Mes séjours dans vos differentes suites sont toujours très agréables. Je garde mes bons réflexes en faisant appel à vos services. Le seul bémol serait la difficulté à se garer aux alentours, pas toukours évident.

le parking proposé est tres cher 35 euro pour une journée alors qu'il y avait des places réservées au nom de l'hôtel et disponibles devant l'entrée.

Instructions for entry to this private property emailed the day before arrival were wrong. They were missing a code for one door and the code was wrong for the other door. Had to call long distance (CND to France phone line) to get help. Was given a lock box code for a key. Elevator stated 225kg capacity but we got stuck. It was more like 225lb capacity. Courtyard was badly run down. Room was very dusty including the TV, top shelf in the closet and the bedside nook areas. The designer of the room gets 5 stars. The space was beautifully retrofitted to half an old apartment. Not sure why after our check-in mishap that we were not compensated with a free snack or drink (all of which were already in the room). Mi Hotel could have saved themselves from a negative review. Would not recommend.

Check in and paying for hotel was not the easiest. But the property is great and I would highly recommend. I would just say not to rent a car and try to park in the city.

Chambre très bien décorée mais pas très pratique avec de vieilles fenêtres laissant passer l'air froid du dehors. L'immeuble est luis même vieux avec des trousd dans la chaussée à l'entrée de l'immeuble ainsi que des lumières dans l'éscalier qui devraient s'allumer automatiquement mais ne le font pas en venant du haut ce qui est très dangeureux. Le service est problématiqure avec comme seule solution d'appeler le numéro d'urgence et les problèmes ne sont pas traités correctement.

Je réserve régulièrement à cet "hôtel" car c'est pratique pour moi dans le cadre de mes déplacements professionnels... En, revanche, la dernière fois, je n'avais pas de chauffage, obligé de me chauffer avec un radiateur d'appoint qui fait un bruit pas possible m'empêchant de dormir... Cette fois, je suis tombé de l'escalier devant l'entrée de l'immeuble, car comme je l'vais déjà signalé, ce n'est pas éclairé ! Et plus, cette semaine, il y a eu du gel, je suis tombé des 4 marches ! J'y reviens la semaine prochaine...

Great location in Lyon, with many options for dining and the like. Quiet neighborhood but close to main areas. We have mixed reviews about this place. There is no front desk, so all booking information and payment has to be handled via the internet. We had difficulty in verification in paying for the booking. I did speak with a representative and confirmed booking via Mastercard - however they booked using the Visa card which I did not want to do. Also beware that the allowed arrival time was not until 5 pm, which was problematic with no flexibility whatsoever. Cleaning service was provided but never before 4 pm which was also problematic as we went out during the day, and then came back to rest up before dinner. The accommodation is on the American first floor in an old building - there was no light in the stairwell at night. With all of that said, we would consider staying here again.

When we got to the suit, the code they had provided didn’t work so we had to call them and they told us there was a key in a lockbox! Why didn’t the share that info in the first place! The entrance was very dirty! Apparently the person living downstairs was moving out and had all of their things scattered in the hallway. There were no hangers or anything to hang the towels on. No trash can in the bathroom! The toilet and the bathroom sink were on two different sides of the room! There were some insects including spiders in the room.

Bed was great. A few lights didn’t work. The wifi kept kicking me off and I had to enter my info every time I needed it. A ball of hair in the pouch by the sink. The toilet button cracked-very unhygienic.

This is most definitely NOT A HOTEL. It is an Airbnb-style lodging. The entry door was not secure and the central hallway reeked of rotting garbage. The apartment itself was fine - though the dishes were dirty on arrival, and one of the mugs was completely broken. The bed was comfortable, but had ripped/holey linens. It also is not made clear that there are multiple locations, and you're not guaranteed to be located in the same building if booking with others.

Overall, it was a nice room with a great kitchenette and table/chair set up. The bed was big, comfortable and the window shutters kept the room dark, quiet. I was nervous about the reception free check-in process with codes being sent by email before my stay BUT the process worked great and we had no trouble. I was disappointed in only two small areas. The air conditioner did not work. I specifically paid extra for a room with an air conditioner, so I was disappointed. Also, there were not very many towels. I kitchen hand towel as well as a bathroom hand towel for drying off and wiping up would have been appreciated. Overall, still highly satisfied.

The location was clean and secure. The issue we had was with the air conditioner. It clearly states that AC was available but the thermostat would not allow us to turn it on. The thermostat was locked for heat only. We tried to call the customer service number and did not get any help. The temperature rose to 29 Degrees Celsius at night. Very disappointing stay.

This is the coolest hotel I've ever stayed in. We loved it. Huge space w kitchen, in a secure courtyard, near transit and in a very walkable area. Not a typical hotel but several suites in different areas. Cleaning staff were friendly and immediately helpful.

