The hotel is in a great location, clean, and has a pleasant atmosphere. Check-in was smooth, but we had an issue with the room we had booked—not available on the first night. Thankfully, Vano at the reception was very helpful and made sure we got our proper room the next day. Despite the initial inconvenience, the staff were generally friendly and accommodating. Thanks to Vano’s support, our stay ended on a positive note. Would recommend.

Great experience overall. Good location, excellent value for the money and new rooms. Service was very good and we really liked the breakfast. Only small negative was that you could hear noise from the street couple times. Even then the noises didn't disturb us at all. 5/5 stay, will come again to this hotel if we come back to Tbilisi.

Excellent séjour. Bonne position proche de tout mais au calme. Ne convient cependant pas à des personnes à mobilité réduite. Les escaliers sont raides et étroits. Très peu commodes. Petit déjeuner correct
