Hotels com Arrived around midnight from my flight. Hotel rooms Smelled like mildew/mold which is a health hazard to respiratory. I was extremely tired and wanted to sleep. I requested a refund. The front desk clerk said she would cancel my reservation, and apologized for inconvenience. I had to sleep in car for the night as the time was very late and I was very tired. When I reviewed my credit card history a week later the charges were reflected. Hotel lied and didn't cancel. They also did not refund my money. When discussing with hotels. Com they did not get my refund either and just provide 100 key cash which is not an acceptable resolution for me. This Swiss hotel is a fraud do not go there your health will be jeopardized. I will be following up using other security options.

Clean rooms and over all not a place for anyhow people.
