My room was ok. Everything worked. It was quiet. For one night, it was acceptable. I wouldn't stay again. Underneath the beds was dirty (needed a vacuuming). The door to the parking lot was broken, so it didn't lock or require a key to get in. Not very safe.

This property needs maintenance and deep cleaning - the toilet in our first room was constantly running and the room was not clean so we transferred to another room which was a bit cleaner but we could still hear the other rooms running toilet(s). Even the curtains in our rooms and in the common areas were dirty.the pool was clean however and the staff were helpful

No breakfast. No restaurant at the hotel anymore. Rooms dod not come with a microwave, have to ask for one even though the pictures so all of that. Pool closes at 7pm.

The facility was filthy, the towels were stained and the hotel looked nothing like described. There was barely toilet paper, had to ask they don’t clean room unless request, the gym wasn’t a gym it was non working machines that were also dirty, only ok thing about place was some of the front desk staff. The night one lady and the morning guy were friendly and helpful. Everything is broken down.

This hotel seemed a bit older and in a state of disrepair since my last visit two years ago. My bathroom door would not shut properly and our exit door nearest to our room was broken and always open. This made it feel a bit less secure as any person could just walk in and get to the rooms without any security. The card reader on this door was also broken. In addition, there were always cars with random people sitting in them just outside the broken door. Again, this left me with a feeling that my security was not a priority.

No laundry as advertised

The property is run down and everything was out of order. Pool is out of order. Restaurant closed permanently and only 1working elevator. Hallways have stained carpets and the room was cleaned with an odd odor. No wash cloths and the soap was the size of a quarter. The staff was friendly and helpful but ownership needs to renovate this property to what it once was. The pictures online need to be updated it no longer looks like the photos. Once again very disappointed in the condition of the property.

The room’s bathroom was dirty, the shower walls had hairs.. Also, there was no towels in the bathroom. We tried to call for towels, and the phone was not working. I had to go to the front desk to get them myself. The walls had cracks and paint chipping off. The lamps shade had spills of something. The air conditioning was not working, it kept shooting off. The room had poor lighting, not all the lamps were working. It has been one of the worse rooms I’ve had ever stayed.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. I reserved this hotel for a one night stay and when I showed up and walked to our room the halls smelled of smoke even though there are signs at the front desk no smoking and you have to sign a document about not smoking. Once entering our room we were greeted by stains on the floors and a roach in the bathroom. The pictures for this property are deceiving and the hotel is not as it looks. It smells musty and old and is not clean. I walked out after 10 min and told the front desk I was not staying and we left. To make matters worse I was declined for a refund even though I didn’t stay. Save your money and do not stay at this hotel.

Disgusting room. Comforter had yellow stains on it, and there was hair underneath the comforter. Rugs were dirty and it smelled horrible throughout the place.

Yes This was absolutely the most disgusting place I have ever encountered in my entire life of staying at a hotel filthy bed. Roaches changed room five times heat not working in the rooms cold and other rooms. Rugs are dirty behind the beds are dirty. The bathroom is dirty. The sink is dirty. The toilet has poop in it Sheets, not even changed, the pillowcases not changed. This place is horrible and to be shut down by the board of hell which I will be contacting next.

(1) Room we were assigned had a combination of bed bugs on the bed and roaches crawling around. (2) Room after us telling staff someone was using the room to lay and shower bed was messed up and bathroom floor wet (3) Room we went into there was a crackpipe on the bathroom sink with drug paraphernalia around (4) the room was ok but ac barely worked. The staff and management didnt know what to do or say.

Hair on the beds when we entered the room. Trash on the ground. The first room smelled like cigarettes and the halls smelled like smoke. The tubs were dirty and unidentified spots on the rug.

Mouse in roo. Left. Want refund. No cup in room. Back door ope. NO security lock in room. Both lamps not working.

Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk, we waited after ringing the desk bell. The room had a bad odor, there was a live cockroach in the fridge (it ran away before I could take a photo of it), the bathroom had wet urine on the toilet seat, the bottom of the shower was filthy.

