The sign mentioned "newly refurbished rooms". This looked to be correct and the remodel was done well. Rooms were very big but motel/hotel standards. Property was clean. Pool looked inviting although we didn't have time to use it. Manager was friendly. The only problem was the price. We decided to stay in Paso Robles a second night and found another hotel of similar quality for 1/2 the price.

In addition to the beds, etc, there was a table and 2 chairs, a small desk w/ chair, mini fridge, and a microwave. The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We were 2 women staying in the room and we felt safe. Parking was easy and there was a small pool to take a dip in. The location is convenient to HWY101 and the Vina Robles amphitheater where we attended a concert.

The pool area was good area kept up nicely. The water was very clean and refreshing after a long hot afternoon in Paso. Bathroom was run down no way to plug the drain in the bath tub if you were inclined to take a relaxing hot bath. Location is good, convenient for town exploring. As the name says Budget You get what you pay for.

The hotel looks to be recently renovated. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Grounds are parking lot nicely landscaped, brightly lit. Nice place. I would stay there again.

Property is pretty basic, but clean - large rooms. Staff was friendly. Parking was very easy. The only negative is that it's not really within (easy) walking distance of the downtown area.

The sink has hair in it. It does have a refrigerator and small microwave. The television remote was so complicated we gave up on watching any programs. The pool party with people having lots of fun went on well after midnight and we could hear them while we tried to get to sleep. Don't stay here!

The pool water wasn’t clean with no pool towels available. I went to the front desk to request more towels but they did not have any. The pillows on the bed were worn and we asked for additional but they did not have any. The area is safe but the property should have been more prepared.

The bathroom door didn't close. There was something wrong with the latch. We had an overnight stay and didn't need any ammenities, but a microwave, mini fridge and nice TV were appreciated. One BIG plus, was they had the NFL RedZone, so the TV selection was pretty awesome. For the price, this was easy to get to off they freeway, free to park and then get back on the road.

We found cobwebs around the room, refrigerator smelled of mold & wasn't on. Water pressure was low. After showering, the floor of the bathroom looked like it was just mopped from all the steam that was not removed by the ineffective fan. I'm not sure how it received such a good rating.

The bathroom smelled funny and there was definitely some damage around the tub/shower that looked a little mildewy. In the sink there was old crusty spit (literally like phlegm) that had dried up in the bowl and hadn't been scraped off, which grossed me out.

The staff that checked us in and checked us out is phenomenal. The hotel is cleaner than most 4 star hotels. The beds are sunken in and the restroom towel holder is a bit rusted. Aside from that, the sheets are super clean, towels are clean, and overall it’s clean.

The room was HUGE! 2 desks with chairs, a recliner, 2 queen sized beds, microwave, refrigerator and extra room on top of that. Very clean room, linens and property. We had a great night in our quiet room in the comfortable beds. Exceeded our expectations we had after s day the price. We were just passing through Paso Robles on the way to Santa Cruz and it was a perfect place to stay for us.

The room was HUGE! 2 desks with chairs, a recliner, 2 queen sized beds, microwave, refrigerator and extra room on top of that. Very clean room, linens and property. We had a great night in our quiet room in the comfortable beds. Exceeded our expectations we had after s day the price. Nice place. Friendly check in/out. Bed was not that comfortable (older box spring). Felt very safe and location is very good if you are using as home base for wineries. If we went back would probably request 2nd story as you can hear people walk above you, but luckily they did not walk around muck but they were construction workers and gave me a 5 am. wake up call. Older property, so expect older style motel stay.

Must have been recwntly updated. Very clean inside and out. Felt safe and comfortable. I would have scored higher, except the bed was not that comfortable and there was a recliner chair that needed to be replaced, but they opted to put a towel over it. All in all, I would stay here again.

Unlike photos, the property was more decent and the interior was surprisingly clean. The AC took a while to cool the room, but the window was new and the door had a safe lock. I had nothing to complain about. Just the TV remote controller lol It was a bit confusing, but I was able to manage and find something to watch. No problem.

Female at check in desk not very inviting. Heater didn't work, so they bought us a portable one.. Clothes dryer didn't work so they showed us another one. Just needs some maintenance. OK for the money.

We arrived late night and front desk staff was quick and attentive. Requested extra towels and toilet paper and they were promptly provided. The room was huge, clean (verified with UV light), toiletries were available and in good amounts. Bed was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed our brief stay but will be back.

Overall, very good, nice location, safe and quiet. Room was spacious and nicely furnished- could have used a better light near the table. Lighting was a bit dim, but adequate. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the manager let me into the lobby to pick up a couple flyers on the area when he was busy doing other chores. Refrigerator was good, as was the microwave, though our microwave had seen better days. Bathroom facilities were good, and both well lit and well ventilated. We will definitely be coming back.

Refrigerator was good, as was the microwave, though our microwave had seen better days. Bathroom facilities were good, and both well lit and well ventilated. We will definitely be coming back.

Overall, very good, nice location, safe and quiet. Room was spacious and nicely furnished- could have used a better light near the table. Lighting was a bit dim, but adequate. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the manager let me into the lobby to pick up a couple flyers on the area when he was busy doing other chores. Close to wineries, stores, restaurants and almost everything. The room is clean. Just didn't like the quality of the soap and shampoo. Will recommend this property.

What a nice treasure in Paso Robles! My one-bed room was spacious (looks like they might have left a large space in case they decided to expand to two beds). It was spotless and looks like they did a remodel. Basic amenities (microwave, fridge, TV) which is all I want in a room. Heating consistent without much noise from the unit. All for a very competitive price. No breakfast, but there are several nice places within a few blocks.

Property is pretty basic, but clean - large rooms. Staff was friendly. Parking was very easy. The only negative is that it's not really within (easy) walking distance of the downtown area.

Clean room, friendly staff, parking right outside of room window. Downside: AC worked, heat worked, only way to fully turn if was to unplug the unit from the wall (off button didn't really work; fan would still run when in the "off" position).

The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and clean. The toilet was stopped up when we arrived, but I called the front desk and he was up to fix it within 5 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

The pictures were accurate and the staff were polite and friendly. The rooms are very spacious! The mini-fridge is one of the largest I have seen and the freezer actually freezes. The blackout curtains did not go to the ceiling, so there was light seepage which woke me before my alarm each day. There is a deep window sill, so I put my bags on that during the night to block the light seepage from below the curtains, but wasn't able to block the top part. The safety lights on the property are very bright so that came through the space at the top of the curtains. The shower heated up easily and had excellent pressure. There were several easily usable plugs around the room. The recliner is an EXCELLENT touch! The A/C worked very well. The bed was a little too firm for my taste (at home I have a tempurpedic). The bed linens were a bit rough, (I use 100% cotton linens at home) but I made it work. I really like that there was a table and chairs besides the desk. Parking was super easy for our group, we had 1 car and never had an issue finding parking. The location was easy and I walked to a few places when the heat was not terrible. Going to the fair with the lyft was even easier, it was $30 to park at the fair, but we did lyft to and from for a total of $12 before tip. We could have walked to the fair, but at 100 degrees F, we thought that would wipe out our energy for enjoying the fair, so we rode the 0.5 miles. I would stay here again.