Our American family of four traveled from EuroDisney to Lyon and stayed in the Vertigo Suite at Mihotel and wow, what a gem! The moment we walked in, my kids exclaimed, “This is the best hotel room ever!” My wife was equally amazed and joked that she wanted to come back — but next time, without the kids. The suite is simply breathtaking: nearly 4-meter ceilings, beautiful ornate wall paneling, original hardwood floors, and a one-bedroom layout that feels straight out of Architectural Digest. The master bed and pull-out couch were both very comfortable, the shower pressure was excellent, and the freestanding bathtub was pure luxury. The modern kitchen was stylish, well-equipped, and perfect for a family stay. We’ve stayed in many hotels across Europe, but this one truly stands out for its design, comfort, and atmosphere. Highly, highly recommend Mihotel and the Vertigo Suite!

Tolle Lage und eigentlich ganz chic. Allerdings fehlt die Liebe zum Detail. Teilweise ist es recht staubig. Die Klimaanlage ist zu klein für die Wohnung und das Bad hat keine Vorhänge oder Rolls, obwohl die große Fensterfront nach Süden liegt. In der ganzen Wohnung ist es ziemlich warm - 28 Grad. Für zwei Nächte und 5 Personen gibt es leider nur 4 Nespresso-Pads - keine Küchenhandtücher und auch kein Spülmittel. Da stimmt Anspruch und Wirklichkeit leider nicht… Könnte so viel besser sein

L'immeuble est luis même vieux avec des trousd dans la chaussée à l'entrée de l'immeuble ainsi que des lumières dans l'éscalier qui devraient s'allumer automatiquement mais ne le font pas en venant du haut ce qui est très dangeureux. Le service est problématiqure avec comme seule solution d'appeler le numéro d'urgence et les problèmes ne sont pas traités correctement.

Overall, it was a nice room with a great kitchenette and table/chair set up. The bed was big, comfortable and the window shutters kept the room dark, quiet. I was nervous about the reception free check-in process with codes being sent by email before my stay BUT the process worked great and we had no trouble. I was disappointed in only two small areas. The air conditioner did not work. I specifically paid extra for a room with an air conditioner, so I was disappointed. Also, there were not very many towels. I kitchen hand towel as well as a bathroom hand towel for drying off and wiping up would have been appreciated. Overall, still highly satisfied.

Fairly comfortable, clean and well located. Note the office is on Place Bellecour, not the apartment. MiHotel staff were great help when the code to access room stopped working. Good: size of room, good small fridge, comfortable firm bed and cleaning daily. Nice touches include restock of coffee every day, netflix and a pay per mini bar. This is a great location in Lyon. The most annoying part of the stay was the late check-in at 5 pm and their payment system which requires you to pay over phone or their own link, rather than the site where you book. Also, they ask you to pay extra if you want to check-in at 3:30 pm!

The cleaning lady was very nice and helpful. The property was breathtaking from the interior. I felt like royalty. The surrounding area was beautiful. The Teneo Restaurant was amazing. Too bad the business in the corner was shut down. Perhaps this hotel can open one under its own name.

We were given the wrong access code to the property and we were caught outside in the rain/cold for 30minsat 10:45pm on Friday night as we phone mihotel, after 4 calls they eventually gave us a different access code that worked. not the romantic start to my wife's birthday weekend I had hoped for. They then called us after checking out on Sunday at the airport - I had assumed to apologise for the experience and offer some kind of discount, but no they called to ask if we took the keys (which we never had access to) - ultimately a messy and poor experience and wish we had just gone to a normal hotel with a front desk.

Instructions for entry to this private property emailed the day before arrival were wrong. They were missing a code for one door and the code was wrong for the other door. Had to call long distance (CND to France phone line) to get help. Was given a lock box code for a key. Elevator stated 225kg capacity but we got stuck. It was more like 225lb capacity. Courtyard was badly run down. Room was very dusty including the TV, top shelf in the closet and the bedside nook areas. The designer of the room gets 5 stars. The space was beautifully retrofitted to half an old apartment. Not sure why after our check-in mishap that we were not compensated with a free snack or drink (all of which were already in the room). Mi Hotel could have saved themselves from a negative review. Would not recommend.

Digital hotel so no staff contact except to tell me that there was a problem with my payment through Expedia. Digital is ok except when it doesn’t work: we had problems with WiFi and we couldn’t access TV channels. Very nice advertising but not practical.

