have stayed here many times on way from Michigan to NJ. Front desk gentleman is always very nice an cheerful to me. I like that when I get here I have a parking spot right in front of my room which makes it much easier for me because I have really bad knees and after traveling for hours, I can unload and load right into my room without walking from a further parking spot, the room is ready an heat or air is on.

I've been staying at various budget motels all summer on motorcycle trips. This place has been the best value by a mile. Nothing fancy, but clean and thoughtful touches abound. The office doubles as a beer store (with a great variety) and was open super late. Bonus-super motorcycle roads in this area!

I appreciated that the Continental breakfast was delivered to the room via a locked box ! Would ALWAYS prefer to have a coffee pot in the room. Was grateful for the fridge & microwave. And the iron & ironing board was great as well !!!! Thank You !

I have stayed here many times during the last 10 yrs when traveling from Michigan to NJ. I like that its a one floor and I can always park right in front of my door making it easy to unload and reload in morning/ The staff is always very polite an makes sure I have a nice quiet room, he has always worked afternoons and always remembers me when I walk in.

It's a motel. I was very impressed with the bed and how quiet it was. Everything was clean, but a panel had fallen off of the wall and was taped back on, part of the desk laminate was missing, but seriously, all we needed was a place to rest our heads for the night after a concert. It was adequate. I have to say that the staff was amazing. Thank you.

Dirty sheets. Musty smell, wet dog smell, dirty furniture, Toilet stains, two men smoking pot in the parking lot. I’m asthmatic so I had to leave within 5 minutes of walking into my room, not what I expected at all.

Beds were very good, new, clean, good quality. Staff was confused about when and if housekeeping comes. When we did request housekeeping, they never showed up, had to go to the desk to request clean towels and more toilet paper. Luckily we brought our own shampoo. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. If you need a quick place to sleep, this is a decent value, but you get what you pay for.

And all the traveling that we do this was by far the worst bed we've ever slept in. Hotel is in need of a major upgrade of their beds. Also really don't like sitting in my room and all I can smell is marijuana. I know that it's from the guests, not the hotel, but I think they would do more to enforce people from standing outside the doors smoking marijuana.

Convenient location, liked having an actual key rather than a card. Room was comfortable but is in need of update. Carpet was cigarette burned and stained but over-all in good condition for an older motel. We woukd stay there again for sure.

Front desks guy's got a pit bull that he let's jump up on guests and isn't leashed or muzzled. I fell unsafe and was extremely anxious. He did nothing but make excuses. Won't use this place again!

Pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and the thoughtfulness of everything supplied in the room. Kelly at the front desk is very nice too. Easy check in. Bigger than average fridge. Comfy beds and pillows. Complementary Continental breakfast brought to your room through dumb waiter. Great place!

It was exactly what we wanted out of a low cost stay. Housekeeping did not come for us and at check out we were told that\'s normal, they only come when requested now because of Covid at "all hotels", but we stay at a lot of hotels and that\'s not true.

the staff was very friendly. The room was very nice for the price. Its beside a very nice restaurant. I forgot my coat and they had it waiting for me when I returned. Only bad thing is I called several times to ask if they had me coat, but NOBODY answered the phone. A business should ALWAYS answer their phone.

Horrendous experience checked in at the Brewski bottle. Went to room but it had never been cleaned. Bed unmade garbage in room and smelled. Although it took a very long time they moved us to a different hotel. Staff tried to help and were apologetic. I will never go back. They did move us to the Suoer 8 staff very friendly and helpful

Service here was great. In a good location close to Penn State and area. I’ve had to travel to Penn State several times in past but never noticed this on Hotels,com before. I will definitely check for availability for my future visits.

Kelly was very nice at check in and during our stay. This is a no thrills but no fuss small motel. Room was fine and clean, beds and bathroom were also nice and clean. No lobby to speak of but for the price it was better than expected👍 Compared to the $250 a day plus hotels the Nittany Budget offers a nice affordable option for a short stay and only 10 minutes from Penn State.

I greatly appreciated the microwave & fridge, as well as the iron & ironing board in the room. Bed & linens were very nice & clean. I also greatly appreciated the Continental breakfast delivery to the box ! Only thing I really would have liked is a small coffee pot in the room. Cheers !

Hotel suites our needs. Staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was not quite what we were expecting. But in a pinch I’m sure it would do the job. Rooms are a little dated but clean and we felt safe.

Our stay here was great for what we needed (a place to stop on the way back from Ohio and also to check out Penn State casually, we had never been), we especially loved the little “breakfast nook” in the room! What a neat feature. The rooms are basic but clean. Safe and quiet area. Great value for what I paid for the room.

Nothing fancy, but the place was clean and the bed was comfy. I just needed a spot to crash for a few hours, and this was perfect: clean, comfortable, no weird smells, and even a little breakfast delivered right to my door. I arrived late, like 2:30 in the morning, but the guy at the desk wasn't fazed at all. I would absolutely stay here again if I'm passing through the area.

I was totally pleased with my stay there. You can tell it's an older motel, because the room was huge. King sized bed, large desk/counter, good sized fridge. Everything was in good working order. I appreciated touches like having the thermostat on the wall instead of controlling it from the unit. Plenty of towels, and places to hang them; plenty of usable electrical outlets; soft-close toilet seat. The continental breakfast was a little strange. You are only allowed one item from three sections of a menu, but it's delivered to your room at a time of your choosing. I didn't have a chance to use the ice machine or the Wi-Fi, so I can't comment on them. There was a large selection of channels on the TV. The room did smell a little stale, but that's the problem with having recirculated air conditioning - no fresh air coming in. I don't know what they charge there during football season, but I consider it a very good value for what I paid during summer.
