I like Vintage and antiques so this unique accommodation is great for visiting friends in Leechburg, PA. I know they are adding bathroom which is needed in the first floor. The host is friendly and hospitable.

This property is full of character and we stay here every year. I wouldn't stay anyplace else. The owners are adding bathrooms and this will make it even greater. Love it!!

They say they are remodeling. Don’t know how long , but maybe after remodeling it will be better. As for now, would inquire if remodeling is done. If not, don’t stay here. A couple of bottles in refrigerator would be nice.

We stayed for one night while in town for a concert. Check-in was easy, albeit odd. We just helped ourselves to the property and room. Nobody was physically there to welcome or verify our identity. The house is charming and decorated with nice antiques, plants, and has games and movies to use. All that was fine, but the common area felt kind of dusty and dark. We stayed in the Olympus room. The room itself was decent, but upon entering the trash was 1/2 full with previous occupants trash, and the king bed was not comfortable at all. We could feel the springs and the bed tilted toward the feet and dipped heavily into the middle. The property is undergoing some renovations which we were unaware of until we were at the property. The bathroom floor is ripped out to subfloor. The breakfast is nothing like the photos and definitely not “gourmet”. It was dropped off into the “kitchen” in containers and was self serve. It was scrambled eggs with cheese on top, bread and bagels, sausage links, store-bought donuts, and some fried potatoes that were gritty and dry. A keurig was available for use but no other breakfast beverages. It was a place to stay and rest while we were in town, but overall, we were disappointed.

Our stay here was very nice. Its such a unique place. The property was sold the day before we arrived. The new owners are wonderful and excited to make some updates. Breakfast was terrific. We were gone every day visiting relatives, but enjoyed returning to the old parsonage. The only problem was the one bathroom, but we managed and new owners are planning to add on. Overall, a good experience.

Couldnt even bring ourselves to walk into the place. Electrical cords coming out of windows. Beat up, broken down car parked in the "one spot" Did now give a safe and warm inviting feel.

Cheaper than any hotel in the area, clean and quiet, great breakfast, only problem was the bathroom and water pressure but I’m sure it will be improved after renovations. We plan on coming back next time we visit the area!

There was no breakfast...it is served Sat and Sun only; found that out after checking in and wandering into kitchen to find a glass There was 1 parking space as advertised; had to park on street; while enroute was emailed a code to get in..it was all self service; never met the 'host', unless it was a man in a room just off the kitchen (who knows). A couple across the hall were loud into wee hours of morning; my room had a bath..toilet with sink outside in bedroom; 1 shower for what I counted ..5.. rooms. However, bed was comfortable and 'clean'... I can't complain about that, but it was not what I expected from a B&B; Guess you get what you pay for...but not knowing the area, had little choice. Would not stay again..would drive to some town with a hotel

I have never stayed anywhere so disappointing. They call it a B&B yet they don't serve breakfast during the week. They don't tell you clearly that you don't have your own bathroom. The shared bathroom floor is just a dirty sub floor. No ice. No water in rooms. No milk or coffee creamer -- just off brand powder. Cluttered. Uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. The cigarette smoke from the front porch permeates the first floor. They should be ashamed at what they are trying to pass off!

This isn't what I was expecting- I was hoping for charm and something unique, not a dirty house with mismatched Salvation Army furniture and a shared bathroom for 3 rooms??? We had to leave immediately and had to get a normal hotel room.

The Parsonage was very cool, I stayed in the Olympus room, and the place had a fun old timey feel. Everything was clean and even though the place was obviously old it has been excellently maintained. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed. The bathroom was clean and there were plenty of snacks in the kitchen. Having to share the bathroom caught me off guard. I didn’t remember reading about that when I booked the room. I only stayed one night so I skipped the shower but if I was staying longer I would have been very nervous about preventing someone from using the restroom if they needed it urgently. A half bath (toilet and sink) would be an excellent addition. I will happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Super cute place. Our room was large and lovely. Breakfast on Sunday was nice. As many mention, there is one shared bathroom, which is a bit of a downside, but manageable.

