Lovely family run hotel in the centre of Biarritz. A very warm welcome was received followed by great information on what to see & do while in Biarritz for the day. The room (while slightly on the small side) was clean/modern and fulfilled our expectations for the price. East walking distance from the centre and the local beaches. We had arrived early AM however Marie had let us leave our luggage and by the time we checked in our bags were already in the room - nice touch!!. We were given some towels and bodyboards for the beach too. Highly recommended.

Jacques, Delphine and the Bon Coin team were super friendly and welcoming. Don't worry if you don't speak French. They will be happy to practice their English. They'll lend you beach towels and a parasol at no charge. Don't miss the fresh baked goodies at breakfast. Merci, Jacques et co.!

Hotel au Bon Coin completely exceeded our expectations! We made a mixup with our booking and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and provide an exceptional and personalized experience. The rooms were trendy and clean, there was a rooftop patio with a gorgeous view of the ocean, and the breakfast was delicious (we opted in on the last day). The location was about 8 minutes to walk to the beach or the tapas restaurants, which we found perfect as it was quiet at night while sleeping. Would 10/10 recommend.

Very comfortable hotel just a few steps away from the centre of Biarritz, and close to buses going to the airport or Bayonne etc. Delphine, Marie and the other staff at the hotel were very warm and welcoming and gave us lots of useful information on the area. The hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent with local produce and even some home-made goodies. Highly recommended - we would stay again!

The rooms are comfortable. We did not have the breakfast that was €15 as we decided to eat out in Biarritz. The hotel is clean, pretty central (5mins walk to the main streets &see front) and the staff are wonderful. Extremely helpful and happy to help were they can.

Breakfast was good and competitively priced and home made cakes were delicious. Delphine, Jacques and all the staff were exceptionally friendly, very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is lovely and well-situated, the room was surprisingly large and well maintained -- dark when it needed to be and light when it needed to be. But the real stand-out was the staff, who were nothing short of delightful: so thoughtful, patient, kind, even joyful. I've never experienced a sweeter set of humans running a hotel. Marci a tous pour un sejour inoubliable!

I had a clean, quiet room in a nice part of town near the central attractions and beach in Biarritz. I liked how easy it was to walk to the beach and how close it was to so many restaurants. Jacques, from the hotel staff, was very helpful and explained how to orient myself in the town. He gave me a nice map. The room was lovely and I was very satisfied. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no mini-fridge, mini-bar. I haven't been in a hotel that didn't have this until I stayed here.

We stayed for two nights in this lovely boutique hotel in Biarritz for two nights this week before starting the Camino de Santiago. It was really nice, the breakfasts were excellent, and the staff were amazing. When our train to St. Jean Pied de Port was cancelled at the last minute, they quickly solved the problem with a ride share taxi service. Highly recommended. And Biarritz is a beautiful city!

We stayed for two nights in this lovely boutique hotel in Biarritz for two nights this week before starting the Camino de Santiago. It was really nice, the breakfasts were excellent, and the staff were amazing. We had an amazing stay at Hôtel Au Bon Coin! Delphine was so kind and welcoming and told us exactly what to check out in town during our one night stay. Wonderful staff, great location, and clean and comfortable rooms. Delphine and Jacques welcomed my family, loaned my son a boogie board, and advised us on restaurants and transportation options. This place is a home away from home. We'll definitely visit again!

The hotel was lovely and comfortable, well appointed and spotlessly clean. It's located in a quiet residential area but is within short walking distance of town centre and all attractions. Breakfast was good and competitively priced and home made cakes were delicious. Delphine, Jacques and all the staff were exceptionally friendly, very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

I had a clean, quiet room in a nice part of town near the central attractions and beach in Biarritz. I liked how easy it was to walk to the beach and how close it was to so many restaurants. Jacques, from the hotel staff, was very helpful and explained how to orient myself in the town. He gave me a nice map. The room was lovely and I was very satisfied. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no mini-fridge, mini-bar. I haven't been in a hotel that didn't have this until I stayed here.

Very comfortable hotel just a few steps away from the centre of Biarritz, and close to buses going to the airport or Bayonne etc. Delphine, Marie and the other staff at the hotel were very warm and welcoming and gave us lots of useful information on the area. The hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent with local produce and even some home-made goodies. Highly recommended - we would stay again!

We loved our stay here in Biarritz. We were welcomed with open arms and shown to our beautiful bedroom filled with French flair. Our hosts were so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful giving us information and places to visit as well as directions and calling us a taxi when we needed one. We enjoyed a lovely buffet style breakfast with delicious food on offer as well as hand baked cakes and treats. We would absolutely highly recommend this delightful hotel, we enjoyed every aspect of our visit and hope we can be lucky enough to return one day. Thank you for having us, Jacquie & Graham Brown

Io e mia figlia abbiamo trascorso una settimana intera, da domenica a domenica, presso la struttura. Siamo andati via con una tristezza, saremmo restati sicuramente un altro po’. I proprietari sono di una squisitezza infinita, dal benvenuto che ci hanno dato, con tutte le informazioni necessarie al nostro soggiorno, consigli utili sul dove pranzare e cenare, insomma un aiuto di grande importanza. Stanza pulita ogni giorno, tovaglie e biancheria cambiate in base alle esigenze, tutto perfetto. Se avessimo avuto un frigo in camera, sarebbe stato ancora di più. Siamo andati al mare tutti i giorni, ci hanno fornito teli mare ed ombrellone. Eravamo preoccupati di questa cosa, ed invece avevano tutto per noi, senza alcun costo extra. Abbiamo fatto colazione la prima mattina ed era incredibile, dolci fatti in casa e la classica pasticceria francese che ne avresti mangiato all’infinito. Aria condizionata in camera regolabile, ottima posizione centrale vicino alla Grande Plage, raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 10 minuti. L’ultimo giorno al nostro rientro in camera abbiamo trovato una scatola di cioccolatini e di macarons della rinomata maison Adam, con una cartolina scritta in italiano, dove ci ringraziavano di averli scelti e di essere stati con loro. Un gesto dolcissimo in tutti i sensi. Quello che distingue un hotel di catena da uno gestito da vere persone. Meraviglioso Au Bon Coin, ti porteremo nel cuore sempre. Lo raccomandiamo.

We stayed for a week at Hotel Au Bon Coin in Biarritz. I can honestly say it was one of the best small hotels we have ever stayed at. The deluxe room with a beautiful sea view was wonderful, the location was quiet with shops nearby and a short 15min walk to the centre of town and beaches. All the staff without exception were friendly and helpful. Breakfast which is provided daily for a small fee was exceptional, locally sourced fresh produce and daily baked cakes. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Biarritz, look no further.

Just can’t say how good this hotel is! It’s a real gem set just into a residential area so lovely and quiet. Easy walk to town and the beach, with lovely cafes nearby. Our room was spotless and stylish and comfortable. We had access to a small terrace right outside which was heaven! Delphine and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and I’d highly recommend a stay at Hotel Bon Coin.
