I find it challenging to rate the staff and service, as everything was automated, and I did not interact with anyone. It was very efficient, but hard to rate in a generic question. The room was a little smaller than the photo, but that might be because there was an extra bed. Parking was a bit of a squeeze.

I had a great stay with easy late evening check in. The modern room was always very clean and quiet. I liked that I was able to park the car in front of the room. I recommend Moody’s, the location and easy access to local shops and cafes. I will be back again.

If you have a back room it’s quiet despite the highway outside.Location is perfect as it’s close to Blairgowrie shops, the beach across the road and a quiet garden out the back. The motel like room is small but very well designed to make maximum use of the space. Everything we needed was provided.TV doesn’t get ABC properly.

After quite a time searching for a property we could actually afford, we came across Moody’s Motel. So glad we did. Although on the main road, this property was a delight to stay at. I was a little worried when I saw they supplied ear plugs but needn’t have worried. We were not bothered by road noise from early evening onwards and had a good sleep. The room was bright and a good size. It was also well appointed with crockery and cutlery supplied. The bed was very comfortable, water was hot and WiFi good. For the price it is really good. No-one was at reception so we didn’t get to see anyone but the contactless check in was easy and instructions sent by text, very clear. Parking is right outside your door. The property is within walking distance of a few shops and a number of restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

It was only 4 minutes from The Baths. Great location. Quiet. There was just a noise like running water the whole night. One tiny bug in the bed but nothing serious. All in all, I had a good stay. I loved that it had all I needed for my short stay.

Quite a lot of noise can be heard from the petrol station next door and the main road. However, great value for money. Rooms were clean and tidy. Highly accessible to major areas of the peninsula and nearby the shops and beach.

Room presents well, looks newish, however there was a musky smell upon arrival which after showering discovered it leaks and wets the carpet through the wall, but shower was nice, hot! Had trouble checking in as reception was unattended at 6pmish and system failed to SMS me entry code details. And after cycling 70kms to get there with rain that sent anxiety through the roof. Needed a good sleep but no luck as there’s a service station 10m from the door and road noise all night, double glazed windows they are NOT! Thankfully there’s a restaurant next door that saved us from starving as even Ubereats was a failure, it was a Monday night during school holidays. Cheapest around, but not by enough.

Schöne kleine Unterkunft, direkt neben einer Tankstelle und an der Hauptstraße. Es ist nicht sehr laut aber man hört die Straße und auch die Nachbarn. Trotzdem für 1-2 Nächte zu empfehlen. 👍

Overall not a bad stay. The room was well thought out and had everything I needed for my stay. WiFi was fast enough for limited Telstra coverage. I had a tough time sleeping with noise coming from the units above. Noise did not stop until 12:30/1am which prevented me from sleeping. Based on that alone, I wouldn’t stay again. Place was clean, and easy to get to, with clear instructions and self check in which was handy and nice to see.

The accomodation were nice. Being situated on the room on road was horrible. Traffic noise You could hear every movent from upstairs guest. Cleaner was at our door 5min past 10am.

Thankfully there’s a restaurant next door that saved us from starving as even Ubereats was a failure, it was a Monday night during school holidays. Cheapest around, but not by enough.

Room presents well, looks newish, however there was a musky smell upon arrival which after showering discovered it leaks and wets the carpet through the wall, but shower was nice, hot! Had trouble checking in as reception was unattended at 6pmish and system failed to SMS me entry code details. And after cycling 70kms to get there with rain that sent anxiety through the roof. Needed a good sleep but no luck as there’s a service station 10m from the door and road noise all night, double glazed windows they are NOT! I only stayed for a night and it was self check in which was easy. I did need to ask the proprietor about UBER to Sorrento as it was the Writers Festival which I was attending and the Anzac weekend so a busy time. She offered that if I was stuck for a lift home they would help me out! Amazing and kind. Fortunately didn’t need to ask.

The Motel is a very convenient location, and very close to the beach. A delightful stroll along the shore examining many large, washed-up jelly fish. An excellent dinner was available just across the road. The room was very good, comfortable and quiet. The reception was friendly and helpful.

After quite a time searching for a property we could actually afford, we came across Moody’s Motel. So glad we did. Although on the main road, this property was a delight to stay at. I was a little worried when I saw they supplied ear plugs but needn’t have worried. We were not bothered by road noise from early evening onwards and had a good sleep. The room was bright and a good size. It was also well appointed with crockery and cutlery supplied. The bed was very comfortable, water was hot and WiFi good. For the price it is really good. No-one was at reception so we didn’t get to see anyone but the contactless check in was easy and instructions sent by text, very clear. Parking is right outside your door. The property is within walking distance of a few shops and a number of restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

This property has everything one could possibly require while away for a few days on the Peninsula. Furthermore everything was modern and impeccably clean. It felt slightly weird not having to check in or out, and the use of a door code was slightly tricky until we got used to it. The immediate surrounds of Moody's Motel are lovely and contain a lovely garden and BBQ area. The property's location right beside a petrol station at first was slightly off-putting, but proved not to be an issue - in fact, when we ran out of milk, it was available from the shop! This motel is a gem!

Clean and comfortable with lots of added touches like ear plugs although the area wasn’t too noisy. Great cafes and supermarket just down the road and on the bay so lovely location to take a walk. I loved the real plant growing in the bathroom. My one negative was that the tiles in the shower were a bit slippery which I think Was from too much cleaning product

Quite a lot of noise can be heard from the petrol station next door and the main road. However, great value for money. Rooms were clean and tidy. Highly accessible to major areas of the peninsula and nearby the shops and beach.

Schöne kleine Unterkunft, direkt neben einer Tankstelle und an der Hauptstraße. Es ist nicht sehr laut aber man hört die Straße und auch die Nachbarn. Trotzdem für 1-2 Nächte zu empfehlen. 👍

I had a great stay with easy late evening check in. The modern room was always very clean and quiet. I liked that I was able to park the car in front of the room. I recommend Moody’s, the location and easy access to local shops and cafes. I will be back again.

Clean room, friendly staff, pet friendly location. Maybe could have used real grass instead of fake grass in the courtyard connected to room as the scent of pet waste was apparent. Otherwise everything else was great.

Seamless check-in and it was warm stay. There's a bit noise from outside between 9-10pm like operational noise from generator or pump which might from the gas station next to it. Except the noise everything was great.

Well located, many beaches and restaurants near by. However, located on the Nepean Highway where audible fast moving traffic and cars filling at the petrol station next door starts at 4am and slows down around midnight. Family rooms face the road. Traffic noise is particularly loud in room 8 on the ground floor. Mia very kindly and empathetically moved us to another quieter room making it possible to sleep after the first night. But this was after some persistence at the front reception who first offered ear plugs, then asked 'what were we hoping for as a solution' to the loud traffic noise.

Well located, many beaches and restaurants near by. However, located on the Nepean Highway where audible fast moving traffic and cars filling at the petrol station next door starts at 4am and slows down around midnight. Family rooms face the road. Traffic noise is particularly loud in room 8 on the ground floor. Mia very kindly and empathetically moved us to another quieter room making it possible to sleep after the first night. But this was after some persistence at the front reception who first offered ear plugs, then asked 'what were we hoping for as a solution' to the loud traffic noise.

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The manager was helpful and kind. We had a great sleep. The motel has a comfortable lounging area in the yard, and is just across the street from the beach, so it is in a great location, and well priced.
