No coffee pot in room or in lounge

Hello, That hotel is disgusting. Someone left their underwear in the bathroom sink. House keeping didn't clean the room well. I was afraid to sleep.on the bed or take my clothes off for that matter. Worst hotel I EVER stayed at. Everything looked dirty. I wouldn't recommend this dump to anyone. My husband took pictures, I will add later

This is my go to spot when I go to the Poconos the value for what the hotel offers is great. Location is centric to all shopping restaurants entertainment the works. This hotel is a great place to go with a partner family and friends you will not be disappointed

Lets go down the list here. Hotel is beyond dated. It looks like someone from kindergarten painted it. Stuff taped over, archiac door readers that the cards are sensitive to phones still, I thought we got over these in 2012. When I mentioned the refridgerator was clicking, said someone would be sent to the room, no one showed. Air conditioner froze up on friday and would not unthaw. Holes in the tile in the elevator, back door was not secured. The coffee maker was not cleaned out. The list goes on as this hotel looks like its almost about to fall apart.

It’s a decent get away hotel isn’t bad jacuzzi was fun. Only thing I didn’t like was the front desk assistant said I booked two rooms so he was trying to charge me even after I showed him I only booked one. I told him before I handed him my card don’t charge me for the other room and he still did it
