Nice hotel, all the staff at reception desk is kind. Delicious breakfast offered daily. All day free parking near the hotel, but down the street there is free parking from 8pm to 8am too. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation!

A lovely place. Has a nice café as part of the hotel that serves pastries and coffees and is also used by locals. The terrace has views over the river. We enjoyed relaxing by the small pool and it was located close to many restaurants. There is also a free public car park very close by.

Of the 6 different hotels on this trip in Portugal this was the one I was most apprehensive about, just because the pictures do not show enough detail to feel confident. We were very impressed! The room was the smallest of the trip and would be hard to be there long term, 2 travelers with luggage was very cramped and the bathroom was also one of the smallest I have ever seen. However, there was plenty of charm in the area, the views of the river, the cafe, the pool, to make up for the small rooms. Parking is a little tricky and kind of off-site but not unreasonable considering where it sits in relation to the surroundings.

Bel hotel, très beau site, au bord de l’eau. Belle terrasse. Personnel très aimable. Déjeuner super. Le seul problème est le stationnement. Selon les places payantes disponibles, on peut être très près ou plus éloigné, ce qui n’est pas pratique avec les bagages. En plus, il faut mettre et remettre des pièces dès 8 h le matin. Vraiment pas pratique! Aussi, il y a peu de restaurants pour le soir aux alentours.

Um hotel simples, mas muito acolhedor. Não tem estacionamento próprio, apesar de informar que tem na Hoteis.com mas há um estacionamento gratuito próximo, então isso não foi um problema. O problema é quando você chega e não sabe disso, então tem que estacionar na calçada para retirar as malas.

This is a lovely hotel in a central part of town backing on to the river. There is a small pool and sun beds in a well cared for garden. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of hot and cold food at breakfast, all really nice. My only criticism is that our room was rather small, perhaps we were just unlucky. There is a car park behind the hotel but it is not easy to find, the hotel staff can help with directions. We really enjoyed our stay in Amarante.

This is a very nice, modern, boutique hotel. The rooms are on the small side but their utilization of the space is excellent. The staff are incredibly helpful and the included breakfast is quite good. Excellent location in Amarante. Right on the river and next to the historic district.

Maravilloso, si sigue manteniendo su precio y su estado es un lugar para volver una y otra vez! Aunque debería ser solo para adultos y parejas por que la piscina es pequeña y faltan tumbonas, más cócteles en el bar de la piscina, cuando había niños o grupos era imposible estar tranquilo, las habitaciones están muy pegadas y a la hora de el desayuno te despertaban todas las puertas abriéndose y cerrándose, difícil dormir más de las 8 a.m. Aún así hemos estado muy agusto, el personal es muy amable, la habitación es pequeña pero cómoda, la única pega que no se pueda abrir la ventana. La recepción te atiende en el bar y no donde se marca. Recomendable!

There is a car park behind the hotel but it is not easy to find, the hotel staff can help with directions. We really enjoyed our stay in Amarante.

This is a lovely hotel in a central part of town backing on to the river. There is a small pool and sun beds in a well cared for garden. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of hot and cold food at breakfast, all really nice. My only criticism is that our room was rather small, perhaps we were just unlucky. A lovely place. Has a nice café as part of the hotel that serves pastries and coffees and is also used by locals. The terrace has views over the river. We enjoyed relaxing by the small pool and it was located close to many restaurants. There is also a free public car park very close by.

This is a very nice, modern, boutique hotel. The rooms are on the small side but their utilization of the space is excellent. The staff are incredibly helpful and the included breakfast is quite good. Excellent location in Amarante. Right on the river and next to the historic district.

Everything is close, the river, nature, the old bridge, the center, the restaurants. The rooms are recently renovated and quite. On the balcony on the back we could relax while listening to the river and birds.

Nice hotel, all the staff at reception desk is kind. Delicious breakfast offered daily. All day free parking near the hotel, but down the street there is free parking from 8pm to 8am too. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation!

Excelente experiência. Todo o staff super atencioso e simpático. Recebemos mimos na chegada. Café da manhã delicioso e de qualidade superior. Recomendo muitíssimo. Amarante foi uma grata Surpresa na nossa roadtrip pelo norte de portugal.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par ce bel établissement. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût, propres. Nous faisions 3 pas et étions les pieds dans une piscine à température adéquate pour une nage de bon matin. Il est idéalement situé en plein centre d’Amarante. Merci !

Casa das Lérias is a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms, a lovely pool, and an excellent breakfast. The property itself deserves high praise. Unfortunately, the hospitality did not match the quality of the hotel. At breakfast, I was barely greeted and was immediately told to sit outside. When I said I preferred to eat inside, two employees discussed me in Portuguese, assuming I wouldn't understand. I do understand Portuguese, and I found it very unprofessional to talk about a guest instead of addressing them directly. Once I told them I understood, their attitude changed and they brought me a small dessert as an apology. I was also never given any information about Amarante or the hotel's amenities, and I had to figure out on my own how to get pool towels. This is a wonderful hotel, but the customer service lacks the warmth and professionalism I expected. With better hospitality, it would easily deserve 5 stars.