Great location in Lyon, with many options for dining and the like. Quiet neighborhood but close to main areas. We have mixed reviews about this place. There is no front desk, so all booking information and payment has to be handled via the internet. We had difficulty in verification in paying for the booking. I did speak with a representative and confirmed booking via Mastercard - however they booked using the Visa card which I did not want to do. Also beware that the allowed arrival time was not until 5 pm, which was problematic with no flexibility whatsoever. Cleaning service was provided but never before 4 pm which was also problematic as we went out during the day, and then came back to rest up before dinner. The accommodation is on the American first floor in an old building - there was no light in the stairwell at night. With all of that said, we would consider staying here again.

I booked 5 place Bellecour, Lyon, Rhone, 69002 France, but got moved to 31 rue de la Charité, 69002 Lyon for whatever reason they came up, and no one told me until I found out after I couldn't get in to 5 Bellecour. I ended up spending more than one hour more to find the place and get in to the room. The location wasn't what I expected, and the place also smell not very good. It's a very bad experience for me.

Le réseau ne passe pas et aucune consigne pour le wifi n’est présente.

The Grenat house is modern decorated, with a fancy fireplace. The bathroom is huge, with a tempting tub, and spacious shower area. The shower was strong with 3 modes of water stream. It was very enjoyable to take a shower. The apartment is in a courtyard, so it is very quiet but also walkable to all the famous sightseeing. We enjoy our stay very much. The only glitch is the door is really really heavy, you have to pull in and pull out aggressively. I was never able to open the door, my 25 year old son did the heavy pushing every time. Another thing is the toilet is away from the bathroom, you have to walk a couple of minutes to the bathroom to wash hands after the toilet. After all, it was a very nice property, we would stay again next time in Lyon.

The hotel was is a great location for access around the city. The suite was very welcoming after a long day of travel. Helpful staff was a boon too. We are definitely booking another stay when we next visit Lyon. A welcome oasis after a long train journey from Milan.

Vous appelez, on vous méprise et on vous prend pour un idiot. La chambre est très sympa mais les draps sont tachés…. Attention petit déjeuner à 23€… Ce n’est pas un vrai hôtel mais des chambres d’hôtes qu’on appelle Hôtel, c’est frauduleux.

This is not a hotel, but laxusuary type of AB?B. Should not use a word Hotel. Breakfast was not delivered one day. Also, taste was bad. Everything is cold and not worthwhile asking. Delivery time is also limited. One curtain is missing in living room. So noisy area, good to hang around, but not a quiet at all.

Attention, la chambre proposée n'était pas place Bellecour mais au 46 montée Gourguillon. Ce n'était pas ce que j'avais prévu car j'ai dû prendre le métro + marcher jusqu'en haut avec ma valise. je suis arrivé trempé dans ma chambre. Je suis déçu de cette réservation.

Nous n'avons eu que des problèmes avec MiHotel. Je ne m'attarderai pas sur le fait qu'ils se sont trompés d'hotel et nous ont mis à une autre adresse qui n'avait rien à voir - ils se sont excusés et nous ont remboursé une partie. Par contre : - il y avait plein d'erreur dans les infos communiqués ce qui a rendu l'accès à la chambre compliqué. - la chambre que nous avons eu ne correspond en rien à ce qui est écrit sur le site. C'est une chambre au REZ DE CHAUSSEE dans un couloir (et non au 2e étage) et surtout SANS LUMIERE NATURELLE. Loin de la chambre cooconing vendue... - Ca pue les égouts - La sécurité fait defaut : la 2e porte ne ferme pas. - L'hotel est tres difficile d'acces - dans une rue en pente où les taxis ne vont pas (il faut une autorisation). Stylish but short on substance. At first glance, the room looked as impressive as advertised. The bathroom is huge and beautifully designed, and the bed is a rare, super size one piece mattress for Europe. But once the initial excitement faded, the flaws became obvious. The ergonomic mattress came with bargain bin pillows, only four small ones for two people. The toilet door does not open fully unless you force it. The spa tub and fireplace work well, but the kitchen, while attractive, is unusable without pots or pans. The fridge is great, but that is about it. The contactless concept is fine, but there is truly no way to reach anyone. Their app chat shows as online, but never replies. Emails go unanswered unless they involve getting paid. No WhatsApp, no Facebook, no Instagram response. We randomly met an employee who was wonderful, she fixed the Nespresso and brought pillows. Housekeeping, however, ignored our note about missing cookware. They also left used towels on the floor for eight hours despite the eco sign instructions, and did not empty the bathroom garbage. The Bluetooth speaker works well, and the TV has decent channels, though it is mounted too high to watch comfortably with the poor pillows. Climate control will not cool below 18 degrees, which will not suit everyone. The location is perfect, quiet courtyard, central, and surrounded by excellent restaurants. But noise from the upstairs neighbour, heavy steps, washer and dryer, may bother light sleepers.