The house is very charming. It has character and having themed bedrooms is a great idea. I chose the Moroccan room not knowing that it would be the biggest room and most private. Really loved my stay. The water pressure and the bathtub condition could be improved. The hosts were very friendly and attentive and responded to all questions promptly.

One small bathroom for 4-5 rooms. Six guests the night we stayed. I didn’t get to shower bc I didn’t want to tie up the single bathroom. Our room was the attic and it was a hot day, so the room stayed in the upper 70s. I texted the hosts and they tried to cool it down for us. The area is walkable but Leechburg is pretty depressed.

We had a great stay at The Old Parsonage Inn. We had never stayed at a bed and breakfast before and it was so cozy, and the decor in the Inn was so cool! You can really tell how historical the place is, it’s gorgeous. The hosts are absolutely lovely, offering a fantastic made to order breakfast menu and even more fantastic communication. Self check in was super convenient as well. One of the hosts was even kind enough to give us a ride up the road to pick up our car that we had to leave over night at a wedding venue. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area! It was so great and we loved it!

The house is beautiful with a lot of character. The antiques and decorating inside catch your eyes, feels very welcoming. There is a shared bathroom, but we had no issues at all and the rooms were book all weekend. Great place to stay with great hosts. Jason was prompt to address any issue or request. Thanks for a great experience. Look forward to returning!
The house is beautiful with a lot of character. The antiques and decorating inside catch your eyes, feels very welcoming. There is a shared bathroom, but we had no issues at all and the rooms were book all weekend. Great place to stay with great hosts. Jason was prompt to address any issue or request. Thanks for a great experience. Look forward to returning!

There was no breakfast...it is served Sat and Sun only; found that out after checking in and wandering into kitchen to find a glass There was 1 parking space as advertised; had to park on street; while enroute was emailed a code to get in..it was all self service; never met the 'host', unless it was a man in a room just off the kitchen (who knows). A couple across the hall were loud into wee hours of morning; my room had a bath..toilet with sink outside in bedroom; 1 shower for what I counted ..5.. rooms. However, bed was comfortable and 'clean'... I can't complain about that, but it was not what I expected from a B&B; Guess you get what you pay for...but not knowing the area, had little choice. Would not stay again..would drive to some town with a hotel

I intentionally waited a few days to post this. I have never posted a negative review. This is a very old building with, believecitvir not, skeleton keys for the individual rooms. I went out to dinner and came back and could not open the lock. After 15 minutes of trying i texted the owners who are not onsite and the entire process seems to be remote. After a few minutes with no response i texted them again and questioned their dedication to customer service. A minute or two later a man stormed onto the scene and was extremely mad. He immediately verbally attacked me for qyestioning his dedication to customer service, told me he was not responding because he was out walking his dog and, as he was having difficulty himself opening the room, suggested that i had broken the 100 year old lock. When i countered that perhaps it might have something to do with the ancient mechanism itself he became even more upset. If you like old houses that are clean, have one bathroom to be shared by 4 bedtooms and is run by a couple of exciteable middle age men then this place us for you.

Our stay was amazing! Our original reservation elsewhere got cancelled the day we were supposed to check in and I luckily found The Old Parsonage. Honestly, Jason & Tom helped save our trip. They were kind, accommodating, and I would happily stay here again!

One small bathroom for 4-5 rooms. Six guests the night we stayed. I didn’t get to shower bc I didn’t want to tie up the single bathroom. Our room was the attic and it was a hot day, so the room stayed in the upper 70s. I texted the hosts and they tried to cool it down for us. The area is walkable but Leechburg is pretty depressed.

It was interesting to hear of the property's history and how the owner had resurrected it. The accommodations were good and comfortable. The town where it was situated did not have a lot to offer but there were other areas within short driving distances.

