Hôtel bien situé et propre si vous voulez jouer au casino. C'était notre 4 ième séjour et c'est la première fois que nous avions une chambre sans WIFI et même le cellulaire ne passait pas (chambre 713) Il a été difficile de se faire changer de chambre et nous avons réussi après 24 heures de discussions ... Il n'y avait qu'une des deux ascenseurs qui fonctionnait pendant toute la semaine. Dans l'ensemble ça demeure un bon Hôtel

Hot tub was broken. Hair in bathtub of room. Loud guest yelling all night in the hallway.

Room was great, most staff quite friendly. The pool area and hot tub were quite tired and dirty — that would be the only obvious area for improvement to make this resort 10/10 in my books!

It was under construction, there was an hour line up to check in and at breakfast it was so busy you couldn’t get around the room. It is way overpriced for what it is

Excellent stay except BOTH treadmills did not work

The Players Inn is currently under renovation, but for the most part you would know it. There was no construction disturbance at all The rooms were a little dated (hence the renovations), but they were clean and well kept.

Room was clean, fun property. However, the pool in our building was closed and the pool in the players inn was quite dirty / not useable — it was moldy. I was also disappointed that the property does not have recycling bins.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. The room was very clean. The only downside was that there was only one out of two elevators working, so getting up and down was a bit long.

The hot tub was not operational and did not know this until checking in which was not pleased as this was the reason we booked the hotel to use the hot tub. The pool was not clean and our room behind the dresser there was dirty items left from previous guest. The room next to us was very loud and disturbing for most of the night. We asked if we could use the hot tub at the main hotel since players inn hot tub was not running and we were told no because we were players in guest, it should be allowed IF one of the hotels items are not working.

Did not know this was a smoking unit. Maybe the name should have given it away but most hotels are non smoking. Very loud we can hear every thing the people in the room next to us are talking about.

Wouldn’t stay here again mold in shower

Players was absolutely disgusting. Floors are dirty. Clock wasn’t working just not great experience the casino itself and the resort at the casino is beautiful, but they were sold out so I had to go to the players and which used to be the comfort in. I do not recommend staying in that part.

Arrived at 2:30 and couldnt ck in until 3:30. My room had blk mold on shower walls. Very unhealthy. When I reported it to front desk,they couldnt have cared less.

The room was very clean. The jets could be a littke better in the hot tub.

Our room had the dirtiest broken down smelly armchair and they would not remove it from the room. It was horribly smelly.

Hotel was clean the staff was very courteous the breakfast was very nice and the shuttle to the casino was bery nice and the driver was very courteous

Our room was just okay. The door had a gap in it so we made sure to use both locks, open the closet door as well as the bathroom door so that it felt a little more private, the bathroom floor had hair on it as well as in the shower. There were still crumbs on the floor by the bed, it just felt unclean.

We were on a smoking floor that smelled like a ashtray. The smell was overwhelmingly, we had to buy a deodorizing spray and still the smell was terrible. Our hair and clothes even smelled like smoke when we got home.

The property is well overpriced for the condition. Stairwells did not look like it even had been swept in months, torn curtains, wallpaper peeling off the walls, key card didn't work and had to go get others twice. Free breakfast somewhat ok but we ended up being ill on our way home. Was also charged a resort fee, this is NO resort. I wouldn't recommend unless something drastically changed.

Room very clean but very dark with low wattage light bulbs and a long walk to elevators.

Coffee maker in room was super cheap and coffee was awful. Rooms were antiquated and not reflective of prices charged. Breakfast was mediocre also for prices charged compared to other hotels at same pricing.

It is clear the ownership is not invested in the property. They are taking advantage of the lack of options in the area and providing a low quality stay that is just enough for you not to leave. The same potato chip on the floor of the elevator for 5 days. The halls and elevator or so warm that you sweat. The room A/C, even with outdoor temperature below 40 was not enough to keep the room cool. Woke up sweating and had to change rooms. Only reason that room got cold was it was small enough and set to 60, the lowest it would go.

