Property is very run down and inside is dim and smelly musty

The staff was very helpful when needed. Roomy central corridor for access was nice. Facility is showing its age. I got exactly what I wanted, a low cost (within my budget) place to stay for two nights.

Was a good quiet place to stay and received wonderful and kind service. One detail I noticed - I didn't find soap in the hallway bathroom.

Check in was okay - the woman attendant was super nice. The door to enter the hotel at the back of the building was NOT locked, nor was the locking mechanism working. No elevator. Room was on second floor and had obviously NOT been cleaned. Clear hair ties and Bobby pins all over the floor. Specks of trash all over the room where it wasn’t vacuumed. My toddler found medicine on the floor close to the bed. The bathroom was dirty. Lots of dirt around the frame of the tub and around the bathroom fan. The air conditioner in the room was so loud we had to stack 3 bags on it and the light from the table to make it stop vibrating. 10/10 would NOT recommend the hotel nor stay the next time we are in the area for a tournament. I didn’t expect high class, but I certainly didn’t expect this. Very disappointed!!

Just don't stay there. I booked on line on the road. When we checked in we were put in probably the farthest room possible, way on the end by the outside doors that obviously don't lock. Why put way back there when there were obviously rooms to the front??? Room was horrible, then discovered poop on back of the toilet bowl, so gross. Obviously didn't take a brush to it or anything. Carpet was gross. Went to desk asked for another room. Booked to the front this time, imagine that.....staff went w/ me, and I OK'd the room, was better then last one, but then after that I discovered all kinds of long black hairs all over the bathroom floor, which i moved w/ a tissue and my feet to the corners. I then wiped down every surface w/ disinfectant wipes and always kept my shoes on. Then TV wouldn't come on, had to go to front and got a new remote. The staff was nice enough, but again, why the first room??? Cleaners need to be fired. No breakfast to speak of, waffle area was a mess, no spray so waffles stuck down, nothing else really except cereal. I just would move on and not stay there, it needs to be torn down and start over. A stay there should be free. Unfortunate because it's a nice town, we heard good music uptown at a bar/grill.

This hotel is desperate for a remodel and update. The hardware, fixtures, furniture and carpet are way beyond their life expectancy. We had to have the room vacuumed when we arrived because it definitely wasn't vacuumed. The staff were friendly and helpful when we had any interactions.

Was in a handicap room but it was not safe. Screws were very loose

When we checked in we were given a key to an already occupied room so when we tried to go into the room we came across someone else and their belongings. Very unnerving from a safety standpoint. The front desk person apologized and blamed it on a computer issue but they clearly didn't have an idea of who was where. Fortunately they had 1 more similar room to give us. The quality was terrible but it served the purpose of having a place to lay our heads to sleep. Won't return.

My room was dirty. The bathroom was nasty, the sheets had hair on them and were stained. The carpet was sticky and turned my feet black. The chairs had food crumbs on them. Even after the room was turned down the next day, nothing was touched. The towels were changed and the trash emptied, but not a thing else was touched, much less vacuumed. On top of all the general filth, the TV barely worked. The next time I'm in town, I will definitely stay somewhere else.

Room was not clean. Outdated. Hair in bathroom and tub. Tv had poor reception blurry. Price was to high.

Upon entering the room we were met with heavy cigarette smell. Once we checked the bed we noticed it was COVERED in male ... Liquid. We took video because of how shocked we were. Unfortunately unable to post on here due to it needing to be family friendly. We were DISGUSTED. The room had obviously not been cleaned. The headboard had multiple liquid drips on it. The pillows were messed up on one bed that was .. the covered one. We spoke to the front desk and the manager recoiled into the office and avoided us. The front desk employee was genuinely shocked though. Maybe we were unlucky but we ran and did not look back. We were on the threshold of hell, Clark.

The room was very clean. The bed was excellent.

Everything was clean. Does need to be updated though. The carpet is frayed where it transitions from the tile and looks old overall. Bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very personable.

For one night this was a solid stay. Room was clean and nice. Wifi is really slow and not a lot of breakfast options. But the staff is friendly and for a short stay is worth the price.

Comfortable beds. Coffee 24 hours. Toilet didn't flush well and the heater fan was noisy. We reported these issues.

It was a decent room at a fair price...... the TV was disappointing.

Clean and good size room with king bed

The TV was "snowy" as though we were watching on an antenna. The shower head is filthy won't work properly. Food was left in the refrigerator from the guest prior to us. Other than that this place was a definitely a recommend!!

The beds and sheets were very comfortable. As good as high end hotels. But the carpets and walls were dirty, there was pubic hair all over the shower curtain, and the TV was surprisenly small. The hotel is in need of an update.

Great simple space with clean facilities and friendly staff!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a clean room at a reasonable price. Stayed 2 nights for the price of one, compared to other hotels in the area.

Took a very long time to check in.

Motel stunk, room smelled terrible, check in woman was horrible. Didn’t know what she was doing. Booked a king room and at check in said there was no king available and put us in double Queen. Never stay there again. Went there because their rating was high. No way.

Room was clean. Check in was fast. No frills hotel that was a very good value.

The employees were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back when we are jn the area.
