The place was clean. It had a bit of a musty smell, but easily fixed with some body spray. The quilt kept us nice and warm on a winter stormy night! All the amenities in room were functional. We would stay again for a good nights rest. Staff were friendly.

The staff were wonderful! We got in late, and they had everything set for us to self check-in. The room was clean and updated. It is in a small town with great Amish food. Very safe and affordable. Would definitely stay again!

The property is in a good location if you are doing things in Arthur. Getting in and out of the property was easy. It advertises that check in was at 3:00. We got there at 2:50. We were told our room wouldn't be ready for another hour. We tried to get into our room at 4:15 and they were still cleaning it. Not sure what time they finished because we decided to go to an early dinner to kill time. The room was just okay clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The air conditioner worked great and kept us comfortable.

It was clean and nice for the price. It’s an older inn but we would go there again for a night. I wish it would have had a hair blow dryer in the room. It’s nice being close to the Yoder’s restaurant that has really good food. We enjoyed walking around the town.

Truly enjoyed my trip to Arthur for rabbit show at the Otto center held on Saturday. Made it to some of the shops before they close 🙌 Sweet check in lady recommend the pauleys barbecue for supper. I love that the furniture in the room is Hollywood wood. I've always admired the Amish work Hoping to return back soon

Couldn’t get t v to work. Vent fan on bathroom didn’t work. More of a weekly rent property. Maybe a 2 star hotel. Definitely not 4.

Unfortunately the A/C in our room wasn't cooling. The attendant moved us right away to another room with working A/C. The shower has no door or curtain, just a section of glass, so the water gets on the floor. Exhaust fan didn't seem to be working. Beds are to high off the floor (just my opinion). Only one mirror over the vanity and the lighting was not very bright over it. I had reserved three rooms on my card for my wife and I and two other couples. At check-in each couple wanted pay with our own credit card, but the attendant didn't know how to do that. No big deal , I just payed and the other two couples just reimbursed me. Overall the rooms okay. Just a few upgrades would make this a very nice hotel in a small friendly town.