The room was spacious and decent. There was black mold in the bathroom and stains all over the carpet. The door safety latch on the door looks like it had been broken down multiple times.

This was a very no frills experience. It’s bare bones and run down, very run down. The staff and level of cleanliness was fine despite how worn everything is. Just literally everything from the floors to the furniture is falling apart. The fridge in our room was falling over with a missing foot, towel bar just broken and left that way, same with the assistance bar in the shower and the mount for the hairdryer was falling off the wall. I don’t regret staying or anything, just outlining what to expect. It’s the lowest price option around. I wasn’t expecting perfect accommodations. My suggestion to the owner is to bare minimum, replace the carpets. They’re super gross and just messed up….and the tubs/enclosure. The place just looks like it’s literally never seen a renovation of any kind.

what must have been a great hotel in the 1980's is now still OK but a bit dated. However a great value for the money if you can look past a few things. Everything worked, but yeah the carpet is old, but the refrigerator work, the TV worked, the bed was comfortable enough. I'd stay again for the price,

It wasn’t terrible for the price but the ac in our room didn’t work. We switched our room and the ac stil wasn’t working well.

The room smelled like mothballs. Soap the size of quarters. Terrible in-room coffee. The room and sheets were clean.

Place is quite, clean. Nothing special, I would stay here again.

This hotel is in major need of repairs. The room we were given had a desk chair with nearly all of the fake leather coating peeled off from the arms and back, a horribly uncomfortable “king” bed that was really two hard, old twin mattresses pushed together. I wouldn’t have mind it being two twins except they were so old and uncomfortable. But worst of all, the air conditioning was broken. We were moved to another room- a little more updated looking, but still issued. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling off. The faucet sprayed everywhere. The bathtub shelving had mold on it. The hairdryer didn’t work. They let us into a different room to try that one, and the hairdryer there didn’t work either. The only redeeming feature of our stay was the nice young man who helped us. He seemed to genuinely care about our stay. The woman who was on duty when we left Saturday was not as nice or helpful.

The hallways were dingy, and dimly lit. The room was just as bad. There was a musty/moldy smell in the room, paint was cracked/peeling/bubbling up on walls & ceilings. Curtains were partially broken. Bathroom was dingy, toilet seat was half broken. Door had a broken extra lock thingy, there was toilet paper shoved in the peephole. You could hear everything, and people aboove us were fighting loudly.. do not recommend this hotel.

The room was advertised as a queen bed room. However, it was just two twin sized mattresses pushed together. Also, the room keys had to be reset twice which was annoying.

Expedia did not mention the deposit and was not told about it before the clerk tried to charge my card

When we arrived, we were in a rush to shower and change clothes for an event. We had to change rooms 3 times. First room had pubic hair all over the shower. Second room was under construction, third room had a substance on the floor that looked like blood. I explained the experience to the front desk, was told to reach out to the property manager thru Expedia. Expedia responded that the property could not issue a refund due to the hotel’s rules and policies. Nothing against the front desk associate, she did try in getting us new rooms and apologized for the inconvenience, but the rest of her team, set her up for failure. This hotel is disgusting, poorly cleaned, and unorganized. Do not recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

There was a guy at the front desk who is extremely rude. I spent a few nights here and when I left I saw there was no refund for my deposit. I called the following day to ask about the deposit, the front desk guy said. “It takes 48 hours- weeks depending on YOUR bank.” He kept repeating that As I tried to explain that my bank told me it was not pending, only the deposit charge was pending, he just kept over talking me (rudely), repeating that. So two days later when I went back to the hotel, to ask him to give proof of the refund, he took 20 minutes, then said “ I JUST refunded it” so I mentioned how rude he was and adamant on the phone with me giving me incorrect information about my deposit. After which he began to check me in. He sent me in a room way far down the hall, with no air conditioning . I thought this was done on purpose, because he took another 20 minutes to find the room. I’ve done front desk at a hotel, I know it takes less than 2 minutes to see what rooms are available. After I went all the way down the hall , past several vacant standard/double rooms, to the room where I discovered there was no air conditioning, I went back to ask for another room. I requested the same room I previously stayed in, which I knew was vacant. He told me it had been reserved. This is at 8:40pm. I began explaining I knew the front desk process and I knew he seemed to take longer finding my room, and I felt he put me in the room with no air conditioning, to now tell me the room.

