Ambiente tranquilo e sossegado a rua em frente não é movimentada mas ao mesmo tempo transmite tranquilidade pois os vizinhos sao moradores há tempo pelo que notei. A proximidade com a praia é um fator que ajuda é importantíssimo pois dá pra ir e vir a pé. Dentro do apê tem tudo necessário e parece que foi revitalizado pois a tv o fogão e geladeira era novos Por fora tem estacionamento fechado e piscina. Gostamos bastante.
