Such a quiet get away. Beautiful home and i loved the lights outside and the privacy.

Super relaxing, wonderful jetted tub with bath salts and bubbles provided. Wouldnt change a thing. My breakfast was tasty. Definitely recommend. The property is beautiful and lit up at night. Absolutely lovely. Being out on the balcony was almost like sitting in the top of a tree. Tree frogs 🐸 ♥️ abound. Slept like a baby.

Lots to like here. A little road noise from highway but not a problem for us. A little more attention to detail and the room would be better but the food we had for dinner was OUT OF SIGHT! Totally recommend for the food and a quiet outside dinner.

The property itself, is beautifully laid out. Different types of cottages not overly crowding. I highly recommend and prefer "the Vineyard cottage." It comes with a full kitchen although the property offers meals but when you have dietary restrictions it\'s easier to prepare your own meal. Clean is a tad below acceptable. The oven was left dirty from previous renters or simply overlooked? There were some dead creepy crawlers but the property IS out in the wilderness, nature is unavoidable. The bathroom has the waterfall feature or wall sprayers, the water pressure is low but it\'s suitable. Big open space in the main room when you first walk in. The only real situation is the front door doesn\'t latch properly but the lock is the only security keeping door closed. The enclosed back room from the kitchen is unfinished but has tons of potential when completed. Has two attached rooms for other guests in your party if need be. There is an upstairs room that has no bed or any sort of furnishings but a functional bathroom. Lots of doors that are locked, just an FYI.

This was an unusual experience for me. Norman experienced a tornado warning the evening I arrived, so other guests seem to have cancelled and as far as I could tell, I was alone at the B&B the night I spent there. Based on what I could see, this place would be an excellent choice for a group who want to have a nice dinner and enjoy a full bar and then stay over instead of traveling home. Whether the group is 2 or 20, the facility appeared to be designed to accommodate. For an individual traveler, it lacked the sort of interaction that one might imagine or hope for at a B&B, but it was nevertheless a good value relative to other options I found when booking. Particular shout-out to the kind couple who manage the kitchen in the evening. I met them as they waited for a break in the weather and while I chose not to dine in, they demonstrated a kindness and hospitality that made me think a dinner organized by them would be nice.

We just went up one night to look at Christmas lights. This place is cute and charming and great staff. The pineapple upside down cake at the bar was absolutely delicious

It was clean and cozy! The room smelled amazing as soon as soon as we walked in. It was spacious and very welcoming. The bed was super comfortable and smelled nice. The bathroom was clean and the shower and jucuzzi were great. The water took a bit to heat up, but it stayed nice and hot for the entire length of my shower. Absolutely loved the location too, it’s a beautiful area with lush trees and grass. It was tucked away and felt like we were far away from anything! We’ll be back! Love this place!!

This property is old! Our room did not appear to have been updated since the 1990s. The bed was creaky, the fitted sheet would not stay on. The shower had mold. No internet the entire 4 day stay. We could connect but no service. We requested maid service 2 days in a row using the sign on the handle. No service was provided. However, i did not call and ask, so maybe i should have done. The property is quite pretty with lots of trees, a koi pond, and lots of green. The property has direct tv so no streaming. For us to return, it would need some major updating.

Everything was perfect!! Very clean and amazing staff. Food was excellent!

The owner was very kind when I spoke to her. Aesthetically it looked good, but when the lights went up, you saw it was not in good condition a lot of wet damage, especially in the bathroom and smelled very musty. The bed was very comfortable.!!

We stayed for 4 nights in June of 2023. They never changed the table cloth or sheets in 4 days, even though we requested to have our room refreshed every day we were there. We never saw management the entire time we were there. We had to hunt down a restaurant worker to bring us clean towels. We will not be staying there again.

The mattress on the bed rolls you to the middle and was a little uncomfortable. Our breakfast order was not completed/correct.

Room was clean and amenities were adequate. Mini-fridge was frosted. I turned it off and it worked ok afterward. Bathroom exhaust vent needs vacuuming. And I cleaned up some goop that was melted on the top shelf of the closet, where the iron was stored. Otherwise room was clean. Breakfast order was wrong. Did not try restaurant.

Looked nothing like the pictures when I booked. Booked it based off picture online. Noisy neighbors in the pine cone cottage. First time staying here and kinda unhappy.

The room was beautifully decorated and the outside was enjoyable and peaceful. Big but though the bed was so uncomfortable that we slept on the couch in the room. The jets to the jacuzi tub did not work. I was ate up with mosquito or some other bug.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfy and bathroom & shower were large and new. However, the room only had 1 dim lamp or the 4 bright ceiling lights. There was no in between. The ceilings were 10 ft and there were no rugs or carpet so it echoed. (The tile floor was very cold, so keep your socks on!) The ceiling fan was not usable since it clanged too loud when it was on. There was only 1 bedside table, which is inconvenient when you have 2 adults. The area was nice and our room was the Hillside Suite. I would go again but will likely look for a suite in the main house.

Didn't feel like most b&B's ive stayed in, in that you didn't have the option of lounging in the dining or living area. there was NO closet, however the owner was very accommodating and got us a rack to hang our clothes, which was perfect. the floor needed cleaning, but the shower and bath were clean. Food menu was ok, but after 3 days i felt i needed something different. The staff however was awesome, very accomodating and i loved having microwave, frig and coffee maker in room. The room service was alway on time and much appreciated.

