the reception personnel wasnt available everytime in the reception desk. pool is not accessible.

Very basic rooms with few amenities. No in room coffee. Rooms are taken care of and are generally clean. The property however is another story. Renting rooms on a monthly basis and having people living there full time cheapens the place. A LOT. There appears to have been a bar and discotheque at one time and possibly a restaurant and pool. All of that is closed and gone. Could be a nice place but the exterior has been left to age and somewhat decay. Oh, and for those that read the other reviews, the cats are no longer there,

on the plus side...clean linens, and no problem with a late arrival. on the minus....the photos must have been taken many years ago - the property is run down and I don't think there is a pool anymore. the furnishings were an interesting mix - we had a full size fridge in our room.

La réceptionniste a l’accueil fume à côté des draps et autres literies en train de se faire laver. On annonce une piscine alors qu’il n’y en a plus depuis 4 ans. Le plancher de la chambre est gondolé et mou, les lits sont sales, la porte de la salle de bain ne ferme pas. Un vrai trou à rat. Nous sommes resté 30 minutes et nous avons quitté

Motel is not as advertised. Online photos where of a motel in better times. No pool as advertised no microwave as advertised and room smelled of stall old cigarette smoke. On a bright side the room was clean!

Pictures are from many years ago. That is not what the property looks like. It was our first night in Canada and it did not feel safe, it was FAR from clean, and it did not correspond in any way, shape or form to the promised accommodations. When we arrived, the sign for the hotel was partially missing - fell off. Dining on the property was "under construction." Sides of the building were disintegrating. The check-in manager was confused on which guest arrived, how many in the party, and how many nights the check-in is for. No internet access was provided until request and after request - manager provided personal internet because the property was "not reaching" the room. The room was dirty, dusty, and the bathroom was moldy. Nothing in the kitchen was usable - dirty and shelves contained old take-out bag with condiments. No exhaust in the bathroom and the light bulb had to be jiggled to turn on. Bathtub has not been washed in a long time - kids had to wear shoes while standing under dripping shower. The faucet in the bathroom kept having the top fall off. When all this was addressed with the manager the very first evening (hours after check-in) - she stated we were in for both nights with no refund. Had to make a scene and tell her I will dispute with the credit card company to have her refund the second night. False advertisement - children should have never had to sleep in such conditions for the price of a normal 3-star hotel we found for the second night.

First when I walked in the main office I should have known then that I had mad a mistake. The property is nothing like what it shows on the Expedia website it was dirty, falling apart, no pool and looked very unsafe I would not stay with my daughter. I tried to get a refund from the motel and from Expedia but could not get one. I lost my $130 and then had to try and find another place to stay for the night. I was very disappointed and upset, I will not recommend this property. Maybe Expedia should check into some of the properties they have on the website.

The property is in poor condition. During a rain storm, water was seeping through the floor causing a puddle of water to pool between the beds. The bathroom door did not close. The room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. At check in, we were welcomes with the smell of marijuana. The pool and restaurant were not operational. The photos are representative of the property.

The building outside and the area need some work to make it look better

it's not clean at all and the service is very bad. I dont recommend that at all. it's mentioned that they have a pool and it's not there. lights not working, water not working....

I stayed at this motel last night, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The room had a strong, foul odor that hit me as soon as I walked in. Even after trying to air it out and using air freshener, the smell lingered the entire night. It made it really hard to relax or get any proper sleep. The management needs to address this immediately — deep cleaning or better ventilation could help. Until the issue is fixed, I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially if you’re sensitive to bad odors or have allergies.

Endroit horrible. Extrêmement sale, nous ne sommes pas restés et avons quitté. Poils dans nos lits, mouches collées dans la douche, la toilette coulait partout dans la chambre chaque fois qu'on tirais la chasse. Endroit bruyant !

Upon entering, the smell of musk/mold was present. Insect found on one of the pillows. Freezer was dirty and appeared to have melted remnants inside that were never cleaned. Window did not have functioning lock, can be slid open from the outside by hand. Surrounding area appeared to be long-term low-income rental housing, innkeeper’s office had strong animal urine odors.

