyond allowing us to leave our car in the car park past checkout. Recommend for location and customer service. Will be back again.

3 Bedroom apartment was lovely, had all the amenities that was needed. Beautiful view of the Docklands water way and Marvel Stadium close to tram stop, Docklands shopping, eateries and restaurants. Hotel complex provided good secure parking at affordable price and hotel was very secure.

I believe ACD manage various properties in Docklands. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with balcony and views in Doepel Way, which also included access to an indoor gym, lap pool, sauna and spa. The views were amazing, the apartment was fairly new. Close to the first tram stop in Docklands (in the free tram zone). Close to a shopping centre and supermarket. The ACD managers were extremely helpful. We loved our stay!

We wanted to use the indoor pool and gym but the security told us that we needed an orientation to use them. We were only staying for 4 days so we didn't care for the hassle and decided not to use use them, even though it is advertised in the amenities for the place. We liked that the area is clean, safe, and quiet. There were a lot of places to eat and shop nearby. You can pretty much walk everywhere. The room was clean and the kitchen had a the basic necessities if you wanted to make dinner yourself. We didn't like that there weren't any basic instructions on how to use some of the appliances. We have different kinds/brands of appliances where we are from. It would be nice to have some general instructions on how to use the washer/dryer, oven and dishwasher. The remote for the TV was not working. Also, could you please put more than one trash can in the place? Perhaps one more in the bathroom. These are minute things and they're not all that bad really but it would make staying there a great improvement. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. We didn't get the name of the man who checked us in but he was very pleasant and friendly. He gave us clear instructions on how to access the apartment. We would surely stay at this place again.

Would I stay there again? Probably not. I absolutely hate posting feedback. Although the property in general is clean, the floor was dirty, definitely hasn't been mopped for a while. The outdoor furniture hasn't been cleaned for sometime too. Keep in mind that this room is managed through an office in a separate building, so, you most try and find a park to check in before you're given a map to the actual property. Finally, the booking said a free bottle of wine, which we've never received. On the positive side, the beds are comfortable, the location is great for those who wish to be close to the district Docklands and the views are fantastic throughout.

Apartment had broken furniture with some items in disrepair or very worn out. Wasn't as clean as it should be. Lock/latch in bathroom was faulty causing me to be locked in and took two hours to rectify. I missed a funeral due to the situation which was very upsetting. When I sent an email asking for a refund due to the inconvenience and anxiety I experienced I was offered a very small amount in the form of a credit. I have sent two follow up emails which have gone unanswered. Very poor customer service.

the area around is nice and short walks to victoria market and river. the place was not cleaned prior to us moving in and very noticeable. also, the floor under the carpet was damaged probably leading to some smell due to leakage? it was cheap compared to what i was looking in and around the area. wouldnt recommend without cleaning as there were food marks and stuff laminated on the door wedges.

The guy who met us was super friendly and welcoming Location is really and the apartment is spacious with great views However- the place was very poorly cleaned. And we actually did the bathrooms ourselves. Also the WiFi did not work. We took as a sign to be offline but … you know.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and let us check-in early which was great as I had a work function to attend. The apartment was spacious but fairly run down, with lots of stains on carpets, dirty walls, broken draws, etc. The main issue is the lack of cleaning, the apartment was really dirty with the previous guests toenail clippings still on the bathroom floor and hair and dirt on the floors throughout the apartment. There were 2 vacuum cleaners in the covered which were both completely clogged with dirt and had no suction. We unclogged and cleaned these ourselves and then vacuumed the apartment and it only took about 10-15 minutes. Not sure why the 'cleaning staff' can't do the job themselves - it was pretty disgusting.

Broken appliances, carpet that has never been cleaned, bbq’s without gas, unsafe floor heaters with no safety protection, mouldy showers. Rude property manager that does not compensate poor stays. Definitely not 4.5 stars!

The couches were really old and the apartment did not look anything like the photos in the executive suite. It was really old and was not clean. Was not happy with it but had not choice as had already paid for it.

Great view, excellent central location, good amenities. 3 out of 5 mattresses hard and springy, 2 comfortable ones. Only 1 dishwasher pod provided and a few rolls of TP, so be prepared to go buy the basics. Overall a good stay and would go again.

The photos online were very different to the room we received. Our room was very small for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom executive apartment. ACD must manage various buildings in the area, as their office is a walk to the building we actually were located in. Pool facilities also differed from photos online. Overall, nothing special and would not stay here again.

The ACD apartments are in a good location in Docklands, and are in the free tram zone. The closest tram stop is 3 minutes walk away. This makes central Melbourne, Southbank and the Australian Open tennis venues all very accessible. The apartments are also located close to a Woolworths (5 minutes walk) and restaurants in Docklands. The apartment itself is spacious and quiet (at least it was during our stay) and has lovely views over Docklands. The kitchen was mostly adequately stocked with cutlery etc but was lacking some basics such as a bread knife and peeler. The air conditioning worked well. Whilst the apartment had been surface cleaned, it needed a serious spring clean - some of the doors were pretty grubby and there was a cigarette lying on the (pretty threadbare) carpet. One couch and one bed in particular were also pretty uncomfortable - the springs of tge mattress could be felt through the top sheet. A mattress topper would at least partially address this in the short term. The TV also didn't seem to work well - we couldn't get free-to-air channels although Foxtel was easy to access. This could have been easily solved with a guide of how to use the TV and replacing batteries in the remote controls. All in all, despite the great views, location and size, an accumulation of small issues would make us think twice about staying in this particular apartment again.