Tried for an early check in as we were in town for a wedding. Front desk clerk was extremely rude and advised no early check ins were available. Told us to come back at 3! We returned at 3:15 to be rudely advised there were no rooms ready. By 3:25 we were provided a room. Room had no towels. Front desk provided us with hand towels and advised the washer and dryer was not working. They then provided us with pool towels that stank and were unusable! We were pressed for time so we couldn’t really complain too much. The ironing board was broken but we managed to fix that so we could iron our wedding clothes. When we checked out we advised of the stink of the towels and we received no apology or any other response, just an ok from the clerk.

Prior to check in I was told there would be a security deposit which was not included in the booking information on Expedia. Upon arriving and checking in, I had to wait at the desk for someone to come and when he finally did, I indicated that I had a hearing disability. The front desk person ignored that and did business as if he never heard me say that. I had to second guess everything he said. Several minutes to get checked in, one card did not work on the door and was put in a recycled holder with a different room number. When entering the room, there were multiple stains on the carpeting and peeling wallpaper. The door did not close securely and had a gap along the edge which I could see the hallway. None of the lights were plugged in. Toliet had very weak flushing power. No soaps or shampoo for the room. Luckily I had my own from other hotel stays. Towel I grabbed first had a questionable brown stain on it so I grabbed a second one and that was frayed along one edge. I needed a place to stay for a quick sleep before moving on. Would never stay at this place again nor bring family there.

Staff. Beware!! They wouldn’t honor my paid reservation with Hotels.com. This led to having to pay more for an alternative hotel room that by then went significantly up in price. What kind of hotel does that!! If they had a policy on longer term stays, they never should have accepted the reservation!

Desk staff is amazing . Always a smooth check in

I got a call not even five minutes before my reservation informing me of its cancellation due to an electrical issue. No compensation, no help.

The staff were pleasant. The room was horrible and I asked them to move me to another room. At least the 2nd one had working outlets. I had to ask for a microwave and coffee pot. The security latch on the door was broken, so I leaned the ironing board against the door at night. They had broken things on the wall, and if you weren't careful, you could slice your hand badly.The rooms are never cleaned while you're there. Cleanliness at the front desk is excellent, but it does not extend to the rooms.

The staff is always professional, courteous and polite, that mean the world to me.

Close to many amenities and activities.

The place is quiet and the property is clean, safe and secure. There dinning options to choose from close by, the staff are great. The condition of the hotel I'll give it a 4 star.

It was only about 20 mins away from town

Walkable to several stores. Very nice pool. Good value for cost

I will come again. You get what you pay for. If you want 5 star accommodations, spend 5 star money. I went with 3 children for the night and accommodations where just fine for us. I was disappointed that the pool and restaurant are currently not open. Despite the low price I paid, there are still some things that sre unacceptable like the most disgusting desk chair I have ever seen in my life. The leather was ripped and peeling off the entire chair, it was a definite eye sore as well as a room that was not thoroughly cleaned as I found miscellaneous items unser and behind furniture.

It was your basic last minute motel booking nice enough to spend the night if you have to clean rooms despite the outside of appearance, but don’t make it your first pick restaurant closed bar closed, but on the high side pool is beautiful and open and open late.

We are very frequent travelers and were very disappointed to realize the room and no clock and worse yet NO COFFEE MAKER! There also was no nightstand or reading lamp on one side of the bed. Might be fine for a single traveler who doesn't drink coffee in the morning, but not for older couples.

Among other deficiencies, the most basic n important deficiency is not providing drinking water in the room!
