This was ranked 7.0 by hotels.com. It was a dump. Huge hole in the ceiling above the shower. Holes in the walls. Outlet in bathroom didnt work. Not enough parking. TV was a pain. Would never stay again.

Well, the lobby was unremarkable, but check-in was easy, and my room was on the first floor, which is necessary, since there was no elevator. My room had recently been updated, but there was no shampoo nor soap in the room. The bed was very comfortable. There were hand marks on the wall, something that I wiped off to benefit the next visitor. Their housekeeping staff should’ve done that The price was very reasonable and the hotel was convenient and close to the interstate. I would stay again.

The front desk lady was polite and friendly. The parking lot isn't the easiest to navigate. I reserved a king but it wasnt available yet so she put us in a 2 queen room. Found 2 socks under our bed that was left behind by previous guest. Bed was comfortable.

Bedbugs! We were laying in bed about to fall asleep when my husband saw a bug on his pillow, it was a bed bug. I took the bug in a cup to the front desk and showed the front desk employee the bed bug and she just kept saying that the pest control came 2 days ago. I told her we were not staying and she would not give me a refund. I attempted to get a refund through orbitz and they would not refund either, since the property would not approve the refund. We spent 2 hours in the hotel before leaving. Not to mention the drunk man passed out in the lobby when we left.

I should have taken pics. Tbh it was so gross we slept fully clothed on top of the made beds with burn holes all over them and tried not to to focus on it so I could sleep to get back on the road. The room and bathroom were gross. We couldn’t have taken a shower in there even if we dared to, the water pressure was a joke. Also saw illegal activities out side on the side of the hotel by our door. Sketchy and disgusting.

It was filthy when we walked in. The sofa was completely dirty, not vacuumed, major stains or marks from a liquid. Then we found a bug. We had booked 3 rooms for our group. And 2 of these 3 rooms had bugs. We all turned around and left our rooms. (By the way, the rooms were not booked well in advance, they were booked online just before we arrived.) The hotel tried to not give any of us a refund. I finally got mine, but the other 2 have not as of yet. They are still fighting for one.

The fridge in our room didn't work at all. They placed us on the 2nd floor when their were clearly rooms available on the first. The "free" breakfast was minimal at best.

Our stay was okay overall. The employee there was very nice and welcoming. They gave us our room, we went inside and got situated. Right away as I opened the door to our room, I was a little annoyed. I booked a non-smoking room but as soon as we walked in, the room smelled HEAVELY of cigarette smoke. We were tired, so I didn't feel like complaining and just dealt with it. The beds were comfortable at least and everything looked clean as it could be. Fridge and TV worked as they should so we were happy about that. Wi-Fi was VERY spotty. I stopped using it after about an hour. While the shower worked, it was very inconsistent with the pressure and temperature. Like I said, it was okay overall. As a place you NEED, it's not that bad. Very tolerable if you're able to do so. But this was a planned visit, so I don't think I'd come back. Just spend a little more, I know I will from now on.

Worst stay ever, I showed up at the front desk to do the check in and get the room the lady literally was sleeping behind the counter acting so rude like I was getting something for free, she gave me a card/key with no room info and told me I was getting a single bed room which wasn’t right I paid for a doble bed, so disappointed I would never ever stay there, NEVER!

Stay was fine, i stay here a lot and was charged an authorization fee for the first time, which wasnt a big deal. However, the front desk associate seemed to have an attitude and came off rude. There's a hetter way to treat guests. She then accused me of smoking in the room, which i dont smoke.

Arrived at motel to check in at 4:00 pm, Nobody at front desk. Called and let ring for 30 minutes. I could hear the ringing throughout the front part of building. Nobody there. Left to find another hotel.

When I went to check in, no one was available. After waiting for a bit, i used the phone to call. No answer. Eventually i ask my friend to wait up front so i can go look for someone. Suddenly a maintenance guy asks my name and says i have a room. However, i still couldnt check in or get my key cards until the frint desk returned.

While the room is secure, the location was both good and not so good. Close to the highway, it was fairly easy to get to, but the neighborhood was also older, and the city would be smart to spend some funds to revitalize the area.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Only disappointment was the breakfast had no protein. Coffee was good though.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Only disappointment was the breakfast had no protein. Coffee was good though.

Comfortable bed. Breakfast was OK. Waffles, limited choice of yogurt and cereal, a muffin, orange juice was from a mix and it did not taste good.

Room was cleaned every day but the first, paint on shower walls, sink fixtures a little corroded, entry rugs were shredded, and breakfast not veery appealing. Also, we had to leave a day early, last day not refunded.

Very limited menu, waffles, bread, 1 type of muffin and some mini chocolate donuts (all were stale). Cereal, juice, and coffee. No fruit, yogurt, or protein options at all.

It was just ok. They said they didn’t have any “pet friendly “ rooms and charged me $25 for cleaning. I’m not sure your website had any ability to reserve a proper room and it wasn’t clearly states what the “ pet friendly” conditions were. I am going to ask for a refund of the $25.

The hotel is definitely aged/old property. The entry breakfast area was very small and aged. It was clean. The room looked somewhat modernized, beds were comfortable. The bathroom was decent but old and battered. Lots of patching up on things. We were on the side of property facing the Hwy. It was noisy. The windows were old and thin. The actual breakfast of cereals, bagels, bread and waffles was very basic. Don’t drink the coffee. AC was fine. Was it the 8 plus rating it got ? NO. I would have spent 10 more dollars for a better hotel had I known this rating was hyped. Not the worst place for a night, but not worth the $$.
