The room was clean and the hotel front desk check-in lady was very nice. The location was more than OK. But the air conditioner did not work properly and it was hot in the room! The hotel staff did provide us with a fan, but it did not work very well. They also offered us to go sleep in another room. I went in that room and it was just as hot. So we just stayed where our luggage already had been put down. And to get to the rooms, you have to walk down a hallway that the AC units are vented into and that hallway was like a sauna. The bed was comfortable and like I said the room was clean, but I don’t think it was worth the hundred dollars that I paid to sleep there. Actually, I really didn’t get any sleep because it was so hot.

I loved loved The Main Street Hotel. The staff was friendly. The room was so cozy. It had a nice kitchen and my granddaughter was with us so it had one king bed and a sofa in a sitting room. We were very, very comfortable.. The room was clean. The next time I go to Yazoo city this is where I will stay. Thank you, Main Street hotel for giving us a great vacation.
