The parking was limited. A big truck ended up parking next to me and hit my side mirror. The spaces are tight and when the hotel is busy there are very few spots open.

The hotel was newer and in good shape. The breakfast was not bad but the pancake maker was not functioning properly. Over all the staff was very nice and accommodating. The night clerk asked me for my email and stated that it was mandatory and the. Ten minute later I was signed for a priority club membership.

We just stopped to sleep at this hotel, but we felt right at home. The lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas. Beds and sheets were comfy and everything was clean. The breakfast was very nice. It checked all our boxes.

The odor from the carpet in the bedroom was unpleasant; however, aside from this, everything else was satisfactory. As my stay was only for one night, I chose to overlook the issue. In the future, I will likely reserve accommodations at the other hotel in Perry when visiting my daughter for college.

When I got to the room late on Friday evening, the room had a very bad odor. Just a musty smell. As I situated the pillows on the bed I noticed that one pillow smelled particularly bad so I just tossed in on the floor. The next morning I stopped by the front desk and made them aware of the issue and was told that they would make a note to have the pillow removed. Well when I got back to the room that evening the pillow was right back on the bed. So this time I took it down to the front desk and asked them for a new one. But it was like the pillow had gotten wet and soured.

The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and hot. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The only flaw was that the bathrooms in the common area weren't super clean. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property was ok, I was expecting it to be cleaner than what I saw. My room had hair left in the sink and bathtub. After seeing that I just felt like the rest of the room was not clean so I spoke with the front desk and they moved me to another room. The second room also had hair left in the sink but not as much as the first room so I didn't bother moving rooms again, but I did tell the front desk about it. The guy at the front desk was helpful, but they have to do better with their cleaning.

The room was nice but I Was NOT given the room I ordered. My kids were so tired because th guy at front desk said he would have to see if I could get the I paid for if there was one available. The internet wouldn’t work called front desk- no help. The ac didn’t work I called the front desk again and the guy was very irritated with me. We made the best of the situation. But won’t stay here again.

Unfortunately we were stuck in a 4 hour traffic jam that was caused by a wreck. When we finally got to the hotel I was greeted by John. He was very understanding and he made our check in quickly. It was late and we were exaughsted. John greeted us like family and really made our stay. This is a well run hotel with awesome staff.

The breakfast staff we great- checking in- the staff was not very friendly- barely received a hello- I booked a room for 4 and they could see 4 of us checking in and when we got to our room it was just a king- mind you we were checking in at 11pm and just wanted to get to bed. Had to go back down and ask for either a new room or additional bed- should have been offered based on the room requested and number of people staying in the room at check in.

Everything was nice and as pictured. There was a delay in getting our room due to still cleaning at 5:30. Other people in our group had delays getting their rooms as well. Looked to be short staffed but everyone was friendly and helpful.

Fabulous stay! We travel a lot and so many times even in very expensive hotels there are problems of one kind or another, (eg. tv doesn't work properly, etc.), but everything was in perfect working order, perfectly clean, and great service! Great breakfast options as well! Couldn't be happier with our stay!

From check in to check out all staff made us feel welcomed. They were all so kind and helpful! Extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was neat, tidy, and had a wide selection of everything desired! We will stay here as our stopping point from now on.

The only issue we had was we were double billed. Hotels.com charged us and the hotel charged us too. The odd thing was that Hotels.com was $25 more than if we had booked through the hotel itself. The hotel took care of the double billing when I called this morning and charged us the lower rate. So my caution is not to just assume Hotels.com is the less expensive option. It is good for aggregating the hotels in an area and providing a list. But buyer beware of pricing. The hotel experience was great except for the pancake machine not working. But the biscuits and gravy made up for it. The room was very nice although there was not a coffee machine.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Perry–National Fairground Area. We were delayed by heavy Florida traffic and didn't arrive until around midnight, but the front desk staff couldn't have been more welcoming. Even that late at night, check-in was quick, friendly, and made us feel like valued guests. The hotel was exceptionally clean, our room was comfortable and quiet, and the bed was perfect after a long day on the road. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast the next morning, which offered a nice selection of fresh, hot, and cold items. The location is convenient with easy access to the highway and nearby restaurants, making it an excellent stop for travelers. We truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
