San Agustin Paracas

The amenities of the hotel were not good. The pool was always consumed with birds and the food wasn’t good.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. Loved the pool! The breakfast buffet was very good.

People were sleeping in the fitness room. The stuff were not the nicest. It was difficult to communicate with the staff. The pool was not clean.

The staff is great but there is nothing to do there besides laying on the lounges in front of a small swimming pool (looks bigger on the pictures). The amenities are in bad condition, the pool table is useless, pool sticks don’t have the tip, they are chopped. Gym very, VERY basic, overall the property is outdated and there is dust in the lobby.

Habitación cómoda, buena vista. Servicio deficiente. Una hora y media después de la hora del check in la habitación no estaba lista. No dejaron toallas de baño, tuvimos que reclamar. Las toallas de mano que dejaron, impresentables. Tuvimos que reclamar y demoraron en traer las toallas de baño. El segundo día retiraron las toallas de la habitación de mis hijos y demoraron mas de una hora para reponerlas. A las cinco de la tarde del segundo día no habían realizado la limpieza pese a que ya habían limpiado la de mis hijos y habíamos dejado el cartel colgado para la limpieza respectiva. Falta de cuidado en la piscina y mesas en terraza. Las aves bajaban a piscina, describirlo es bastante desagradable por lo que hacían y en las mesas de la terraza conían restos de platos no retirados. La comida en general bien. Servicio de comedor regular. Necesitan una persona que comande el servicio y esté atento a los detalles, reposición, disponibilidad de menaje y accesorios para servicio. Lejos de expectativas que teníamos. Más detalles que pueden parecer nímeos, pero tuvimos que reclamar por temperatura del agua caliente, amenities. La persona que hizo la limpieza el segundo día dejó el ventilador encendido y no se podía apagar porque rompió la pita con que se controlaba el encendido. El personal de mantenimiento muy dispuesto y rápido, solucionó el problema. Lamentablemente mas allá de las habitaciones y el entorno, pareciera que estan dispuestos a brindar sólo el servicio que pueden.

Hotel muito grande e confortável mas sem charme. A praia em frente é feia e com lixo. Quarto espaço mas sem privacidade na varanda. Cafe da manha bom.

Wonderfull hôtel to enjoy the pool and the restaurant It is close to the city you can walk easily and it is just in front of the terminal bus. The pool is Wonderfull

Unfortunately very few staff speak English especially at front desk. There was no direction as to how to get your room cleaned. Housekeeping does not have a key therefore our room was not cleaned. We had to ask for water in the room which is a must as you do not drink from the tap. The pool was long but the birds like to swim in it so I do t trust the cleanliness. The view was pretty but there are no chairs on the beach which is on the shores of a marina . Overall I would not stay again. I thank management for trying to rectify our concerns on the last day

Beperkt ontbijtbuffet in verhouding met de prijs. Zwembad is top, wordt elke ochtend volledig schoongemaakt. In de zee kun je eigenlijk niet zwemmen, veel krabben en rotzooi.

We were 5 and when we arrive the hotel they said they don’t have any room available. When we showed our booking they said they have only one room the something on system is wrong, they expect us to leave but we explained we already planed our holiday so they wanted to check again. After they showed us a room which was not suitable for three people. Then we asked them to cancel our booking then suddenly rooms appeared. The made us wait more then one hour in reception. The rooms was not clean or comfortable. There were not towels in the room we had to ask for them but they just bring two we had to ask again. It was like a joke.

Los empleados del hotel cumplen con todos los protocolos de seguridad y los ambientes se encuentran limpios. No hay mucha gente por lo que nos entregaron la habitacion antes. El restaurant es bueno y atiende rapido. Como sugerencia me gustaria añadir que denen renovar ciertos articulos como picaportes, caños, ducha debido a que se ven desgastados por los años de uso e incluso algunos con oxido

This hotel was located beautifully on the shoreline in Paracas, and was a short 5-10 mins walk into the town centre. The rooms were spacious and clean and modern. My only small gripe was the water was only lukewarm in the morning which at 6am was not great.

Muy bueno el hotel y el servicio. Falta mayor cuidado y limpieza de la playa

El hotel es excesivamente caro para los servicios que ofrece en invierno. Hacía frío y la habitación no tenía calefacción, y una única manta que no cubría toda la cama. Los enchufes necesitan una renovación, ya que se desenchufaban los cargadores.

La atención tan amable de el personal. La ubicavión fantástica! Solo el aire acondicionado de mi cuarto, no enfriaba, pero lo demas super bien.

This property could really be a gem. The water view is wonderful. The room itself has zero charm. Oddly enough, the staff at the front desk feels the exact same way. Not rude. Not overly pleasant, but disconnected. It feels sterile like being in a very nice hospital room. All it needs is someone with an eye for design to make it feel warm and welcoming.

El ventilador no está operativo, El frío bar no funciona, El aire acondicionado es muy antiguo y genera mucho ruido! Se demoran mucho en recepción para atender al huésped..

Pésimo servicio! La habitación que me dieron no tenía toallas y cuál do las pedí me dijeron que más tarde me las traerían… pasaron más de dos horas y nunca las trajeron.

El personal de admision no se mostro amable, es mas hacian tanto chek-in como chek-out una sola fila , no respetaban el orden de llegada. Les falta capacitacion en mejorar la atencion al publico.

The breakfast quality was poor, and cool, when arrived no towels in the room I requested they take so long for delivery, next day same no towels and delayed a lot x delivery, The welcome drink to very smaller glasses , they question about 20% food discounts, we decided go to street to eat.

Nos fue todo bien, todo bonito y tranquilo, muy accesible a la parte turística, a pie o en auto.

Great property for a family holiday, children’s pool, beach, many food options nearby, play areas, games room, and rooms overlooking the sea.

La ubicación es privilegiada, el personal excelente, muy buena comida.

Es un hotel bueno solo que el menú de comida no es muy variado

Los empleados del hotel cumplen con todos los protocolos de seguridad y los ambientes se encuentran limpios. No hay mucha gente por lo que nos entregaron la habitacion antes. El restaurant es bueno y atiende rapido. El lugar cómodo, las habitaciones cómodas, el servicio, bueno, la comida mmm el buffet de desayuno bueno aunque el ultimo día no se si los chicharrones eran de pollo o pescado, sabían a pollo pero olían a pescado, para el almuerzo / cena la comida no es su fuerte, caro y nada de otro mundo, carta limitada. Una descoordinación que pudo convertirse en un problema, me quisieron volver a cobrar el impuesto, este ya lo había pagado cuando me registre, finalmente validaron que así fue.
