Location was excellent. Very clean room and great staff. Breakfast was substantial with many hot dishes you would expect to find in a restaurant for lunch or dinner. Given the choice, we would have preferred a simpler breakfast option of cereal and orange juice. A short train or taxi ride would take you to the Taipei City Mall. It is huge, All underground and complete with a high end department store spread over 2 floors. The food hall is incredible with excellent choices and very reasonable prices. You could easily spend a day underground!

The hotel and staff were great. Amenities like laundry, water, snacks, and nespresso in the room were much appreciated. The water pressure is amazing. The location is super convenient and easy to get to places on the MRT.
