Great location and very convenient to walk everywhere. With a limited amount of rooms it makes for a nice and quiet atmosphere that doesn’t feel too crowded. Great facilities for the place such as a pool, places to relax in the sun and a strong variety of breakfast options. Above all, the level of service was 5 star, from the moment of check in through to leaving the staff were attentive, personal and always willing to help with anything you needed. They also gave great suggestions for places to visit, eat, drink, etc. Would definitely recommend this place.

Villa Allure was a very beautiful place to stay. I really like the bed, it was very romantic. another thing I enjoyed very much , was having a living room, it was right on . It was like 15 or 20 minutes away from the walls of Dubrovnik. The owner was great too. The only thing it was not parking, but wasn’t a deal breaker. We parked a bit far from the hotel and we left it in that parking lot for 5 days. If you want to see the old city you need to walk anyway, no need for a car . Only taxis are aloud to park around the city walls . Thank you so much for everything .

Villa Allure was a great place to stay in Dubrovnik. It’s just 200 meters from Banje Beach (I counted the steps) and another couple of hundred meters to the old city area. Some rooms have great views of the old city. The rooms are very nicely done — the photos of the property truly reflect its condition. The breakfast area is very nice, the pool area is small but also very nice. (While I did see people sitting by the pool, I’m not sure why anyone would want to do that with the beach and the old city so close!) It is not a place to go with a car! They arranged excellent transportation to the airport, at less than the standard taxi fares. If I go back to Dubrovnik, I would definitely want to stay at Villa Allure again.

Overall, it is a nice hotel. The swimming pool is a plus. Walking distance to nice restaurants, beach and Old Town. The only problem if I have to say is there is no parking if you drive your own car.

Nice hotel but not worth the price. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a limited selection, hot food was cooked to order but everything was mediocre quality. Good location, walkable to the old town, but lots of noise from the road. Pool area was small but not busy.

Villa Allure was a perfect stay. Walking few steps to beach and old town entrance. Maria the Manager did fantastic job at this boutique hotel of 10 rooms. Includes full a la cart fresh breakfast. Has small pool and sauna. Again Perfect Stay and highly recommend. We had pool view and room was Quiet.

We had a great 3 night stay right outside old town Dubrovnik at Villa Allure. The room was clean and spacious and the sun beds and pool area were a great extra touch! Maria, our host, was excellent. She was helpful and polite and made sure we were well taken care of! Breakfast every morning was made fresh along with continental style breakfast as well. Our room was made up daily while we were at breakfast that made our stay feel very clean and organized. This is a great location, walking distance to old town and Banje Beach.

the place is very convenient walking to old town Dubrovnik. It is directly on the main street into town, so you have to be careful stepping out onto the street. The windows are good, so much of the road noise is suppressed. Our Superior Double room was extremely small, too small to be able to get in and out of our bags, and it was also quite dim in the room. I saw the picture with the ocean view and two windows - that isnt what we had. The bathroom was also very small and awkard. Both our room and the common areas we very clean. Breakfast was the usual continental items plus eggs or pancakes made to order. Marije was helpful with our bags and was very accommodating of our early departure flight with baggage help and a to-go breakfast.

Mariana was the manager on site and she is amazing to deal with. She reached out to us a few ours earlier to inform us that our room was ready earlier and provided exact detail instructions on how to locate the apartment. We had the 1 bedroom deluxe with king bed. The room was very cozy and clean. Bathroom was a good size but showering can be a challenge as the tub is small. The bed itself was amazing. This was part of a 1 month trip and so far this bed was the best one…seemed bigger than a usual king size. Didn’t use the pool but you have 24 hr access as well as free water which comes in handy. They are super fast in cleaning your room and overall amazing service….free breakfast was a nice bonus every morning. Also- less than 10 minute walk to Ploce Gate as well as Banje beach.

Hei, Beliggenheten til hotellet var helt topp. Kort avstand til gamlebyen. Klassisk stein bygning med store flotte vinduer. Maria var nydelig, hjelpsom ,serviceinnstilt og tok oss i mot i det vi kom inn døra. Rommet ble daglig rengjort. Det som trekker ned det hele var utsikten OG frokosten. Vi hadde Rector Palace rommet og det sto at rommet hadde byutsikt. Man måtte lene seg godt ut av vinduet for å få et glimt av byutsikten. Det var ellers utsikt over et hotelbygg rett over gaten. Skal du nyte basseng og solsengen så har du heller ikke god utsikt. Hotellet over gaten ødelegger dessverre mye av utsikten. Frokosten kan ikke beskrives på annen måte enn elendig. Vi valgte å ikke spise frokost 2 siste dagene av total 3 dager. Tykke skiver gulost,noen skiver gammelt kjøttpålegg som så lite fristende ut og ferdigskåret gammelt brød og billig juice var det man kunn se på bordet.. Gjester kunne bestille egg og det var det hele. Dette overnattingstedet er ikke en 4 stjerners hotell. Jeg ville gitt det en svak 3 stjerner. Vi betalte forøvrig 950 euro for 3 netter.