It was an ok property, but there was definite false advertising. It lists "Free daily manager's reception" and there is not. When I screenshot that and texted it to my contact there asking for more details, she completely ignored it and offered to add on a "romance package" for $75. Also says "soundproofed rooms" and that is Not true. We stayed in the English Room in the main house. Another thing of note is that the rooms do not have their own thermostats. There is one thermostat in the hallway that controls the temperature for all 3 rooms on that floor. Not a good set-up for guests. The cleanliness was below par in my opinion. Behind the toilet was quite dusty, the shower door track had hair in it, the vent fan was dirty/grimey, and the wooden window blinds were also dusty. When they ran out of water, creamer, & decaf coffee pods in the hallway I texted Traci, my same contact person, and kindly informed her. She replied "I will get that fixed right away." After an hour I asked when it might be restocked or if I should contact someone else. To which she replied the water jug would be replaced in the morning, but we could use the sink water and she would send someone to restock the creamer & coffee. Just generally disappointing from what the listing says and what we received. These were things I used to decide to book this specific place, but it's actually false advertising. Please change these details in the listing.

This was a perfect place except for the room is pretty warm and it is 100 degrees outside.

The mattress was very worn and old. Springs were collapsed in the middle. It definitely needs to be replaced. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and it's a nice little place. Just was disappointed in the comfort of the mattress.

This place is great! We have stayed twice now and both rooms were great. We love the grounds and it is very easy to get to. The restaurant is delicious and breakfast comes right to your door. Check in and out are a breeze and the owner is super accommodating and easy to get ahold of. We're already booked for our next stay. Great affordable getaway and easy to travel from for almost anywhere so far. Affordable and peaceful.

We so wanted this to be a better stay and we looked forward to it. We informed them we would have a late arrival on Friday and when we received our text message for code to our room we were given the wrong room. We would be leaving earlier on Sunday than they delivered breakfast and opted in for their early breakfast of oatmeal offered on their website only to find out they did not know that was on their website. Then they offered 2 packets of “make your own” oatmeal’s. We had reservations on Saturday for dinner at 7 and when we texted to ask if we could come earlier the response was “sorry we missed that reservation”. The Rouge Room did not look at all like images on website. It’s nice that breakfast was delivered but there were no furnishings to eat it. A coffee table with small chairs felt like a “kiddie table” Bed was comfortable, but pillows were not good at all. The room was sparsely furnished and no where to put your luggage but the floor. Lastly the jetted tub was great, but there is a sharp edge on the outside which caused a cut on the foot when getting into the shower/tub. Overall, mis-representation of images, poor service, poor communication. It’s a beautiful property and hope they can improve

Office would not answer phone/office not opened. A/c unit in room leaking and staff had a trash can under it catching the drips. Not enough lights in room. Bathtub faucet dripping. Kitchen sink faucet spewing water out of base.

All good except they never picked up our breakfast order and we had to chase it down in the morning delaying us before the football game. They did fix it but it was frustrating since we followed their directions.

Visiting our OU daughter. Excellent experience here. Beautiful property and service, nice and calm. Only 15 minutes to campus. We’ll be staying here from now on for our Norman trips.

The property overall was stately and quiet. The interior was elegant. The room (a suite in the main building) was well furnished. Breakfast was timely and tastey. Only one minor concern, the ivory handle on the cold tap in the bathroom came off. I'm sure maintenance will fix it promptly. Off the beaten path, but entrance well lit at night for easy access.

If you are looking for a quiet place to get away, this might be for you. However, just a little too quiet, to abandon for my comfort. There might have been a few other guest but it seemed like a ghost town. The Inn is located several miles outside of Norman and is truly out by itself. While I didn’t have a reason to worry about safety, I didn’t have a reason to feel comfortable. No security of any kind was visible. All it took was knowledge of the the front door code and you had access to everything inside the main house. The room itself was “quaint”. The bed was needs replacing though. Neither my husband or myself slept very good in a bed that seemed well used. Several positives to add, the room was very nice and clean. If I had more time, I would have taken advantage of the HUGE jetted tub in the bathroom. Probably more than 3 adults would have fit in that whirl pool. Also the Inn offers several fresh breakfast options to the guest each morning.

We really liked the fact that it was secluded and private. Great place to get away with your significant other. And the hot tub was lovely. Definitely will be going back...

Loved the peace and quiet of this place. Reall close to Campus or Norman in general and yet felt far away from everything.

Truly a hidden gem! Stayed here several times! Luxurious old-style rooms, very cozy and clean, with comfortable beds, and good breakfast brought to you in the morning. It's in a quiet and green area, 30 min drive south from downtown OKC, but it's 100% worth it! "Lavender" room has a hot tub too :)

Beautiful property, if you don’t spend some time walking the property you are cheating yourself. The service is great, breakfast served in the morning and the restaurant is fabulous. Order the lamb you won’t be disappointed

I had the most amazing stay at Whispering Pines! It was my first time in Oklahoma and I don't think I could have picked a better place to stay. I was not expecting the lush and lovely grounds or the spacious room with breakfast delivery. On my first night I chose to have dinner at the restaurant. My server was Sarah and she was warm, welcoming and easy to speak with. I chose her recommendations of the tomato bisque and steak Diane with scalloped potatoes and homemade rolls and butter and I can honestly say it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. My breakfasts were equally delicious. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed for my 5 day stay. I will definitely be returning and look forward to my next visit. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