No heat

The room walls were paper thin that I could hear people having sex in the next room, I could hear them in the shower and I could almost fully hear their conversation and I was Not eavesdropping by any means! The rooms were older and seemed aged and outdated especially the bathroom. Then I asked for a late checkout and was told they don’t do that anymore and I called my cousin who was also on the same floor and he got late checkout! So I called back and explained I just spoke to my cousin on this floor and he got a late checkout?!? Then she changed it to they don’t do that anymore to they only do 2 rooms a floor for late check out?!! Why was I lied to in the beginning anyway if that was the truth?? Or was any of it the truth? They also had no tooth brushes, my husband forgot his and the 24hr snack shop (overpriced) had none left either but I’m sure the actual casino side would have had it and hopefully gives better service to a first time customer. My sister lives there and I had planned on visiting again but I more than likely i wouldnt stay again

It’s a bit dated but not bad. Ac didn’t work the first night but they fixed it the next morning.

The bed was terrible. Could feel the springs in the mattress. The hair dryer fell off the wall when I went to use it. The noise was awful. Could hear ppl walking and talking in the hallway and rooms near us. I definitely would not stay there again. Had a poor nights sleep. I’d truly like a refund.

I got room 317 at Players, next door to furnace and probably a/c. It was very loud. Also, the refrigerator hummed all night. I was so tired but didn't get much sleep.

Staff always smiling, conversing and helpful!

The staff were sullen, check in line was out the door and only one employee at the front desk. This was the stinkiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We have been coming here for almost ten years but the new ownership has really changed the place for the worse.

The property is organized and well decorated. The room itself was disappointing. We had to dispose of a dozen ladybugs flying around the room. When speaking with the front desk, they stated very casually that it’s the season? There are no open windows so it baffled us how they got in and continued to during our stay. For the price of the room, we expected more. There are no extra outlets to plug in devices or phones, where we had to unplug a lamp that proved easier than pushing furniture to access. There were certain basics missing, Kleenex, coffee machine that again, seems like for the price they should be included. The hot tub and pool facility was great, well maintained and enjoyable. Charging a per person resort fee seems a bit much as their facility is no different from a standard hotel. The front desk staff was hilarious, I’m saying this ironically. When checking out, with no other customers around, we approached the young employee at the desk. Offering her a friendly hello and good morning, she didn’t acknowledge us. We turned to each other then both looked at her, at least 2 minutes passed where we thought she was specifically ignoring us. She eventually said “Yes?” Like we were inconveniencing her. There was no thank you for staying with us, asking how our stay was, nothing. Frontline Staff training on basic customer interaction is very much needed.

Casino, room, restaurant, staff all 5 stars! But, when it came to check out this morning, the one attendant at the front desk was on the phone (trying to fix a card not working)….i was the only one there. I waited 7 minutes, with absolutely no acknowledgment, zero, nothing. I kindly asked, “excuse me, is this where I check out?” Without getting off the phone, she said “you don’t need to formally check out, just drop your card. You couldn’t just left it in the room.” She went back to leaning in her chair, and didn’t look back. I understand sometimes people have bad days, busy days, all that stuff…but I have never had anyone in from a hotel (any staff, room service, front desk, manager, waiter…) be unprofessional and basically dismissive. Again, everything else about our stay was 110%, but the check out was not.

The room was clean , staff was so helpful and polite . Love how easy it was to go up to the room in between using the casino

I was charged on the Expedia website, and then they would not let me check in without paying again. I had to jump up and down the next day to get them to give me a refund, and I still have not received the refund.

Tried calling for 2 days with no answer! Would never recommend this place. Find somewhere else to stay.

130 am returned to room. Used toilet and it plugged. My hubs had to find a plunger and fix himself. The Libby and elevato was not air conditioned. Check n too late. Would not offer early check in. Desk twosome at 4 very unfriendly. A bunch of family’s waiting to check in. Also, I thought my reservation was for casino and it was at Plsyersinn.

