Was a good deal, We only stayed overnight for 2 nights.They allowed my pickup truck and trailer to park on the property. We would stay here again!

Its not a 10/10, the reviews are a lie. The towels were filthy, this place is more suitable for interstate tradies, not holidaymakers. No coffee/tea facilities, ice maker doesn't work, absolutely no frill. On the corner of a major crossroads, it's noisy. Wouldn't put it on my return list

Very budget friendly. Parking right outside the room. Abundant hot water in shower.

No ice machine or vending after a hard days work like a drink and relax before having to go to get something to eat

I rate kind of like how they judge dogs. So I rate this based on other motels not against hotels, extended stay suites etc. My son and I had an event in Youngstown and decided at rhe last minute the drive there would require we leave way earlier than I wanted, so I was looking for something cheap with two beds. We would be there about 8 hours total, so perks like breakfast, a pool, etc would be wasted. So if you want/need that stuff, this place isn't what you want. Room was clean. Sheets were clean. Room was not real bright, but did not smell. Toilet ran until handle was jiggled. Standard tub with shower. We got there around 10:30 office was locked, but someone came withing 30 seconds of ringing the bell. Could not pay ahead and had to fill out a paper form which felt old school, but at least they had a modern credit card reader. Room had a key, no key cards. There was a bucket for ice, I am not sure where ice machine is, didn't need it. Motel is on the main drag, but I did not notice traffic. I might have given 5 stars instead of 4, if not for the WiFi. We were two doors down from the office, but wifi was a very weak signal. Wasn't really an issue because we went to bed as soon as we got there and left right after we woke up.

this is a fine, budget friendly choice with staff that is friendly and attentive. it is at a busy intersection, but the rooms were muffled sound. the internet was very fast, but we had intermittent disconnects which is difficult to handle for important video conference meetings.

Convenient location, easy to find, park at your door for 1st floor. Clean and generally comfortable, though pillows were near replacement time and could be changed to fiber fill instead of foam rubber! Older furnishing well taken care of, which goes with keeping a low price. Management pleasant. I was a call-ahead, but late, arrival (10:30). Because of cleanliness, mostly comfortable, and low price, I would look them up again.

Fridge and Microwave in the room. Good location.

It’s an older place but the owner is very nice they keep it clean and for the to price come on you won’t find a place with better water pressure Yes it’s outdated but it’s still better then most expensive places

The room was VERY outdated and had multiple problems: the sheets were spotted and stained; the towels were discoloured and stained (blood or mascara?); the carpet was badly stained and we didn't dare walk around without our shoes; the bathroom door didn't close and there was no fan in the bathroom; the circuit breaker was turned off for the fan/air conditioner, so that the room smelled dank when we entered - we had to ask for the circuit to be turned on; there had been a secondary lock on the door, but it was missing; we were told the room had two queen beds, but it was two double beds and they bed were very uncomfortable. Maybe it was just the room that we had, but I got the sense that the standard of room would have been acceptable to the hosts in the country that they recently imigrated from. I couldn't figure out how it had such a good rating on Expedia.

Owners are very kind. Place is always spotless! Your typical motel, minus the nastiness one would expect. Would recommend to anyone traveling thru and needs a place to rest their head.

I relocated to Cleveland from Texas and was in hotels for about 10 days while I searched for a place to live. After paying $85-$110 in Akron and Kent for filthy dumps- I decided to drive 45 miles to Hermitage, PA to stay at the Royal Motel. The price was $49 a night. It was absolutely worth the drive. The staff is helpful and courteous. It is an older property but very clean and well maintained. I have ZERO complaints - nothing but positive feedback for this place

Not up to date at all. Needs cleaned, very dirty. Towels weren't clean and had something on them!

The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean.

I don't think anything was cleaned when we arrived. Smelled like mold and bleach in the bathroom. Hairs everywhere. We left after 20 minutes. Don't book this hotel I don't know why the reviews are so high.

The room was adequately furnished but dirty and lacked maintenance or care. Soiled sheets, bathroom door dirty and needs paint, curtains hanging off, neither safety lock on the door locked. On a very busy road at a busy intersection. Would not stay again.

A little noisy with traffic but if you just need a place to sleep it's perfect and affordable.

Nice room, spacious

The tv did not work. The bathroom door did not close.

I paid for a king bed but was given a queen bed at check-in. There was a gap in the doorframe exposing the outside. The place was clean but very old and rundown.

Very loud traffic & old thin walls. I could hear anytime the person in the room next door coughed. No do not disturb sign & manager insisted on coming in room every day. Girl walked in my room without knocking. Manager brought a vacuum into room while i was in bed. Very old appliances but yet owner has new tesla parked in front. Almost had to report missing child or worse in next room becuase the staff goes around & opens all the doors every morning even if guests are staying in the room. The hotel is right next to busy intersection so the child could've been hit by a car. It took them near a half hour to find the child wearing nothing but a diaper.

Staff harrasing to check out 30 minutes before stated check out time and insisting the posted check out time was incorrect.

They refused to allow us to check in because we showed up at 11:55 pm. Apparently guests must arrive by 10:30pm. Never heard of such a policy. We went down the road to Super 8 where we were treated like humans.

The owner was ignorant and disrespectful. I don't recommend this motel to anyone.

Friendly owners and decent stay for the price, though I was charged $12 more than what Expedia quoted for 2 nights. Checkout is 10am, not 10:30am. Be aware they do housekeeping in all rooms everyday regardless if you asked for it.

I didn't stay. He said he rejected my reservation. He had a nasty attitude.
