Property is very artsy air bnb like rustic Santa Fe. It has a unique vibe and tons of history. This was my 2nd time staying and i will stay again most likely. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Parking is tight so be prepared and try to arrive early. Great breakfast in the morning. My only negative this trip was the insomniacs above us. Ask for a ground level room if you tend to be up all night as older building have squeaky floors. I had to wear earplugs all night. Bed was very comfy though so the sleep we managed to get was good. LeAnne at the front desk was a gem and had a lovely energy! Overall wonderful stay!

The Inn is a cozy spot conveniently located in Santa Fe NM. We had room 11 which had a private balcony and soaking tub. They tout a fireplace which we looked forward to. It is not located in the bedroom, rather an anteroom which had a single bed. It is electric with a poor flame. The queen mattress needs to be replaced , It is apparently old and very soft. The pillows were also poor. The innkeeper was very pleasant and helpful. Parking is ample and free.

This hotel was centrally located to the rail yard, so walking around was easy. The hotel has its own parking, but it can be tricky to maneuver in. My room was spacious with a big private patio and a large bathroom. The walls are pretty thin, so if you’re a light sleeper that could be a problem.

The hotel was very well situated between the downtown plaza and the Railway Yard District. The staff were extremely inviting and friendly. Once our car was parked we walked everywhere. The breakfast burritos were amazing!!! Comfortable 4 post bed and fireplace !!

Beautiful adobe-style buildings. Our room was huge, spotless, beautifully decorated in SW style. Easy parking and check-in. Walked into Plaza area, Loretto Church, museums, etc in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

Great hotel near the plaza and Rail yard. Not as upscale as the $400 rooms but nice, comfortable, great breakfast burritos, nice outdoor patio, close to good restaurants, kind staff, parking. Will stay again!

We’ve stayed here many times before. The location is great, free parking and walkable to the plaza and Railyard shops. The continental breakfast is good - breakfast burritos, Greek yogurt and fruit. The inn keepers are kind and lovely. I would not recommend the honeymoon suite,, room 11. It backs up to street and on Friday the night traffic noise was constant. Also a dog barked quite a bit. The pillows were not good and the bedding felt cheap. There is no shower, only a bathtub. As mentioned, we stayed before in other rooms and rated them higher.

Charming southwestern decor, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, quiet, plenty of room, mini fridge and microwave. Lots of special touches. Variety of breakfast options, good coffee in ceramic cups, in a beautifully decorated, sunny dining room. Very nice and helpfull staff. We parked the car at the Inn and walked everywhere. Short walk to The Railyard, The Plaza, several museums, St Francis of Assisi Basilica, Loretto Chapel, and numerous shopping and eating establishments.

Lovely adobe inn tucked away in the Guadalupe district of Santa Fe. Economical and with character! Each room is unique. I had #11 that featured a large claw foot tub which I took advantage of. Cozy with lots of light from windows and quiet at night. Very clean and includes a nice continental breakfast each morning. Easy walking to Railyard area and downtown. Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying at this B&B. A wonderful hostess who tries very hard to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is located near the city center, walking distance is 10-12 minutes. However, some things upset us. We lived on the ground level, and we could hear everything that was happening in the neighboring rooms, as well as the creaking of the floor upstairs, especially at night, which was very disturbing and woke us up all the time. It was also unpleasant to find hair from previous guests everywhere on the bed linen and in the bathroom. Probably next time we will stay in a regular hotel in a minimalist style.

Arguably the nicest B&B we have ever stayed at. Very clean, very comfortable and the gentleman running the place was beyond friendly and accommodating. We LOVED this place and it will be where we stay every time we are in Santa Fe from now on!

The yard is beautiful and we had a private terrace which we enjoyed. The staff was beer friendly. The room seemed clean until I dropped something under the bed.

LeeAnn and Allan are wonderful 10/5. They were kind, welcoming and Allan gave us lots of helpful info on Santa Fe. Ambiance was 5/5.The hotel definately needs updating - new doors, new windows are a must. Curtains in the room would be great. Was like noon at 6:30 a.m. The caulk around the tub was cracked and their were ants going in and out of the crack. The tub was a wonderful big jacuzzi tub BUT there was no drain stopper and no switch to turn it on (that we could find, we did not ask). Bottom line - Great Ambience, Average Hotel needing renovation. Definately would stop by to say hi to Leeann and Allan if in area again>

I loved that it is an older place on a narrow little street. Alot of history there. Just a very charming little place. Close to the plaza and walkable to restaurants. I just loved most everything about it but was very disappointed in the bed. Very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. We were in room 7 on the ground floor which is the kitchenette. Dont know if all the beds are that bad. I really wanted to give a glowing review because the place is really unique but the bed was a problem.

