I liked the room and the downtown area. Very walkable to see Sioux Falls. The hotel; however, is under construction and will be changing names (no longer a Hilton). There was only one elevator in service for a large hotel and many of the amenities were unavailable because of construction.

Great location along the River walk and downtown. Unfortunate under construction so there is no lobby and just a single person with one computer working at the “front” desk. Only 1 elevator working, which wasn’t an issue for us but a busier time would have made this a pain. But staff friendly and making the best of the situation. Will still return and look forward to the new hotel

Nice hotel - we have stayed here before. Great location but parking is at a premium-even in the parking garage. Hotel is remodeling now so there is some extra confusion and noise in the “lobby” area. Would stay there again. Love downtown Sioux Falls!

No pool, janky elevators, I had to fix the toilet refill valve while staying, no breakfast. It’s a room (a small room) and that’s pretty much it. Not a bad room necessarily, but not much more than an amped up Motel 6.

Extremely helpful staff during booking process and entire stay! Free bottled water located @ front desk. Complimentary Lyft and shuttle were quick. Location was convenient to walk downtown for a variety of food & drink options. Enjoyed our Sioux Falls visit!

The property is conveniently located and close to downtown area and Falls Park. The common areas of the hotel are quite nice and well kept however there are some maintenance and cleaning issues like mold on the bathroom ceiling and mildew on the wallpaper in the bathroom, paint damage and wear and tear on the furniture. Appreciate that a door key is required to enter the property late at night.

Conveniently located to Philips St., shopping, and restaurants. Location on the river is amazing. It would have been nice to know that the hotel lobby and 1st floor is being renovated when we booked our room. Not sure what the staff uses to clean with but every surface in our room felt very sticky. We had to wipe everything down with a wet wash cloth to remove the stickiness.

Having Crave at the hotel was so convenient. Also, this property is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It's undergoing renovation which we were unaware of but it does badly need it as the rooms are passable but needs upgrades.

We have had better stays here in the past. The noise outside the room kept us awake and woke us up early. The bed was quite uncomfortable as well. We love having the restaurant and also the Starbucks in the building so that is a draw. Please replace the mattresses!

Construction entrance congested with only one person checking in. Several guests in line . Pillows not good . Too fluffy and deflate to flat. I’m glad I brought my own pillow. Fridge did not get beverages cold. Beds comfortable . Nice view. Shower water HOT!

The staff was really nice and helpful. We were told they are going through renovations during our stay and the staff apologized. The sheets on the bed didn’t fit properly. Fitted sheet was sliding off and the flat sheet barely hung over either side the bed wasn’t made properly. The drawers for the dresser were tough to use and didn’t go in all the way. Bathroom very clean.

The heater/airconditioner in my room was a problem. It heated the room ok, but the fan was alway on hi and I could not make it go low. With such cold temps, a fan on high made the air so dry and uncomfortable. Please fix this. Room 503.

There was a bit of a hiccup during checkin. The manager was awesome. She rewarded us 40000 Hilton reward points and also 2 free drinks at the bar as well as 2 free breakfasts. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We ate dinner at the Crave restaurant on site. Absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend.

Stayed here after a long day of traveling. Checking in with Happy was quick and easy. He was very helpful in explaining the few questions I had. Parking was available in front of the hotel and in the underground parking garage. Dinner at the on-site restaurant Crave was fantastic and very convenient. Standard American fare and Japanese influenced meals, the Poke bowl was very good and was perfect for dinner. I would stay here again.

We reserved a room for 2 nights a week in advance of my husband's medical appointment. We arrived around 8:30 pm and the attendant said our room may not be cleaned yet. He apologized and said if it wasn't cleaned, we would have to go to a different motel. After him making several attempts to contact housekeeping(which I'm sure they were no longer cleaning rooms), he had to go and check the room himself. Took over a half hour to check in when I had my confirmation in hand! We did stay but was such a fiasco that I will definitely not go there again.

If the shuttle is not yet running to the airport, the hotel books an uber for you and pays for it. That was my case on Friday, October 11. My stay was because of flight cancellations in Florida. The people at the hotel were very kind and extremely helpful.

Hilton Garden in Sioux Falls is located right downtown. Super convenient location closes to many restaurants, bars and shops! We arrived on a Saturday. Parking lot is packed as there were a lot happening downtown with different festivals and Saturday activities. It was fun filled. They do have an underground parking structure but we were lucky that we got a parking right in front of the hotel entrance. Check in was seamless and front desk staff is friendly. Our room is clean but a bit dated. Consider the location, it was worth the stay!

Hilton Garden in Sioux Falls is located right downtown. Super convenient location closes to many restaurants, bars and shops! We arrived on a Saturday. Parking lot is packed as there were a lot happening downtown with different festivals and Saturday activities. It was fun filled. Our smoke free room smelled like smoke and musty(old/wet). Damaged wallpaper in the bathroom. Hotel going thru renovations in the reception did not affect us. Food was good. Bar service was slow. Bartender Zach was very attentive and gave us great service.

Stayed here after a long day of traveling. Checking in with Happy was quick and easy. He was very helpful in explaining the few questions I had. Parking was available in front of the hotel and in the underground parking garage. Dinner at the on-site restaurant Crave was fantastic and very convenient. Standard American fare and Japanese influenced meals, the Poke bowl was very good and was perfect for dinner. I would stay here again.

I absolutely convinced Paris Hilton would not have stayed here. Very limited parking. Restaurant that was so noisy you couldn't even talk to your companion. Furniture that was old. Sofa that squeaked every time you sat down. No TV guide. Sheets that didn't fit the bed. We had reserved a king bed got a queen. Kindergarten sized toilet. No grab bars in shower. Exit stairs on our floor was blocked off with yellow tape. Must I go on.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. I know they are maybe in the process of renovating but the only places I saw any updates was the lobby bar and restaurant area and the 5th floor. It’s a nice hotel but some of the furniture in the rooms showed a lot of wear and tear. An option of a less expensive or free breakfast would be nice. The price we paid was outrageous for what we had available to us. Over all due to the area it is in and the cleanliness of the premises I would give 3 out of 5 stars.

Hotel is very dated. Furniture and carpets were worn and damaged. Poor lighting - most switches didn’t work - and there are no outlets for charging devices (a basic necessity for travelers). No bathroom fan and shower head didn’t work well. One elevator had a known issue that wouldn’t let guests access their room floor, and both elevators were very hot/stuffy and felt unsafe. Parking in the main lot is limited, and the hidden underground lot is not well marked - staff did not mention it as an option at check-in despite numerous cars parked illegally in the over-full main lot. They also didn’t have the room type that was reserved and paid for in advance.

Currently undergoing a re-branding so we had a little trouble locating it, but once we did all was good. Sioux Falls is a great town with a lot going on. The hotel was in a great location so we walked to all the best places.
