Undercover parking. Microwave and proper kichen sink quiet and clean

The plumbing was leaking and toilet waste water was running across the car park. We had a toyota Kluger and the carpark spaces are so narrow the vehicle wouldn't fit, I managed to get it into a park but had to slide across and get out the left side. The building in general was old and getting luggage up the narrow staircase was difficult...

Location…..easy access to ….. tram to city; beach and walking tracks shopping precinct; routes out of area; Restaurants. Stairwell area needed a good clean

Great location, excellent buffet or a la carte dining, variety of bars and sports bar

Its a shame about the stairs but otherwise perfect location for a weekend away in glenelg

Nice hotel, many choices of eatery’s, comfy room, car park is free but limited at times, stairs only to rooms and could do with a freshen up, overall a great place to stay 👍

The staff was friendly and helpful. My two issues with this property are the very thin walls between the rooms and the fact that the rooms face the back of the pub. You can hear people having conversations in the rooms next to you and the view outside the room is the back of a pub (minor issue). The general location in Glenelg is good. Free/easy parking was also good.

Our 2 night stay here was great, staff very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Undercover parking. Our room was very spacious and clean. The rooms are older but are very comfortable with everything in it you need… we will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.!

The location and the room itself were good. I didn’t expect, though, to have to get myself and my luggage to the room via 2 flights of stairs. The room itself was spacious and clean. There was a step up into the bathroom but it was well signed with a warning to watch for the step. There were no tissues in the room, a bit unusual these days.The bed was comfortable although a little soft. I appreciated the extra blanket made available as well as the heating system which worked well. Overall a pleasant stay.

Nice clean rooms

Great location, comfy beds and shower pressure good but the unit needed a good clean. There were cobwebs hanging from the bedroom ceiling, the bathroom vent was in need of a clean and the dust on the touch lamps and in the windowsills was thick. Our beds weren’t made up during service which was disappointing to come back to.

It was the dirtiest motel i have ever stayed in, got the cleaner back but was pointless. Soap scum and black mould in the shower, pubes on the toilet. Benches not wiped down still food crumbs on bench lounge and floors. Dirty fridge and still had other peoples freezer blocks still in there. The quilt on master bed was stain and dirty. No broom or dust pan to help clean. Floors where not mopped and the grout was filthy. No table or chairs for accommodating upto 6 people. Up side had 18 dinner plates. Down side 2 bowls. Nothing cleaned under or moved. No pride in the presentation of the cuboards or condiments. Beds where presented ok. Will never stay again or return for meals, after the leftover food sits outside for at least 2 days. Chicken bone on the ground near room left there for 4 nights we stayed. Would never have stayed the 4 nights if we could have got other accommodation but being show week had no hope. Very disappointing, but had the potential.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom room. On check-in we found the room hadn't been cleaned but the staff very helpful and gave us a temporary room as we had a baby due for sleep. The room was cleaned and ready for us shortly after.

Great location & nice clean & comfy room. When my room was serviced I received new towels but sheets not changed - doona just pulled up & pillows positioned. Floor not vacuumed despite some accidental food droppings.

My Husband and I were very pleased with all that was provided, only one thing was a little upsetting and that was a dirty TOWEL left hanging behind the Bathroom door.However we have told family and friends that we enjoyed our overnight stay and we will be staying there in our future trips to Adelaide

Shower great. Bed great. Location great. No tissues. Loud cars in the driveway below us at night.

Staff pleasant, room comfortable and spacious enough. Bathroom although a little on the small size was adequate. The down part was the outside traffic noise, which lasted till midnight each night. Also if in room at top of step, noisy of night when people come back to their rooms and are talking on their way, as door doesn't seal completely to floor and can hear everything.

Quiet, clean, very comfortable bed.

Comfortable & practical but it was pretty noisy being that the entire front of the apartment is glass and right on the driveway/car park. Sound proof glass would be a huge improvement. Everything else was fine though.

Property is in an awesome spot, staff were really friendly. An updated mattress on the bed would have made it perfect. Either way, great value for money

Bed was comfortable, BUT don’t forget your own pillow unless you like sleeping on rocks! Parking was atrocious (narrow) for a 4wd, but I guess that’s city parking anyway. Getting into the bathroom was a trip hazzard as it’s raised up. Didn’t sit on the lounge as it was badly stained so not sure if clean or not - but given that the rest of the room was immaculate, I’d say it was just stained! It was surprisingly quiet given that it’s next to the hotel. For what you pay - it’s good value, just not worth 5 stars due to the little things - but everything was work around 👍

The property was well presented from front to back. The room was also enjoyable and presented extremely well. We were disappointed at being sent away as a result of arriving 30 minutes early. The staff member advised it is strictly 2pm check in and there was nothing that could be done about this. As someone who travels every month for work and regularly for personal reasons this is not something I have encountered before.

Property and staff were great. Unfortunately clientele were rather average and security apprehensive to assist when needed.

Comfortable stay. The main living area tv wasn’t working, did ask assistance from the reception staff but no help was given. Hand towel for the dishes could used been handy . Otherwise a comfortable stay.

Very comfortable 3 bedroom stay with my family. Close to Jetty Road and tram. Good facilities and easy check in.

Location was perfect

Meals in the Bistro

We found the stairs up to the rooms were dirty and needed pressure cleaning. Paint was hanging down from the eaves. (See photo ). When my wife went to have a shower the tap handle’s dropped of onto her feet and left the spindles exposed, upon our departure I spoke to the cleaner about the problem and he informed me that they are always having trouble with the tap handles coming off and he didn’t know why they don’t replace the taps. We were surprised to find when we arrived that we were not able to place a breakfast order as the don’t do breakfast. Found that astounding. Where the s bend of toilet meets the floor collar the was dirt as per attached photo. The bottom seal on shower door is loose from the bottom of the door as per photo. We were going to order dinner from the restaurant but found there was only one chair in roo to use at table. So we decided to visit the International buffet. The food was well presented but the batter on the salt and pepper squid was like rock and when able to get through it the squid was powdery. The other items suffered similarly eg prawn spring rolls were like rolled up cardboard to cut into, could mention more but suffice is to say we were not impressed at $42.95 per head. We went down around 6.15 as we thought that the food would have been served around that time but I think the food we were offered had been served for quite sometime. In the morning at 7.00am we were awakened to the sounds of a construction site behind or room. Not imp