I loved the owner and his adorable cat friend. He made everyone feel welcome and had plenty of recommendations of what to do and where to eat in the area. His family has a rich legacy in Santa Fe, and he'd be happy to share all the stories with you.

Excellent stay . Walking distance to all the main central bars , restaurants and museums on offer in Santa Fe. Quaint slightly oldie worldly hotel well worth a stay. Alan at the reception was super warm and friendly and also helpful with guidance and tourism advice. I had the pleasure of meeting his wife in the morning and they are collectively the nicest hosts ever. Thanks.

Santa Fe isn’t cheap, but this place was a good value with all positive aspects. Staff was very personable and helpful. Breakfast was top notch. The room was clean and very nice. All rooms are unique and amenities were wonderful. Didn’t cut corners. Would recommend to everyone and would gladly stay there again should I ever return to the area.

LeAnn was such a charming, hospitable host. We were greeted warmly and the experience felt much more like a B&B experience than a traditional hotel stay. We are so glad we found our way to Guadalupe Inn.

Very hard to find the entrance to the hotel. If you are there on Sunday or Monday there are no walkable restaurants. But everything else is fantastic.

Love the place. Quiet and tucked away down a driveway. Allen at the front desk was very helpful and gave us lots of helpful information. Room was decorated in Santa Fe style and had a nice balcony. We will be back!

Beautiful adobe-style buildings. Our room was huge, spotless, beautifully decorated in SW style. Easy parking and check-in. Walked into Plaza area, Loretto Church, museums, etc in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

We’ve stayed here many times before. The location is great, free parking and walkable to the plaza and Railyard shops. The continental breakfast is good - breakfast burritos, Greek yogurt and fruit. The inn keepers are kind and lovely. I would not recommend the honeymoon suite,, room 11. It backs up to street and on Friday the night traffic noise was constant. Also a dog barked quite a bit. The pillows were not good and the bedding felt cheap. There is no shower, only a bathtub. As mentioned, we stayed before in other rooms and rated them higher.

Leanne and Alan were absolutely amazing inn keepers, and the Guadalupe Inn was fabulous. The Inn is very atmospheric with genuine local construction and decoration. Leanne and Alan were incredibly helpful with advice and fascinating conversation. Also the breakfast is like no other continental breakfast - they go way beyond the call. We loved it and will be back.

This property is the perfect vibe for Santa Fe. Tucked away, it is a lovely treasure with great staff. Arriving and checking in with a roaring fire, fresh coffee waiting for me - it felt like home. My room was beautifully quirky, the bathroom tile was everything I hoped for. The dinner recommendation of Tomalito’s was fantastic. Their chili - best ever! Breakfast - homemade breakfast burrito, was amazing! I only wish I could have stayed more than one night. Next time, for sure. 🙏🙏🙏😎

We were only stopping through Santa Fe and what a special treat Guadalupe inn was. The staff were exceptional and the bed and breakfast feel was so charming. The room had everything needed. Complementary water bottles and coffee and the morning breakfast (included) is a must. The breakfast burrito was as good as everyone was saying! Three girls traveling and felt very safe. 10/10 recommend.

This bed and breakfast is walkable to historic sante fe and many sites and restaurants which is great. Because all the rooms are slightly different, your experience could depend on which room you book. We booked room#9 and it wasn’t good. There were multiple flood lights that stayed on all night w no black out curtains and our air conditioning unit wouldn’t stay on. There was a note of the air unit saying not to turn it below 72 but 72 was too hot. We couldn’t really keep the windows open because of the flood lights shining directly in, so sleeping conditions were subpar. One of the beds squeaked with every move. The TV didn’t work and when i mentioned it, the staff said it was an ongoing issue in every room they still hadn’t dealt with…ok. The included breakfast was okay but the coffee was terrible so that downgraded the breakfast experience for us because we had to go out to get good coffee instead. If you’re a serious coffee drinker, you will be in this same quandary. Overall, if you can get a better room and don’t care about good coffee, you could have a good visit here. We enjoyed walking to all the sites and had great weather for our stay.
