Designed with young travelers in mind, Onefam is where you’ll meet amazing people, uncover Barcelona’s hidden gems, and have the time of your life. We mostly recommend it for travelers aged 18 to 45. Onefam is a hostel primarily for adults and may not be suitable for minors. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Guests aged 16–17 require prior parental authorisation by email.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All guests are required to present a valid physical government-issued ID/Passport upon check-in. Digital copies, photographs, or scans of identification documents are not accepted. Failure to present a valid physical ID may result in denied check-in.
This property has a 2 day cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Non-refundable rates: If your booking is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will still be charged the full cost of your booking.
Maximum stay: 7 nights per person (if you book more than 7 nights your booking will be cancelled, even if you make multiple bookings)

A different policy applies to confirm bookings over 300 euros
To confirm your booking, you will need to provide 30% of the total amount in advance. Payment can be through credit card. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received. Should it not be possible to collect the 30% payment, we will send an email provided for booking to request an alternate valid payment method. Failure to respond to this email within 24 hours (or the time you normally give before cancelling) will result in cancellation of your booking. The deposit is totally refundable if any modification or a cancellation is done at least 2 weeks before the arrival date.

STORNOGEBUNDENE BEDINGUNGEN

Digitale Kopien, Fotografien oder Scans von Ausweisdokumenten werden nicht akzeptiert. Das Versäumnis, einen gültigen physischen Ausweis vorzulegen, kann dazu führen, dass der Check-in verweigert wird.
Diese Unterkunft hat eine Stornierungsfrist von 2 Tagen. Wenn Sie nicht innerhalb dieser Zeit stornieren, fällt eine Stornierungsgebühr in Höhe der ersten Übernachtung Ihres Aufenthalts an.
Nicht erstattungsfähige Tarife: Wenn Ihre Buchung nicht erstattungsfähig ist. Falls Sie sich entscheiden, Ihre Buchung zu stornieren, oder im Falle eines No-Shows, werden Ihnen dennoch die vollen Kosten Ihrer Buchung berechnet.

Um Ihre Buchung zu bestätigen, müssen Sie 30 % des Gesamtbetrags im Voraus leisten. Die Zahlung kann per Kreditkarte erfolgen. Ihre Buchung wird bestätigt, sobald die Zahlung eingegangen ist. Sollte es nicht möglich sein, die 30 %-Zahlung einzuziehen, werden wir eine E-Mail an die für die Buchung angegebene Adresse senden, um eine alternative gültige Zahlungsmethode anzufragen. Wenn Sie nicht innerhalb von 24 Stunden auf diese E-Mail reagieren (oder innerhalb der Zeit, die Sie normalerweise vor einer Stornierung angeben), führt dies zur Stornierung Ihrer Buchung. Die Anzahlung ist vollständig erstattungsfähig, wenn eine Änderung oder Stornierung mindestens 2 Wochen vor dem Ankunftsdatum erfolgt.