Great location just outside Old Town where you can easily get picked up and dropped off (unlike in Old Town where you carry/wheel your luggage on your own). Easy walk into Old Town. Near Bonje Beach. Clean. Quiet. Maria helps with everything!

Stayed in Villa Allure late July and it was a great choice of accommodation. It’s an upscale townhouse style villa, which has everything you need (great rooms, air con, breakfast included, terrace and pool, gym etc). It’s quite small so feels peaceful and away from the busy Old town but is only a 5-10 minute walk to Banje Beach and Ploce gate so ideal. Marija who manages the property was so professional and kind. We checked out at 9am but had a day out before our evening flight, and it was no trouble to come back and use showers etc. Fantastic place for a fantastic holiday.

Maria at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful room and setting. Ten minute walk to old the town gate, the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. Would stay there again.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room had the most beautiful view of the old town and of Lokrum island (premium room with views of the old town). It was a very cute little hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good but could maybe have had a bit more of a selection, other than that I've got nothing negative to say. Would stay here again.

The room was very cozy and clean. Bathroom was a good size but showering can be a challenge as the tub is small. The bed itself was amazing. This was part of a 1 month trip and so far this bed was the best one…seemed bigger than a usual king size. Didn’t use the pool but you have 24 hr access as well as free water which comes in handy. They are super fast in cleaning your room and overall amazing service….free breakfast was a nice bonus every morning. Also- less than 10 minute walk to Ploce Gate as well as Banje beach.
Mariana was the manager on site and she is amazing to deal with. She reached out to us a few ours earlier to inform us that our room was ready earlier and provided exact detail instructions on how to locate the apartment. We had the 1 bedroom deluxe with king bed. We had a great 3 night stay right outside old town Dubrovnik at Villa Allure. The room was clean and spacious and the sun beds and pool area were a great extra touch! Maria, our host, was excellent. She was helpful and polite and made sure we were well taken care of! Breakfast every morning was made fresh along with continental style breakfast as well. Our room was made up daily while we were at breakfast that made our stay feel very clean and organized. This is a great location, walking distance to old town and Banje Beach.

Great location- 5 min walk to polce gate, and near Banje beach. View from our room (Lokrum) was of the old town and also Lokrum Island although partially obscured by hotel opposite. Hotel was clean, lovely boutique hotel. Maria was an amazing host, very helpful and accommodating, helped with restaurant reservations and advice Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Great location and very convenient to walk everywhere. With a limited amount of rooms it makes for a nice and quiet atmosphere that doesn’t feel too crowded. Great facilities for the place such as a pool, places to relax in the sun and a strong variety of breakfast options. Above all, the level of service was 5 star, from the moment of check in through to leaving the staff were attentive, personal and always willing to help with anything you needed. They also gave great suggestions for places to visit, eat, drink, etc. Would definitely recommend this place.

The staff at Villa de Allure make you feel very welcome. Carried my suitcase up the stairs for me. She made our our special coffees for us each morning at no additional charge. Buffet breakfast was nice. Close to Banje beach, old town, walking distance to cable car. Room was cozy and would highly recommend.

Villa Allure is a lovely, well managed hotel in a superb location, only 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the old town. Being a small hotel, it has a much more intimate, homely and friendly atmosphere than the bigger, more impersonal hotels. Breakfast is very nice indeed, and is served on a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool which itself proved to be a welcome, refreshing bonus. The star of the show in many ways was the manager, Maria, who ran everything impeccably, and always seemed to be available if we needed anything. Maria was lovely, friendly, helpful and efficient; she arranged transfers for us, stored our cases after we had checked out (we had an early evening flight home), allowed us to use the pool while we waited for our transfer, and even arranged a room for us to have a shower and get changed afterwards, at no cost. All part of the service!

