Boracay Uptown

Unfortunately got given maybe the worst room in the hotel. In a wifi dead zone with constant drops and below 0.5mbps. The staff were cool and changed my room after I complained the 3rd time and requested a room change. The window attached ac in the first room was also incredibly loud, like diesel engine loud. The difference between the two rooms was night and day. However, the outside amenities were awesome. Spent heaps of time in the two pools.

Sunglasses went missing from room, water pressure was terrible , main staff wanted more money for kids at checkin, free bottles of water never given daily and had to constantly call for them to give us water, room wasnt cleaned , location is fantastic .

Great staff, great views.

Room was badly in need of updating,,, smooth ceramic tile everywhere so floors and shower where a hazard,,, several floor level changes of a inch or two with no rounded top edge or bevel ( took several toe beating to get memory imbedded),, thought I lost key in pool, said there was no replacement and a 300 peso charge,,, was told they would delete lost key access since it had a room number,,, found key next day and access was never stopped,,,
