Had high hopes for a good experience for my son’s 23rd birthday weekend, especially with the price we paid for the room alone. Check-in went ok but the room wasn’t the cleanest. The shower floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, the desks, night stands, remote, were all sticky. The fridge door did not close properly and there are no amenities like a coffee maker or microwave, which is insane at the price point for the room. The closet had a horrible smell in it and there were not sufficient towels. The pool and hot tub did have an adult timeframe from 9pm-12am which would have been nice if the hot tub was not filthy with black residue all in the foam and the pool was cold. The food at the Native Buffet was ok but many of the meats were super dry and hard, also disappointing for the price point. The Sticks Bar and grill food was ok but the bar was not open and you had to order at the counter. Then onto the whole point of the place, the casino.. we all received credits for game play and my son was supposed to have $55 for his birthday. We tried to use it and ours, and it would not work, went to the winners club desk and the girl was rude, did not want to be bothered and did not help us so we ended up leaving, not even being able to experience the casino.. the whole point of bringing him there for his birthday. What an awful experience!

Love this place! Employees very accommodating. Bartender was very unpleasant and now we know why there were empty seats at the bar on a Thursday! Everyone else was great especially the waitress who brought us drinks to our slots, she was beautiful!!

If you stay at this hotel make sure its at casino not where we stayed at hotel beside casino which they also own. The entrance way smelled and rooms are outdated not worth what they charged us for it.

Very average hotel, the original woman who denied us checking in at 3pm was super rude. The gentleman who checked us in only 30 minutes later, was much nicer. Toilet plugged easily, the bed was ok. Definitely not more than a 2 star hotel