I liked that the hotel and casino were attached and there was a very nice pool. Also liked that there were Canadian slot machines in the casino.

Expedia posting lead me to believe I was staying at the property attached to the casino however upon arrival it was at the property not attached to the casino as I have difficulty walking it was very disappointing.

We didn’t like that we thought we were booked in the motel in the casino.

Overall it was a good stay and we had a lot of fun, but we got misled while booking our room. I was under the impression that all the rooms available for booking was for one hotel that is connected to the casino. But it turns out there’s two seperate hotels and I guess we accidentally booked one for the other hotel. I feel like each hotel should have their own seperate booking options. That means we didn’t have direct access to the casino, and zero access to the pool and breakfast that were showed in the pictures. Just wanted to warn future customers booking that any room with Players Inn is in a seperate hotel entirely.

I recently stayed at the Players Inn and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the casino. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth.

Really convenient spot and we recommend the yummy dinner buffet at the casino, just a short walk across the parking lot. Very convenient to be able to stay here on solar eclipse weekend! It seems they’re doing some work on the hotel, but the room itself was clean and well kept. A good value!

Very difficult for person with walking disability to traverse this place. Long distance from oom to entrance, restaurant or casino. Otherwise food good and place nice

Very disappointing experience. Thought I had booked to stay at the Mohawk Akwesasne Casino main hotel as there were two listings on the Expedia website - one for the main hotel and one for the Player's Casino hotel, a separate building, both at the same rate. I selected the main hotel, however missed the fine print on the reservation confirmation that the booking was for the Player's Casino hotel, across the parking lot and a bit of a walk. My guest has mobility issues so walking any distance is a concern. Also, the hotel is quite run down and undergoing renovations so noisy. Felt very much like "bait and switch" advertising. If you are going to book this hotel, look closely at your confirmation so you don't make the same mistake I did. There is also an additional $12 fee charged on-site. Staff were very unaccommodating. We will not be back.

the room was very neat and clean, the food was awful we, myself and my husband spent 41 dollars on a meal that sucked, we ordered breaded califlower and breaded mushrooms, hamburgers and french fries to take to our room, it was cold when we got to our room in the same building, we never got the mushrooms, and they never told us the califlower was spicy. I called the desk, they connected me to the resturant we got the food at, got an answering machine left a message, they never got back to us, the hamburger tasted like a soy burger, it was very disappointing. we wasted 41 dollars, and had nothing worth eating. our stay was good otherwise.

The casino was nice, plenty of machines and tables. The choices for eating were limited. We stayed Tuesday and Wednesday and the buffet and fine dining restaurant were both closed.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to our previous experience. They charge a $12 “resort fee,” but this is far from a resort. It’s just a standard hotel with typical amenities, and the fee seems unnecessary. During our stay, the hotel was fully booked, which made it difficult to enjoy the pool and hot tub due to the overcrowding. The breakfast was another disappointment—one staff member was struggling to keep up with demand, and most of the food items, cups, plasticware, plates, etc were empty with no sense of urgency to refill them. The front desk staff was friendly during check-in, but not as pleasant during checkout. Overall, I can’t recommend this hotel, especially given the poor experience and unjustified resort fee.

Service at the buffet was terrible. Never received such awful attitude from waitstaff until here! We won’t be back. Bye

Loved the pool and hottub. Restaurant had really good food and service was friendly and quick. And the casino was a great time. Would definitely recommend it to anyone going that way.

The staff were very friendly. The room was beautiful,spacious, and clean. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning our room . My husband loved the pool. Very refreshing. The breakfast was great especially the pancakes.

The hotel was clean and quiet. We enjoyed dinner in the steak house and spent some time (and money) in the casino.

Nothing in the room. No fridge microwave or coffee machine. No breakfast place open. Only Starbucks to get coffee or a muffin. Not impressed.

very nice hotel, easy to access. love the swimming pool. Buffet was very good. Prime ribs was so tender and testy. Will return again.
