I reserved the Jetted tub room which was not operable. We called for a technician but they were not able to resolve the issue. Check in was as quick as check out. Bed was extremely comfortable. A hand mark was noticed on the wooden bed wall.

The staff I encountered were friendly, courteous, and professional. The large Jacuzzi tub was not cleaned properly. There was soap scum all around the lower portion of the tub. I had planned to use it for my arthritic hip and knees, but did not due to its condition. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was clean. Despite the shortcomings, I would use this property again.

Arrived after midnight. Checkin was easy but no elevator for 2nd floor rooms with heavy suitcases. Room itself was nice - but jetted tub did not work. Tried to call the advertised 24/7 front desk on how to get the tub to work and got voice mail twice. Went to dry off and found 2 of the 3 towels looked like they had been used multiple times and put back. So dirty I took pictures for proof if needed.

We ask for a NON SMOKING room, thinking we will be fine with not having to smell cigarettes and yet, we spent the night having to deal with that horrible, disgusting smell. Bathroom curtains weren’t clean and had yellow residue on them. Dirty towels, no hair dryer, a phone, and iron. Would we stay again? The answer would be ABSOLUTELY NO!!

This was disgusting there was blood on the walls by the bathroom microwave was dirty the fridge smelled I got bites on my ankles from the bed comforter I literally checked in and an hour later checked out horrible I should be refunded and to top it all off the man behind the desk said no rooms ready but, then said if I pay $30 he could get me in a room and demanded cash for that stay away from this dump.

The beds in the room did a good upgrade Really close to food options and Long Beach Shoreline They could of cleaned the floors alittle better and change the shower curtains out and provide more towels thank god I took my own otherwise wouldn’t have the extra sets I requested

For a safe, average stay in Long Beach this place checks the boxes. Nothing fancy but the individual rooms are clean. My only issue was the noise, particularly one obnoxious guest who enjoyed revving his car engine.

Lots of sirens coming and going throughout the day and night. There was also lots of domestic disturbance in neighboring rooms, shouting and fighting through the night and into the early morning which prevented sleep. I would not stay here again.

Imma give it 4 stars. Affordable and decent enough especially in a pinch. Property wasnt the most upscale but was expected for the price and was well worth the value. . Staff was friendly, and room was clean

You get what you pay for. While it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever stayed at it wasn’t the best. The hotel can’t control this but people shouting at 2am, but what made it worse was the walls are thin. The beds have these weird aluminum going under the then bed so any movement of the bed and you can hear it. If all you need is a bed and don’t care about where it is or a grand experience this isn’t bad.

You get what you pay for. While it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever stayed at it wasn’t the best. The hotel can’t control this but people shouting at 2am, but what made it worse was the walls are thin. The beds have these weird aluminum going under the then bed so any movement of the bed and you can hear it. If all you need is a bed and don’t care about where it is or a grand experience this isn’t bad.

First time ever staying at a property where the refrigerator leaked liquid and was not cold. All of the towels were soiled and dirty. And did not have a phone. Which is a safety hazard. I will not ever be staying there again.
