Royal Inn

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I booked a stay thru hotel.com upon arrival I was 1 and a half hours early for check in the .an working there informed me for 60 dollars I could check in early but he could only take cash,I was so tired I just wanted to get inside and rest my head,I handed him 60 dollars he took the money and wasn't giving me my change when I asked him about my change he mumbled somthing about tax and said don't worry about it, now my nightmare unfolds he handed me my room key and told me it won't work for twenty minutes so I followed him to the room and noticed he unlocked the 3with a regular metal key as I entered the room this is what I found, the TV got 6 channels and two of them were cartoons come to find out after I was checked in the key card I had would never work cause they were all broken,for me to leave room and return I had to go get the staff and they had to come let me in with their metal key, there were no safety locks on inside of the door,if that wasn't enough there was no hot water the floors were absolutely filthy as well as the bed spread and sheets were totally stained with what looked like dried blood the whole property was drenched in some awful smelling freshener that burned my nose to breath,the wal l s had holes ,broken outlets and peeling paint,when I sat down on toilet it felt like it would fall over there was a half roll of toilet paper and NO TOWLES ! I pulled back sheet BED BUGS! I went to see about refund he wouldn't even talk 2me

Very clean room nice view

The staffing was accommodating pleasant.

Clean room, very comfortable beds. Three stories, no elevator. The room had very few electrical outlets for phones and medical devices. We had to have them move the bed and give us an extension cord so we could plug in a CPAP machine. Also a little strange that we were only allowed 1 room key for 3 adults.

Estábamos de pasada por san francisco vía hacia Los Ángeles y decidimos quedarnos en este hotel ya que era el más económico de la zona su ubicación es perfecta queda en Daly city donde tiene muchas tiendas y centros comerciales de verdad q el hotel está muy bien cuidado comparado al otro hotel que está justo al lado que se llama travelers inn las habitaciones son grandes de verdad que me volvería a quedar otra vez si quieres ahorrar en tu estadía en San Francisco esta es una buena opción si lo vas a usar solo para dormir si buscas algo más cómodo con piscina y áreas comunes para pasar tus vacaciones créeme este no es el hotel