This place was amazing! The staff was fantastic, very friendly, and helpful. The location is in a prime spot and was only a five minute walk to old town and even less time to the closest beach area. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while on holiday.

the place is very convenient walking to old town Dubrovnik. It is directly on the main street into town, so you have to be careful stepping out onto the street. The windows are good, so much of the road noise is suppressed. Our Superior Double room was extremely small, too small to be able to get in and out of our bags, and it was also quite dim in the room. I saw the picture with the ocean view and two windows - that isnt what we had. The bathroom was also very small and awkard. Both our room and the common areas we very clean. Breakfast was the usual continental items plus eggs or pancakes made to order. Marije was helpful with our bags and was very accommodating of our early departure flight with baggage help and a to-go breakfast.

Beautiful stone built property with character and lovely quality furniture and fittings. Good attention to detail with the decor and room amenities. Staff were helpful and we got our room earlier than planned which was a bonus. We had the largest room available with a public terrace which was fine except one night a couple sat there drinking and talking very loud - they quieted down on request. The property is a 5 minute walk to the local beach and supermarket plus a 10 minute walk to the old town with a vast array of restaurants and things to see and do. A 15 minute walk to the cable car ride and a 20 min walk to the start of the Mount SRD trail. The only downside for us was the breakfast. No options other than toast and jam as I am a vegan and the fruit was over ripe. My husband eats most things and he wasn’t keen on the quality either. Having said that I would definitely recommend this property as everything else was superb and the prices were the cheapest around. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues or a pram due to the stairs and the property is located on a main road with no pavement.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room had the most beautiful view of the old town and of Lokrum island (premium room with views of the old town). It was a very cute little hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good but could maybe have had a bit more of a selection, other than that I've got nothing negative to say. Maria was lovely and very helpful. Lucy and the other lady was great and nothing was too much trouble for them. Bless them, they even help me with my big suitcase up the stairs. Room was big and spacious. It was so nearby to Banje beach and the old town. Breakfast was basic but it was nice to have the option. After a long day of walking and touring around the town, it’s nice to come back to a cosy swimming pool to chill and water in fridge 24/7. The entrance of the building is on a busy road, but the location is ideal as you are near by to everything. The only property I know that had least stairs to fight with. Thank you for great stay.

Hei, Beliggenheten til hotellet var helt topp. Kort avstand til gamlebyen. Klassisk stein bygning med store flotte vinduer. Maria var nydelig, hjelpsom ,serviceinnstilt og tok oss i mot i det vi kom inn døra. Rommet ble daglig rengjort. Det som trekker ned det hele var utsikten OG frokosten. Vi hadde Rector Palace rommet og det sto at rommet hadde byutsikt. Man måtte lene seg godt ut av vinduet for å få et glimt av byutsikten. Det var ellers utsikt over et hotelbygg rett over gaten. Skal du nyte basseng og solsengen så har du heller ikke god utsikt. Hotellet over gaten ødelegger dessverre mye av utsikten. Frokosten kan ikke beskrives på annen måte enn elendig. Vi valgte å ikke spise frokost 2 siste dagene av total 3 dager. Tykke skiver gulost,noen skiver gammelt kjøttpålegg som så lite fristende ut og ferdigskåret gammelt brød og billig juice var det man kunn se på bordet.. Gjester kunne bestille egg og det var det hele. Dette overnattingstedet er ikke en 4 stjerners hotell. Jeg ville gitt det en svak 3 stjerner. Vi betalte forøvrig 950 euro for 3 netter.

Villa Allure was a perfect stay. Walking few steps to beach and old town entrance. Maria the Manager did fantastic job at this boutique hotel of 10 rooms. Includes full a la cart fresh breakfast. Has small pool and sauna. Again Perfect Stay and highly recommend. We had pool view and room was Quiet.

This was 1 of 6 accommodations we stayed at during our recent trip and the one we were most excited about. Had we been in one of the larger rooms with a view as shown on the hotels.com site (we booked a superior double room), I think we would have had a much better experience. Instead, we were in a weird, tiny room that seemed to be an add-on in the basement. My husband cracked his head on the ceiling each time we entered or exited our room. I couldn't reach any of the towels as they were on a very high shelf above the toilet. The nozzle on the shower sprayed in a way that was painful. We had to turn the water on at the lowest setting and pressure and it still hurt to use. There were only two pillows and no extras in the room as an option. There were little ants crawling throughout our room and by the time we checked out, they were in all of our luggage and clothing. Housekeeping entered our room despite us having the do not disturb sign on the door. It was inconvenient to carry a physical key for our room plus a key card to enter the property. We saw a sauna and fitness center in the pictures but were not shown where those amenities were and did not locate them during our stay. I will say that Marija was really nice and the location was fantastic. It was a short walk to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was adequate. The pool was nice on the hot days, but very small. I wish I had more to rave about as I really wanted to like it, but this stay was very disappointing.
