Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Wichita Northeast by IHG

The beds were horribly hard. I did not sleep well at all the weekend I was there. The breakfast was good. We asked for a let check out since we had 4 hours between tournament games and they refused due to not giving late check outs on weekends. I think that not a good policy and must only be for that specific hotel because we have satyed at other Holiday Inns that let us have a late check out on the weekend.

The room has not been cleaned well for a long time. You could tell that by the crud all along the bathroom walls and floors. The shower was like turning on a big faucet and it just poured out like warm water. No shower spray. Bed was uncomfortable and from 3:00 AM to 5:30 AM had to listen to the commercial trash trucks empty all the trash from the businesses around. The only contact I had with staff was at check in. The staff was very nice and professional during this time. The Breakfast was your basic continental breakfast.

Bathroom floor edges and corners were disgusting. Both my husband and I woke up with horrible backaches from the beds. The water in the shower post out of about a 1 inch circle. We will never stay there again.
