El hotel está muy agradable y cómodo, no pudimos tomar el desayuno porque salíamos de tour muy temprano. Bien ubicado para poder salir a caminar por el centro, ir al muelle, parque Santander. En cuanto al servicio, la chica de recepción fue amable, pero no sabía nada! No encontraban nuestra reservación, le mostré correo de confirmación, la app, todo y estuvo revisando por teléfono con alguien (me imagino que su jefa), tardamos más de 30 min en que finalmente nos dieran la habitación. Le preguntamos algunas dudas para que nos diera tips o referencias y de verdad no fue nada útil, ofrecen tours y no sabe explicar nada, obviamente nos fuimos a otro lado a averiguar.

I travel to Leticia every two to three months, I am not a tourist. I think this place takes it for granted that tourists will want to stay in an eco friendly place. But there is a big difference between eco friendly and good maintenance. There are cockroaches in the bathroom. In the middle of the night the water turned off and I couldn’t flush the toilet. Disgusting. In the morning when the water came back on and it still wouldn’t flush I opened the tank and there were two disgusting bottles of food there in the water. All the towels are worn, the shower is unpleasant. The windows don’t fully close so when the air conditioner is running the cool air will escape - not eco friendly. The handle on my door was so loose that I was locked out at one point. The staff seems bothered by everything you ask and the breakfast hours are unreasonable- the cook told me only until 8 am. I regret staying here and will not stay again. Giving two stars rather than one because the sheets were clean and fresh, the bed ample and comfortable, and the woman who cleans as well as cooks was trying her very best. I hope this place will make an effort to improve their property because the concept has potential.