I loved the uniqueness of the place. Decorated with antiques that are both beautiful and functional. When I stayed, I was the only tenant. Although, I think it would have been fun to participate in the family- style breakfast, they didn't disappoint for a single person. Country ham, hard-boiled eggs, pastries, fruit, coffee and juice. More than enough and such a good variety. The facility is located in a quiet neighborhood and I slept soundly throughout the night. I would absolutely stay again.

We stayed for one night while in town for a concert. Check-in was easy, albeit odd. We just helped ourselves to the property and room. Nobody was physically there to welcome or verify our identity. The house is charming and decorated with nice antiques, plants, and has games and movies to use. All that was fine, but the common area felt kind of dusty and dark. We stayed in the Olympus room. The room itself was decent, but upon entering the trash was 1/2 full with previous occupants trash, and the king bed was not comfortable at all. We could feel the springs and the bed tilted toward the feet and dipped heavily into the middle. The property is undergoing some renovations which we were unaware of until we were at the property. The bathroom floor is ripped out to subfloor. The breakfast is nothing like the photos and definitely not “gourmet”. It was dropped off into the “kitchen” in containers and was self serve. It was scrambled eggs with cheese on top, bread and bagels, sausage links, store-bought donuts, and some fried potatoes that were gritty and dry. A keurig was available for use but no other breakfast beverages. It was a place to stay and rest while we were in town, but overall, we were disappointed.

We had a great stay at The Old Parsonage Inn. We had never stayed at a bed and breakfast before and it was so cozy, and the decor in the Inn was so cool! You can really tell how historical the place is, it’s gorgeous. The hosts are absolutely lovely, offering a fantastic made to order breakfast menu and even more fantastic communication. Self check in was super convenient as well. One of the hosts was even kind enough to give us a ride up the road to pick up our car that we had to leave over night at a wedding venue. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area! It was so great and we loved it!

Absolutely loved my stay I had my daughter and younger sister with me the room was clean and secure. Check in and out was easy quiet neighborhood. They made us an incredible breakfast in the morning would gladly stay again! I definitely recommend this place

Quaint B&B where 4 bedrooms share a bathroom which was fine for us (there with my mother and sister and a friend). Loved the nostalgic home!! Delicious cheesy eggs, sausage, potatoes, muffins, coffee/tea and orange juice.

Nice to have our own bathroom in the room. Bed was not super comfortable-topper either was feather or straw. Internet access was good. Breakfast was good but certainly not gourmet as it is advertised.

This is a very quaint Bed. There was no breakfast on weekdays. The parking is iffy, as there is only one spot on the property, everything else is on the street. My car was sideswiped on the street. This is NOT a place for a business traveler. Ice is only available in the rooms and the room I stayed did not have a refrigerator, so no ice..even though there is a refrigerator right outside the room door with space for ice cube trays.

Our stay was just a bit odd from the moment we arrived. First, when you enter the foyer, there are no directions as to where to go or what to do. To be fair, I realized later that the owners were messaging us through here, but still, we didn’t know if we should “help ourselves up the stairs” or not. But once we looked around downstairs and realized our room wasn’t there, we climbed the stairs. Side note: I don’t feel it’s proper to be labeled as a Bed & Breakfast if breakfast is only served on weekends.. essentially we booked ourselves a “bed.” I digress, once upstairs, we were greeted by open doors to other guest bedrooms and ours.. & ONE bathroom. Our room description was vague & purposefully elusive. Realizing that we would be sharing a bathroom with strangers came as quite a shock, but we made due. However, once we settled into our room (Was nicely decorated I will say! We stayed in the Greece-themed bedroom) we came across some other nuances: -The TV would only play DVDs or VHS tapes. For TV or streaming, it kept prompting for a password which was not provided. -The water pressure was barely enough to wash your hands let alone shower & would get lukewarm temperatures at best. -The AC unit was either stuck or the remote was broken, so we were hot all night. Without exaggeration, I never slept. I spent 8 hours playing word games with ChatGPT to pass the time. -It seemed as if the front door was always unlocked which was unnerving to say the least. All in all, 3/5.
