Le personnel est très gentil et répond à ttes les interrogations, cependant l’hôtel est mal entretenue, des odeurs insoutenables dans et dehors des chambres un service bar et restauration fermé et délabré. C’est dommage, je compte faire une réclamation.

Personnel peu aimable, j’ai fais une réservation pour deux adultes et un enfant de 10 ans la réservation mentionnait un verre de bienvenue. Personne ne nous a accompagné jusqu’à notre chambre,nous avons trouvé un lit bébé à la place d’un lit enfant nous sommes donc retourné à la réception pour leur demander un changement de lit, ils nous attendaient déjà avec la réservation imprimé en thaïlandais qui soit disant indiquait « bebe » et pas «enfant » nous avons dû rajouté un supplément déjà payé dans la réservation. Nous n’avons jamais eu de verre de bienvenue. Fuyez leur service de taxi, c’est un vieux pick UP non sécuritaire qui va vous prendre en charge(quand vous n’avez pas à l’attendre 40mînutes) vous en trouverez de bien meilleur pour le même prix à la jetée. Ne comptez pas sur la restauration 24/24, nous sommes arrivé à 15h30 et avons dû retourner à la jetée à notre arrivée car pas de restaurant ouvert avant 16h30 .. l’hôtel est vieillissant et entretenu au minimum pour le prix je ne m’attendais pas à mieux cependant et je reconnais que la literie était très bien.

Look elsewhere. Very basic and old rooms. Windows always open in bathroom with netting to stop you closing them. Although small rips in them so insects can still get in. Half the time you go into the bathroom it has an awful smell coming in from outside. Ants a problem in the room which hotel must be aware of as there is ant killer in the room. Had to use a lot of it as there were frequently ants all over the wall and bathroom sink. Staff were the best thing about the place, very helpful with check in/out and organising taxis & shuttles whenever needed.
