Location was good. Long walk to French Quarter was doable. Fresh market across the street was excellent. Very large buffet selection. the parking was OK. I parked in front upon arrival and never moved the car. Took Lyfts everywhere. The garden is very nice and there are several sitting areas, one for each room. You have to be a tad careful since there are steps and twists and turns which can be slippery when wet. The room was very nice with a quirky, eclectic vibe. And, there were 4 USB-A ports built into outlets so device charging was very easy. I had no interaction with the hosts but the system of keypads for the front gate and room worked flawlessly. I would stay there again.