Would I stay there again? Probably not. I absolutely hate posting feedback. Although the property in general is clean, the floor was dirty, definitely hasn't been mopped for a while. The outdoor furniture hasn't been cleaned for sometime too. Keep in mind that this room is managed through an office in a separate building, so, you most try and find a park to check in before you're given a map to the actual property. Finally, the booking said a free bottle of wine, which we've never received. On the positive side, the beds are comfortable, the location is great for those who wish to be close to the district Docklands and the views are fantastic throughout.

Apartment had broken furniture with some items in disrepair or very worn out. Wasn't as clean as it should be. Lock/latch in bathroom was faulty causing me to be locked in and took two hours to rectify. I missed a funeral due to the situation which was very upsetting. When I sent an email asking for a refund due to the inconvenience and anxiety I experienced I was offered a very small amount in the form of a credit. I have sent two follow up emails which have gone unanswered. Very poor customer service.

Emailed that I wanted car parking until 6pm and they replied that we had free of charge parking. When we arrived they informed us we couldn't park as long as needed and they just replied to the email without reading it communication really needs improvement

Excellent location and view. Family trip to Docklands for the footy. Communication was great and the hotel representative went above and beyond allowing us to leave our car in the car park past checkout. Recommend for location and customer service. Will be back again.

Emailed to ask if my friend could check in earlier than me - didn't get a response. Phoned several times over the course of the next few days - went to voicemail asking to email every time. Sent another email - finally got a response. Did not receive bottle of wine on entry. Had to pay for parking when it was supposed to be free. Was supposed to be 2 x twin beds in one of the rooms - it wasn't. So one of my mates had to sleep on the couch. Glasses were dirty with residue. Kitchen utensils had food remnants. Chopping board in draw still had mouldy gross cheese on it. Oven buttons jammed. Light switches jammed. Such a shame because it was the perfect size and location for us. Just ruined by grossness and poor service.

We wanted to use the indoor pool and gym but the security told us that we needed an orientation to use them. We were only staying for 4 days so we didn't care for the hassle and decided not to use use them, even though it is advertised in the amenities for the place. We liked that the area is clean, safe, and quiet. There were a lot of places to eat and shop nearby. You can pretty much walk everywhere. The room was clean and the kitchen had a the basic necessities if you wanted to make dinner yourself. We didn't like that there weren't any basic instructions on how to use some of the appliances. We have different kinds/brands of appliances where we are from. It would be nice to have some general instructions on how to use the washer/dryer, oven and dishwasher. The remote for the TV was not working. Also, could you please put more than one trash can in the place? Perhaps one more in the bathroom. These are minute things and they're not all that bad really but it would make staying there a great improvement. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. We didn't get the name of the man who checked us in but he was very pleasant and friendly. He gave us clear instructions on how to access the apartment. We would surely stay at this place again.

Property managers & staff were incredible, for my last min booking. Apartment view over Docklands was incredible an not what I expected. Only downside (coming from a cleaner myself) was door was tricky to lock and apartment could use a deep Clean just to removing the marks on walls from previous guests and little things that needed some attention BUT overall nice place, stunning view and incredible staff. Will defiantly be booking again. With gratitude Amy

Was a great stay. Huge apartment. Space for everyone. The staff member on the reception was a great bloke. He was super helpful and attended our room straight away when we had a key issue. Was a great location, short walk to the free tram and docklands shopping district. Parking next door was only $20 per night. Thanks ACD, great stay.

Perfect location close to trams and shopping precinct. Apartment was big enough that you didn’t feel like you were on top of each other and the couch was comfy would definitely stay here again.

The ACD apartments are in a good location in Docklands, and are in the free tram zone. The closest tram stop is 3 minutes walk away. This makes central Melbourne, Southbank and the Australian Open tennis venues all very accessible. The apartments are also located close to a Woolworths (5 minutes walk) and restaurants in Docklands. The apartment itself is spacious and quiet (at least it was during our stay) and has lovely views over Docklands. The kitchen was mostly adequately stocked with cutlery etc but was lacking some basics such as a bread knife and peeler. The air conditioning worked well. Whilst the apartment had been surface cleaned, it needed a serious spring clean - some of the doors were pretty grubby and there was a cigarette lying on the (pretty threadbare) carpet. One couch and one bed in particular were also pretty uncomfortable - the springs of tge mattress could be felt through the top sheet. A mattress topper would at least partially address this in the short term. The TV also didn't seem to work well - we couldn't get free-to-air channels although Foxtel was easy to access. This could have been easily solved with a guide of how to use the TV and replacing batteries in the remote controls. All in all, despite the great views, location and size, an accumulation of small issues would make us think twice about staying in this particular apartment again.
