Hotel Bayer's

The hotel is old. They don’t have air conditioning for cooling in April, only heat coming as the staff said it’s in winter mode. The room is dark and the light in toilet was flashing the whole time. Asked for fixing for 2 times and didn’t get fixed at the end.

Friendly staff, room was clean, conveniently located close to central rail Station and center of Munich.

Our room was clean, but we didn’t have hot water for a couple of days which was remedied as quickly as was possible. The manager approved a partial refund because of the hot water issue. Every one of the staff members was friendly and extremely helpful. One item that should be looked at is the floor of the shower, as it is very slippery. Very nice hotel that is really convenient to the Main Train Station, shopping & dining. Would definitely recommend for short term stays.

Room was great

We loved our stay at Bayer's. Where we originally were booked there was a mix up but they quickly resolved , they moved us to the Bayer's Boarding House property to a beautiful apartment. It was in a very good location , plenty of restaurants, the central train station was less the a 5 minute walk, had a small grocery store a five minute walk. We were about 10 minute walk to Karlplatz, and Marrianplatz was another 15 minute walk from there. Most tours pick up at Karlplatz. The service from the front desk to those who cleaned our room was also 5 stars. I would definitely recommend Bayer's Board House as a wonderful place to stay at. A++++++
