The room was great with a nice bed, good bathroom and sensible chairs. There is also a mini bar and coffee maker, although I found this a bit complicated. Parking was fine for my small car, but a bit tight for tradie utes that came in later.

Convenient to hospital for appointments, able to walk over to the Leagues club for dinner. Not far of a trip to the airport. Tidy clean has a pool did not use but others were. Would stay here again.

The property itself was satisfactory, apart from the provided milk, which was already open from the previous guest. The reason we will never stay here again is due to the night manager’s appalling attitude. What an actual piece of s#it. Arrogance at its finest. A complete disregard for guests, and a lack of competency in regards to his position. His position is to make the check in procedure and stay as fluid and easy as possible, this clown did the exact opposite. I’m unsure if he had too much sand in his vagi#a on this particular day, but he needs to pull his head out of his ass. I own a hotel in Townsville, and if my staff ever conducted themselves in this manner they would not have a job. Rude, arrogant fucken clown needs a slap around the ears. Tyrone Gawthorne.

Good basic motel for an overnight stay. Some traffic noise at night.Across the road from Leagues club but unfortunately their bistro is closed Mondays so one recommendation of the manager we had a lovely dinner at the Criterion hotel.

Friendly helpful managers, perfect location for passing through, rooms immaculately clean with everything we needed plus bonus coffee machine, plenty of eating options in walking distance. Would definitely recommend this accommodation and would stay there again if the need arises.

Staff was excellent as I was about to leave my glasses sort of popped and I needed a screw driver badly, owner hunted for a bit but found the tool I needed to fix it, saved me at least an hour finding an eye place to do it, thanks 😊

Very friendly staff and helpful, great area can walk to food Macdonalds, foodwprks, coffee clubs all a short walk. Leaugues Club opposite side to motel. Rockhampton has taxi an uber services oh an also right near the cheescake shop. Great area. Not to noisey wven though on the main road cant hear much traffic as the room we in was tucked behind a few others snd the pool was out the front of the motel. They rang as as soon as we lef to motel as we forgot a few things in our room. They were very acomodating as we got one of the last rooms available as school holidays and long weekend but were able to find us a suitable room. Thank you for your friendly service and help.

It’s a motel on a main road, you don’t expect the ritz. Greeted on arrival with a big smile and super friendly and helpful, which means a lot. Room was absolutely fine for a one night stay to break up a journey. We were really lucky and got to have a late check out, which we really appreciated.

Lovely staff. I checked in late and greeted very well. Very clean room. The bed was super comfy and not hard at all. I am always in hotels and, many hotels/motels don’t realise that the beds need to be supportive, comfortable and not hard.

Spent a couple of days in Rockhampton and this motel filled all our requirements. Friendly and professional welcome, clean and comfortable room that has everything needed for a couple of days, and right across the road from the Sports Club for a great meal and a cold beverage. Especially impressed that the motel doesn't charge exorbitant amount for the minibar items, and provided a 500ml milk for our stay. Will definitely be staying here again the next time we overnight here.

Hi. I had an accident at the morel which forced me to leave 2 days before. Obviously the managers did not inform you that I am owed 2 nights accommodation. I had a fall at their pool and this was not followed up on and no assistance was given at all. A report was filled in and yet no assistance was given. On return to Brisbane I am in a moon boot with a badly fractured toe plus a chip on my ankle. My room was substandard as I found a dead fly in the bed on arrival and a crawling bug. The break fast I had was substandard with what seemed like powdered scrambled egg instead of fried eggs. I was supposed to have a deluxe room and it certainly did not meet that standard. I need advice as to hiow to gain compensation PLease email me.

Hi. I had an accident at the morel which forced me to leave 2 days before. Obviously the managers did not inform you that I am owed 2 nights accommodation. I had a fall at their pool and this was not followed up on and no assistance was given at all. A report was filled in and yet no assistance was given. On return to Brisbane I am in a moon boot with a badly fractured toe plus a chip on my ankle. My room was substandard as I found a dead fly in the bed on arrival and a crawling bug. The break fast I had was substandard with what seemed like powdered scrambled egg instead of fried eggs. I was supposed to have a deluxe room and it certainly did not meet that standard. I need advice as to hiow to gain compensation PLease email me.

Nice and clean facilities, comfy bed, good coffee and tea selection, with some goodies in the fridge and extra reasonably-priced drinks available from the front desk. It was surprisingly quiet at night considering the nearby main road, but I did find the room a bit light though. Graeme was a great host and available whenever needed
