El hotel y sus jardines son impresionantes pero es un poco alejado y hay que tomar muchas subidas y bajadas de escaleras deberian ofrecer algun carrito que salga cada media hora o 1 hora que te transporte a la plaza

La propiedad es hermosa sus alrededores espectacular peto el estacionamiento es lijisimo y solo te llevan las maletas para llegar alli hay que subir un tramo y otro de bajar para un total de 187 escalones. De noche en el lugar no hay mucha opción para cenar. Aunque es un lugar magico ese detalle lo deben resolver.

I recently stayed at Villa Cimbrone for three nights, and unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the expectations set by the hotel's price point. While the hotel grounds and the town are undeniably beautiful, several issues significantly impacted our stay. Despite the delicious breakfast, the overall service was poor. The pool service was particularly disappointing—no one offered us water, food, or towels, and we had to get everything ourselves. The rooms were outdated, and our bathroom flooded, which added to the inconvenience. The baggage cart to get up to the hotel was 40 minutes late, and no one was answering the phone. When we finally arrived, the staff claimed the phones were working fine and even asked us to check our phones. We also requested a third bed since we were three people, and it was incredibly uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on a wooden plank and resulted in the worst three nights of sleep I've ever had. Additionally, there was no coffee machine in the room, which is surprising for a hotel of this supposed standard. We had to call room service because there was no water in the room, and instead of promptly rectifying the situation, they asked if we had already checked the minibar. The luggage service is unreliable and can significantly delay your plans. I've heard of people missing their flights due to this issue, and there's an extra charge if you need to leave before 7 a.m. At the end of the day, the villa is beautiful, and you can go there f

Extremely beautiful hotel with a great restaurant, loved Ravello and so nice to come back at this beautiful hotel with its stunning surroundings after a busy day of visiting all those touristic villages. We rented our own car which parking was perfectly organized by the hotel including shuttle bus.

The garden was lovely. Breakfast on the terrace was gorgeous because of the view. Garden view Room was only okay. It was small, had one draped window, old furniture. Bed was comfortable. Dinner at Flauto di Pan was tasty but lasted too Long for us.

The view from our room (we had the Greta Garbo) was magnificent, however for €2500 a night, you’d expect the toilet seat to be working and sufficient blinds/curtains to block out light from the window right next to the bed at the very least? Apart from the loud music till midnight due to weddings (I’ve been told there is a wedding every day this week), it is absurd that while using the hotel’s pool facilities, we have constantly been asked by wedding photographers to move so they can get the ‘perfect shot’. Call me old-fashioned but I believe that hotel guests should always be prioritised and not be disturbed in this instance - sadly, hotel staff seem to give precedence to wedding guests etc over hotel guests. I’ve never written a bad review on a luxury hotel but this place has really left a bad taste in my mouth.

The pool service was particularly disappointing—no one offered us water, food, or towels, and we had to get everything ourselves. The rooms were outdated, and our bathroom flooded, which added to the inconvenience. The baggage cart to get up to the hotel was 40 minutes late, and no one was answering the phone. When we finally arrived, the staff claimed the phones were working fine and even asked us to check our phones. De noche en el lugar no hay mucha opción para cenar. Aunque es un lugar magico ese detalle lo deben resolver.

The most magical place to stay! The Villa and staff are amazing! The massive grounds/gardens are incredible. You must walk 10-15 minutes from the “meeting spot” in the center of town to get to the property so it’s not recommended for anyone who doesn’t want to walk. However, so worth it! We will be back! Ravello is a gem of a town! Pure magic!

The garden was lovely. Breakfast on the terrace was gorgeous because of the view. Garden view Room was only okay. It was small, had one draped window, old furniture. Bed was comfortable. Dinner at Flauto di Pan was tasty but lasted too Long for us.

I booked this hotel for two nights for my stepfather and mother’s holiday in Italy as a surprise. My stepfather was turning 90 so it was a big deal but he has some mobility issues. I emailed ahead to confirm there would be support available for him going to and from the hotel and the parking . I was told there was a service which could transport my stepfather through the town. However, when they arrived, they were told there was no service . No other support at all was offered to them when they arrived or departed despite asking . The general service overall was also described as dismissive and or absent throughout their stay , and certainly not what would be expected for a five star hotel paying thousands of dollars per night. Probably one of the most disappointing five star hotel experiences ever, Especially given it was booked for a special occasion which the hotel were also well aware of as they were emailed ahead of time. A total disgrace in the way that they treated a very elderly guest and his wife. My stepfather is a Professor and my mother is a doctor who have spent their lives contributing to their communities and two others . They have travelled throughout the world and Italy in their retirement and never had such a poor experience. Do not stay here or support this business ! This is not a family run business with family values as they purport to be . Highly NOT recommended.

Wonderful stay/worth the splurge. Gardens and views gorgeous. Room with a sea view great. Peaceful and luxurious. You do have to walk from the center -about 10 minutes with some steps/slope from the center but it’s worth it.
