Executive Inn and Suites Tyler

There were no snacks, food or beverage options other yhan an ice machine and soda machine. In convenient for me coming directly from small airport with no amenities either. Stsff was friendly and welcoming.

This is an older motel that they have done a lot to make improvements to. The staff has been great. This older room doesn’t have a usb port anywhere, so bring your own. We are staying in a King with a kitchenette. There is a stove top and sink, but not a single pan or dish, so bring your own. The internet TV will drive you nuts. There is probably over 100 channels and no guide at all, not online, not on the TV, not anywhere. You have to go through every channel to see what is on. The TV is mounted flat to the wall, you can’t turn it toward the bed, the only place to sit in the room, although I guess some rooms have sofa’s, this room doesn’t. The room is very clean, nice soaps, etc.. The breakfast is good, besides the usual; cereal, waffle and yogurt, they do have “omelets”, sausage and bacon.

No pools or hot tub

Excellent experience. Has been renovated, very modern and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Older property that has been recently upgraded! It would be nice to have light under the kitchen counter, very nice stove top.

Lobby was small but clean. The breakfast was good but there were only 3 places to sit so if it was a busy morning you'd have to take tour food to your room to sit down.

Room was very dirty where the refrigerator was. The floor was so dirty you could not walk without shoes or your feet were literally sticky and BLACK. The air conditioner wouls not go lower than 73 degrees so the room was hot and stuffy. Upon arrival, the lights would not come on, the staff was quick to fix the problem, but the outlets were not useable. We will not be staying there again.

The motel is located next to an intersection on a hill & all the pickups revving their engines at the light are really loud. It looked like our door had been kicked in, it wasn’t easy to close & latch properly. The breakfast was subpar. The room we stayed in needed to be painted & the tub needed a good scrub, there was black gunk around the fixtures & drain. On a positive note, both employees I interacted with were kind & courteous & helpful!

Woke up to take a shower and spotted a huge cockroach in the tub. Had to kill it to take shower. Nasty

Very noisy. Breakfast was good. Bed pretty soft.

The stay here was not great. It’s in a very loud location and apparently there is drag racing every night along that road. The entrance/exit is right at an intersection making it difficult to get in & out at times depending on the traffic light. The bed was not comfortable at all. And pillows were flat as a pancake. My back was wrecked after 3 days. The a/c is a wall blower unit and wasn’t great, the shower wasn’t strong. But it was pretty clean and the staff was very polite and friendly. I hate to leave a bad review but it just can’t be helped.

A little sound proofing would be nice. Hotel located next to busy road with a lot of really loud trucks.

Overall this was a good pick, clean and pleasant. But the noise from the highway was disturbing for a couple hours around bed time. Regardless we would stay here again.

The ac didn’t work well and was not controlled correctly with the thermostat in the room. So it was set at a lower temp and the room would still be 3 to 4 degrees higher and the air would kick off. Also the bed was very hard.

Clean room, the AC was new and the bed was new and firm. AWESOME. Owners were very nice, good value. The road noise was much worse than I expected so bring ear plugs. NOT the Hotel's fault. Coffee pots need to be replaced but I will stay here again. Great value.

Our stay was great. The rooms are well upkept and clean. the management is friendly and helpful. I recommend staying here and the next trip, I'll book here.

Wonderful management and amazing service.

We arrived at 3pm. The lobby was locked, and public bathroom closed. We walked to "after hours" window and was met with a rude, unfriendly guy that wouldn't even talk to us. He would only kept repeating two words, as if that was the only English be knew. He kept repeating "I.D. and Credit Card". When I tried to make conversation, he totally ignored me, never even speaking. The air conditioner had not even been turned on at all. It was 92° in the room! (104°outside) We left for 6 hours,attending rally, and the temp had only cooled down to 78° by the time we came in for the night. We stayed 3 nights. Every single night when we came back to the room, our key would not work. We kept it inside the wallet so it wouldn't get deactivated by a cell phone. Apparently, the motel deactivated all room keys every night, regardless of how long you paid to stay. We had to walk back downstairs and to the other end of the motel to the office and ask for another key...THREE TIMES. THREE NIGHTS THREE KEYS THAT DIDN'T WORK. He never once apologized or even asked us for ID. Just asked what room number and reissued us a new key card! We could have been ANYONE! The coffee pot was filthy. There's was dust on everything, as if there had not been any guest in Room 212 in months. My organization has hundreds that come to the state rally in Tyler every year. I will NEVER stay there again, and will make sure all my constituents will not either.

Check out as great with Gentleman. Then we got a call at 8:30am about our service dog and that we needed to pay a fee. Then we got the maid knocking on the door at 9:40am, and check out was at 11:00am. We were fed up and end up checking out early. Not recommend to be accommodating for veterans or service animals.

Property management (man) was very rude to me and my family, we was visiting Tyler Texas from Little Rock

Everyone beginning at time of checki were friendly ,helpful, courteous. Will definitely book again. Breakfast was very good

Bad services

Friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet, problems handled quickly, nice firm beds, limited breakfast(but tasted great) I had a very rellaxing visit with only 1 hiccup with a toilet that wouldnt flush. They immediately handled the problem by offering another room. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are on a budget but want a nice room to stay in.

The young man who checked us in was very helpful and accommodating. Appreciate him changing our room for special request.

For our stay, we booked two rooms. The rooms were very clean and the property was quiet and clean as well. It was conveniently located at the corner of two major highways which allowed us easy access to the event that we were in town for. We will be booking a stay on our next visit to the Tyler area.

The staff was very friendly and room was clean. It did have an odd musty type smell which just could be from first floor near cars because it was clean. Close to hospital so good for what it was needed.

I’ve booked this room for my mother twice for a visit to see a relative in the hospital & she can’t stop raving about it. She doesn’t like to drive far so she likes that it’s conveniently located close to the hospital. She also said that the staff is extremely nice and the room is always very clean. She won’t stay anywhere else when she’s in Tyler.

I could not believe that the easiest thing to prepare and do present for breakfast was the coffee! Nothing but powdered cream and it was old! Think about who you are serving.

It was a nice place to stay. But breakfast - not so much. They were out of eggs, bacon and sausage and waffle batter. He did replenish the eggs, bacon and sausage but they were still cold. The water pressure in the shower was low which didn’t bother me but my husband and din would have liked a bit more water pressure. It was easy to get to and was in a nice location. We would consider staying here again.

the room was too hot. takes forever to cool. the breakfast was out of everything, juice and syrup for sure. There is only one trash can in the breakfast area....trash not even close to the waffle maker or places you would need a trash can

Everything provided - iron, board, hairdryer, mucrowave, fridge, coffee maker. Full bath. Geeat AC and wifi. Helpful staff. Included breakfast with waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, cereal, juice and good coffee.
