Beautiful hotel close to shopping and conveniently attached to Ruth Kris Restaurant. Also, this is the first time traveling with our mini schnauzer and he was very welcomed and you could not tell at all this place was pet friendly. We will definitely rebook a visit here!!

I enjoyed everything, but the parking limit parking and the parking prices/ self parking. Homeless people in the parking lot. The limitre mon Self parking was ok the first day. The second day i could not fine one after making 5 attemps i had get velet for more money!

Great place to get away for a few days. Great facility, rooms and Ruth's Chris Resturant. Room was very comfortable and clean. Not really a negative but there wasn't an outdoor pool.

There were nuts left on the floor next to bed which makes me question how much they vacuum. The coffee machine was dusty on top and there was a bug in the cabinet where the refrig. was located.

We checked out a day early due to our room had not been thoroughly cleaned our entire visit. On this past Saturday we stayed out of the room until after4 pm to give the staff time to clean. When we came back, the room still had not been. There was cleaning staff in the hall and they advised me, at 4:20, 10 minutes and they would be there, at 5:30 or so I called the front desk and they said they would take care of it. At 6 pm a staff member came and did a very cursory cleaning. They picked up the dirty linen and trash, but did not replace the towels or washcloths, did not vacuum, left their cleaning supplies in the room, and did not change any of the bedding or even leave sheets for us to do so. On Sunday the room was not cleaned period. We were advised that since we booked through a third party, Expedia, they would not refund anything. When I advised I’d be sending an email to their corporate office, I was told that their manager would call me yesterday. As of today, we have not received a call. This stay was disappointing.

The property was absolutely wonderful. My family and I were in town for a cheerleading competition which involves a lot of early mornings and running around. Here I was able to get rest in a clean room and comfortable spacious room. The breakfast was phenomenal and well organized. Nonetheless, the staff was great and extremely professional. I would definitely come and stay again, as well as recommend it to others. Thank you for an amazing stay.

My room was not made up everyday, after the second day and asking them to bring me fresh towels and at least make the bed, they still didnt for the rest of the time I was there (4days). The mini fridge only worked on and off and I had to throw out all the food in there (about $30) worth. Staff was friendly

I really expected more from an Embassy Suites. The head of the mattress was tilted down enough to make the blood rush to your head and there were significant body grooves in the mattress. The breakfast selection was nice but the taste was bland at best.

Registration desk was wonderful. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. We arrived with over an hour of breakfast remaining. There wasn't any coffee or tea available! Buffet breakfast was served to you. Food was good. Evening reception was not pleasant. Bartender was not on time. She was rude to multiple guests & loudly voiced her irritation that guests had lined up awaiting service. She was obviously having a bad day. Rooms were amazing. Lobby is beautiful.

This time the hotel’s complimentary cocktails and nibbles were not up to norm, nothing hot was served only mixed fruit bowl and carrots & celery to nibble on with your cocktail.

Breakfast in the morning with fresh omelettes was great. Staff are friendly and engaging fresh flavored water daily in the lobby, along with hot tea and coffee all day. Ruth Chris was a great addition to the hotel. Nice upscale restaurant suites were beautifully decorated and spacious price point for rooms was good. Location close to Southern University very convenient. Look forward to our return trip as the hotel was one of the highlights.

Had a great time staying at Embassy Suites. Enjoyed the complimentary cocktails and appetizers. Breakfast had something for everyone. Will definitely stay there again.

At the evening happy hour you got two free drinks. My drinks and my son’s mixed drinks were TERRIBLE. Both alcohol and mixer were bad.

Beautiful hotel. We had early check-in after traveling through the night. Desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. Room was spic and span. Our only disappointment was the made to order breakfast. Really just an omelet with cheese thrown on at the end and left to melt on the plate. The rest was typical hotel breakfast. We have had much better at other Embassy Suites. Still the hotel was impressive. Staff great.

Clean and comfortable with great amenities. Free breakfast offers omelets, bacon, sausage, French toast sticks, bagels and other breakfast breads, fruit, cereal and more. The quality of the food was so-so, but not bad for a complimentary breakfast. The complimentary happy hour each night is a fun offering as well, although the alcohol is on the cheap end as expected. It gets super crowded for both breakfast and the happy hour so come early. The room was comfortable although a bit simple for a Hilton brand. Stains on the couch were a bit off-putting, but the room was clean. The parking is terrible. The hotel shares a lot with Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and Nothing Bundt Cakes which takes up half the parking in business hours. Even without those businesses, there wouldn't be enough parking. There seems to be overflow parking in a shopping mall parking lot behind the hotel, but it's a bit of a walk. Lots of food options nearby including a Publix. The hotel is about 15 - 20 min from downtown Chattanooga depending on traffic and route.

Overall the hotel was beautiful, the free complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening was a pleasant surprise. The complimentary Little Debbie cake in the room was a nice touch. Everything seemed clean and staff was super friendly. The only complaint is the refrigerator in the room did not keep food cold and seemed like someone turned the knob to a warmer setting prior to us arriving.

When checking in I told the receptionist that I had a dog with me so that she can be sure to add the pet deposit fee to my booking. She looked at me and asked was I sure I wanted to stay there because the fee would be $100 and that's a lot of extra money.... I told her I was already fully aware of that fee and I was ok with paying it. I felt that she was very unprofessional to suggest I stay somewhere else due to a $100 fee as if she assumed that I could not pay for it.... Other than that experience the hotel itself is lovely along with all of the amenities. The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I stayed for a family reunion and enjoyed myself. I just wish the lady who checked me in was a little more professional that's all. The hotel is beautiful and the pet fee is the average fee for most hotels I stay at so it was not an issue. I also loved how in the back there was a nice little walking path for me to walk my dog. One of the maintenance guys even came up to me and played with my dog he made us feel comfortable and Miss Deborah who was working the reception area during breakfast was so kind and had a wonderful personality. The bartender was also very friendly and such a sweetheart as well. Overall it was a great time and will definitely stay again.
