Value Stay Inn Extended Stay Hemet, CA

It was terrible room was real dirty tiles were dirty pillows were dirty and we didn’t get to sleep the room because I was afraid that the people that were standing in the corner or Finna try and do something to my truck. They were drug dealers and I guess prostitutes around the hotel.

Unlike other Motel 6/Studio 6 properties, the motel does not have complimentary coffee in the morning. And, it charges for ice!!! I've never had a motel do that before.

Was very surprised! The whole inside of the hotel was redone and look so nice! Super clean everything new... and the manager was very nice and helpful. Would definitely go back

I know Studio 6 is supposed to be a little bit better quality than motel 6 but the only thing that this place had was a fridge and a microwave that was different. Really dirty and overall kind of gross. Towels had stains in a and you can tell they were kind of old. Not one time in the three nights day I was there did they offer clean linens or towels. It smelled like smoke in a non-smoking room. I had to fix the bathroom door so that it would close and lock. The toilet seat was pretty much destroyed and the coding on the seat was coming off. I went to the store and bought a bunch of disinfectant stuff and wiped everything down. The water pressure and temperature was off so it would get really really hot if someone else was using the water. Ice from the machine is not complementary and it cost a quarter. I walked out in the middle of the night to go to my car and when I went to go back in the key didn't work. I went to the manager and he looked at me weird like if I was lying so then he gave me the key I went up and it still didn't work. He gave it to me a second time it said if it doesn't work then he has to walk up there with me. there's all kinds of activity throughout the night so if you're looking for a really good sleep, sorry but this isn't the place for you. Also they had this weird metal skirt around the bed so every time I would get up it made this noise of like a gong on metal. Do not stay here. That was the first and last time I will.

Horrible! Druggies is the parking lot, filthy rooms, holes in the blankets. Felt unsafe so we left. Not sure how they earned those positive reviews?? Probably bought! Don’t stay here.

No house keeping. Room was not clean to begin with. To much homeless in and On the property. I will not stay there again even though it was inexpensive.

I don’t like giving negative feedback on a hotel that is obviously trying to renovate its rooms, but I think this one is putting effort in painting over problems that need complete fixes and installing new furniture ahead of needed structure repairs. The room I stayed in has had a rough life and the entry door and door jam has been torn out (broken through) then pieced back together. I could see that they were working on other room in this complex but I think I will likely stay at another place when I revisit Hemet in the future. Also this room was listed as non smoking room with signs and everything but unfortunately it reeked of cigarette smoking customers. I hope the owners will be able to complete renovations and have success in the future but it has a ways to go.

I got my key it didn't work..we had to get it re-keyed than we got in the room it had some kind of un clean weird smell ..we walked in the bathroom it was feces in the toilet

The hotel room was beyond dirty. The bathroom had spiders and other bugs. The toilet had been used .The sheets were not changed. All they did was make the bed with the previous guest hair, bugs and stains on the bed. The sink was dirty and . But stated before I got there I just checked the room. The health department needs to pay them a visit. I watched the housekeeper pick sheets up off the floor and put them right back on the bed.. So disgusting

There was no hot water so couldn’t shower all weekend, room smelled of old cigarettes, sink was leaking and i had no idea until i picked up my dirty clothes pile. Window in bathroom couldn’t be closed because on side was fully broken out so they glued it open to cover the missing window pain! Blankets had cigarette burn holes. And the counter was just a piece of ply wood! Had i known i would have stayed somewhere else! But i knew i wouldn’t get my money refunded late at night so myself and 2 year old grandson had no choice! Very disappointed.

non smoking room but i left with my cloths reaking like smoke. room was dirty....i laid towels on top of the bed sheets and slept on those......people came knocking next door litterally all hours of the night.either he was dealing or hosting a glory hole. my door was adjacecnt and it sounded like people knockin on my door.

Need more deeply clean plus need replacement sheets because of some holes and dirty stains also need repair bathtub and toilet some broke and clips of paint. But refrigerator is very good cold. The customer service is a friendly.

room had a nasty stench

The stay was fine. I only needed a place to sleep for the night. I had a late check in of 10:00 pm. The front office had my key ready so my checkin took less than a minute. My room was definitely in need of some upkeep repairs and the bed was not the most comfortable but the room was clean and no bed bugs . I would stay again if I needed a quick, cheap place again.

UNSAFE!! Very sketchy!! In the first 5 minutes my family and Iwitnessed, sketchy individuals in the parking lot, several vehicles driving in and out of the parking lot o meet and shake hands with a man standing at the top of the stairs, and a homeless person was trying to break into a car in the parking lot using hangar. The room smellled stale and like cigarettes, and the bed sheets were stained. I immediately canceled my stay of 3 nights. The manager would not refund my first night. Pathetic!!

The staff wa s amazing. i called and they took care of my questions so fast and when I went to check in it was so quick and he had the same positive attitude that he had like 7 hours prior. Will deff stay there again when we go to another concert at Saboba

I love studio 6 in Hemet. From the outside it looks crappy but the rooms are all completely redone. It is very clean. The manager there is absolutely awesome and so are the maids. By far best in hemet

Would not recommend to stay. It was definitely stretchy, and definitely didn’t feel comfortable

This is possibly the worst experience I ever had, because the people knocking on the door early am, apparently looking for drugs. I never went back to sleep after the incident, thinking how desperate the individuals looked.

My window was broken in my room drug addict was hanging outside of my door prostitute sitting on the stairs too much In-N-Out next-door

It’s very nice and simple. The man is very respectful and friendly for helpful. It’s area is okay but the hotel is nice and safe.