Ils auraient avantage à défaire la vieille pancarte défraichie car elle n'annonce rien de bon alors que l'hôtel a une section plus neuve et que la chambre était propre. Mais malgré l'apparence nous avons été bien et tranquille pour notre séjour.

La chambre était tellement dégelasse, le lit avait 60 ans, ont sentait les ressort, impossible de dormir, sa sentait le pourri dans la salle de bain JE SUIS REPARTI APRÉS 1 HEURE

Cobwebs in the entrance to room, dripping AC made entire entrance wet. Tub was rusty with shower knobs broken off due to rust and wear. Shower drain was dirty and rusty

pas si pire apportez vos ustencils(Cuillere fourchette couteaux marmite poele etc...) pas de grille pain ,pas de cafetiere

Pour moi, la chambre était bien. Parfait pour une nuit. Si vous voulez du luxe ou quelque chose au goût du jour passez votre chemin. Il ne manquait de rien et les lits était spacieux et confortable. J'ai apprécié qu'il y avait de l'air climatisée avant mon arrivé, c'étaient très confortable !

If you rent the 12 room double apartment make sure you bring your own dishes and pots and pans if you want to cook. The rooms were clean but it comes with a stove with nothing to cook with or eat or drink. The coffee pot didn’t work either nor did the TV. Very disappointed when you buy groceries and can’t use them Don’t make the same mistake I made.

It was affordable, quiet, clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that I noticed is that some of the outlets didn't work and not enough lighting.

On a choisi cet hôtel, car c'était le seul disponible. Lit non confortable, personnel souriant, hotel proche de l'autoroute. Hotel qui nous a dépanné, il n'y avait pas de punaise, mais une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre qui s'est dissipée lorsque nous avons ouvert la fenêtre.

Le prix est intéressant c'est propre à l' intérieur les oreillers sont minces donc apporter les vôtres. Il y a un micro ondes et un tout petit frigo (le nôtre faisait beaucoup de bruit) pas de cafetière. Le motel a l'air d'un entrepôt, mais ça enlève rien que c'est quand même bien pour une nuit.

Je ne conseille à personne de se rendre à ce motel. C’est très sale et l’extérieur est en décomposition. Il y a des animaux partout et ça consomme a plein. C’est vraiment un endroit miteux et pas sécuritaire. La dame à la réception est vraiment louche et n’est vraiment pas sociable. Ce motel ne devrait pas paraître sur le site expédia car les images ne correspondent pas à la réalité. J’ai été obligé te payer une nuit et j’aurais préféré dormir dans mon véhicule que de coucher à cet endroit. La dame fait son argent comme ça sans que les gens y dorment et finalement le ménage n’est jamais fait. Moi je n’utilise plus les sites expédia ou autres, car on se fait avoir.

J'ai aimé la place, c'est calme, c'est propre, a s'est bien passé à l'accueil. Un ami à moi a perdu ses lunettes et les a retrouvé dans les objets perdus une fois rendu à l'accueil. C'est super!!!

J’ai quitté et canceller la réservation.

Le service a été plutôt baclé. On m'a accueilli en me disant que je j'arrivais tard et que normalement je m'aurais rivé le nez à la porte. Je n'ai trouvé aucune mention à ce sujet sur le site. Le bureau est sal et il pue, heureusement les chambres sont mieux , mais ça donne le goût de revirer de bord. Je n'ai pas trouvé le MDP du wifi à nulle part. Les lumières devaient être allumées en alternance sinon elles éteignaient ou flashaient. Les oreillers sont toutes petites et il n'y en a que 2. les serviettes de bains sont des serviettes d'enfant de 4 ans. Le lit fait du bruit en fou. Bref... J'ai vu beaucoup mieux pour le même prix.

L'affiche a l'entrée fait vraiment peur, la chambre était propre et convenable mais en voyant l'environnement tu te demandes si c'est propre, pour dépanner ca va mais vraiment trop dispendieux pour la qualité de l'endroit

Property was nice and comfy. No complaints. Cheap and nice place to stay for sure. Area is little outskirts. The property is old but most utilities were accessible. The only thing we didn’t like is the smelly water from tap.
